I booked a Pilates reformer class through ClassPass and the class was basically cancelled. I showed up during my extended work break to workout just to not even workout. When I got there the studio was completely empty and the front desk receptionist stated she tried contacting me (a lie) to notify me that I was the only person that booked the class (shocker) so they cancelled it. They did offer for me to come to the next class in a hour and half, but I was not able to. I ended up reaching out to ClassPass for a refund. I will never go here again!

I prefer without, as it feels like more of a workout. The machines make it seem like you can cheat, and most do I think. Without the machines it gets real hard and you end up using your own body weight to work out with. This studio in Palm Beach offers mostly machine classes so I don't really go anymore. However, before discovering the technique of using ones own body weight to get fitter, FASTER, I liked some of the instructors here. One was full of condensation and attitude that rubbed me the wrong way, but other than that the studio itself was clean and very convenient for me to get to at the time.
