I also appreciated being able to test them out by running outside the store. It made a big difference in finding the right fit. On top of that, Jim shared helpful tips to reduce the foot pain I've been experiencing during longer runs. Both pairs felt so great that I ended up buying them on the spot. We found a proper insert and then went to work finding the right shoe. After several misses we landed on a pair of Hoka that fit my thinner feet just right. They offered me a square inch of moleskin to stick in the shoe to cover the defective stitching and said they can't take them back since I wore them outside. It's a defective product people!
