Refresh Spa/Salon is the best! Some of the most qualified friendly staff I have ever met. The product line is incredible and the staff is very knowledgeable on every aspect of the business. I attended the pilates class on Tuesday, never having taken a class before, I was instantly greeted and made to feel superiorly welcomed. Instantly relaxing my nerves. The class was phenomenal. Semi-private. The room in which it was held- was breathtaking! The instructor was kind, personable and professional. She took the time to critique my "stances" to ensure I did it correctly. She was patient w/ all the "new-combers" and thoroughly explained and demonstrated each position. I was hooked instantly. I have been going to Refresh Rejuvenating Spa & Salon for a little over a year. It is the best of the best. I totally trust Stephanie with my hair. She does a phenomenal job on my cut and color and I appreciate her suggestions and advice. I love the way my hair looks and have received many compliments. I have been to Refresh twice now and both times was an awesome experience. My first visit was for a European Facial done by Mary. She was friendly and made me feel very comfortable. This was my first even facial and I would definitely go back. My second visit was with Amie for a color, and style and to have my make up done for a night out. I couldn't have been more happy with the way everything turned out. My color was stunning, the curls she did in my hair came out beautiful and held all night long and even in to the next day. My make up looked truly flawless I didn't want to wash it off at the end of the night!! Amie will always be my go to for hair and make up in the future with out a doubt!!! I have been going once a month for the past three months for various facial treatments and each experience has been wonderful. Estheticians, Mary and Laura, are very friendly and knowledgeable and I couldn't be happier with the results from the facials, peels and microdermabrasion treatments. My goal was to improve my complexion and I achieved that after my first visit. I will continue to go once a month to preserve a more youthful and natural appearance and to slow the aging process. I had the most amazing experience. After a long day I came in for a facial. I had the Refresh lift it is one of their signature facials. I was very tense and don't relax easily but the moment I arrived I was whisked away by their highly professional staff to the most tranquil setting. There I met Mary who performed the Refresh lift which ultimately changed me forever. I felt as though I was on a cloud levitating in deep peace. My hair stylist is Amie Olmstead and she is absolutely amazing! I showed her a picture of a cut and color that I liked recently, and she recreated my vision perfectly! I like to change my color and cut seasonally, and she always does a beautiful job. She is extremely professional, and always makes sure I'm comfortable. My esthetician explained the treatment throughly and answered all of my questions. She used an organic line which left my skin soft and dewy.
