I was charged an astronomical $340 for what was supposed to be a cut, full color and highlight service, but I walked out with a very short, chopped hair without any shape, absolutely no highlights visible in my hair. The color itself is dull and patchy, and certainly not worth a premium price. To make matters worse, the service took over three hours because LINDA PELLETIER was constantly leaving me to attend to other clients. It is incredibly unprofessional to charge top-tier prices while providing distracted, mediocre service and failing to deliver the actual technique promised. Owner was extremely rude to my hair stylist during my time there. And put down the young stylist who was doing fantastic and criticized his work. Also made nasty comments about my appearance saying " my hairline starts so far back". Would not recommend as a customer and definitely not to a stylist looking for a place to work. read more

A friend recommended this salon and is a long time customer. I was planning on making a big hairstyle change and called ahead to make sure I could consult with an experienced stylist. I was assured my stylist could do a short cut. The stylist, Kara, was nice, but did not take time to talk me much before going in to cut. She seemed rushed. She turned me away from the mirror so I could not see what she was doing and she did not talk to me about what she was doing. I was not really happy with what she did and she did not ask me how I felt. I'm sure she is fine for less drastic cuts. I am so incredibly impressed by Linda. I got a multidimensional full foil and a cut. Linda was incredibly accommodating and taught me so much about hair. I got a bob after years of growing my hair long. I now have so much body. The salon's coloring room is in a beautiful sunroom. It was lovely to watch the snow fall and the birds in the bird feeder. It was a relaxing and wonderful experience. I'm happy to have finally found my forever salon! read more

What a great experience this people know what they're talking about they will give you advices how to take care of your hair and such. It's a little bit hard to find coz there's no big sign and it's behind a house but If you use your gps it's not a problem getting there. My hairdresser for 2 years messed up my hair and I was scared to go anywhere else so I was reading reviews and miggt as well try it. I look for a place that treats their customers very good with all smiles and it's just a good feeling to be in this place. It's a small laid back type of salon makes you feel at home. The owner was also kind enough to introduce herself. This will def my go to salon from now on. read more

This salon is really fantastic, point blank. Having battled a health issue that took most of my hair, it was finally grown in and I was ready for my first actual haircut in a long time. I was able to make my appointment quickly for the next day for a cut and color glaze. I had a wonderful stylist whose name I have of course forgotten. As soon as I sat in the chair I became weepy at the enormity of what I was doing and she sympathy cried with me too! The owner came over and introduced herself - as I would too with a crying guest and stylist in my salon - and was professional and gracious. The women are consummate professionals who do an excellent job. My cut and color were perfect, and I was actually getting married the next day. The rates are reasonable, and it has that wonderful feeling of a neighborhood salon. The building is nestled behind a big house in a garden with lovely views. I called to make an appointment for haircut and everything was scheduled. After few hours I got a call from the manager saying they can't take me because someone with same first name as me kept on prank calling them. They thought it was me and said they cannot take me here. I can't believe they actually did that. Very unprofessional. read more

This salon was recommended to me by a friend of mine. I decided to try it because its fairly close to my house. I am SO glad that I did. I made an appointment with the owner, Linda, and she did a fantastic job! Not only was my cut great, but she showed me exactly what I needed to do at home to make it turn out just right. She also told me what cuts would be best for my hair and how to take better care of my hair. I even had questions a day or two ago and called, asking if Linda had a couple of minutes to help me. I dropped in and she had me sit down in her chair, answered all my questions and recommended some great products, which are at very decent prices. My mom and went here together and had a wonderful time! The atmosphere is beautiful and serene, we were greeted by everyone with a smile, offered a beverage during our treatment and given a thorough consultation. They listened to everything we asked for, made suggestions, explained everything they did and showed us how to style at home!
