You used to get a nice foot bath while waiting in the waiting room. After COVID occurred, they got rid of the foot bath which was fine since I still love the atmosphere and I always get the full 90 minutes massage even with the massage therapist running late. Recently they have an online booking system which makes it really convenient. However the price has gone up for their services. My last massage at this spa turned into a deal breaker. I always booked a 90 minutes massage and this last one I only received 75 minutes of massage time. While massage therapist Breana was great during the massage. She was late for 10 minutes and by the time I changed and liked on the table, I probably only got 75 minutes or less of the 90 minutes I booked. After the massage, I was checking out at the front desk, the we're loud conversations from the break room on the side with massage therapist saying loudly "dang, bla...bla...bla", which was totally off putting and some of the massage therapist were a bit rough around the edges. I can put up with all the things they did such as raising g prices, skipping the foot bath, loud and inappropriate conversations from the break room. The major deal breaker for me is the therapist showing up to my appointment late and gave me less than 75 minutes of the 90 minutes massage I booked. Therefore I will try out other places and probably won't be coming back as a regular customer.

First off, I came in 10-15 min early, just like requested, to fill out some forms. The lady working the front desk gave me an ipad to complete these forms as she looked on. She was very antsy, looking over my shoulder toward the front door, while rushing me to hurry through the questions and telling me I don't need to fill in this or that. The questions were about my health and previous facial experiences, plus all the questions regarding my concerns and target areas I wanted to address that day. I found it odd that they didn't really seem to care to have this info on file for future visits since this was my first time at this establishment. Anyway, I soon realized why she seemed so rushed, because two other customers walked in after me and had to fill out THEIR forms. It seemed like we were all arriving for the same appointment time and the receptionist was nervous about getting us all checked in on time. Next, I was called back for my facial by the esthetician. This is how that went: She looked me up and down, stuttered over her words to greet me bc she didn't know my name (bc of her negligence in gathering that info before trying to greet me) so I told her. She walked me to the room without any other words and just held the door open for me while I stood at the entrance of the room probably looking very confused. She picked up on it and goes, "Oh, have you not been here before?". Me: "No". Her: "Oh, I thought your face looked familiar." She proceeded to give me some instruction about how to undress and what to do before she returns back to begin the facial. The room was very dark and I was concerned about how she was going to see anything that needed attention on my face with such dim lighting. I started to get nervous about how the rest of my appointment would go and whether or not I was wasting my money being there. On the bright side, the bed was comfy and heated. She returned to the room and started the facial. Contrary to the spa-like ambience, her maneuvers, which were very brisk and lacking gentleness, just didn't mesh with the luxurious feel this place is trying to sell. For example, she dabbed and whisked her fingers across my face instead of using long, soft strokes to apply all the products she was using. The extractions were done with so much pressure I tensed up the whole time, and I'm no wuss when it comes to tolerating pain. She also made a lot of noise as she worked, once again making me feel like everyone here is in a rush to get through their tasks. I did like that she used some red light therapy on me, which my skin loves so much. When checking out, I got the sense that the staff wanted to sell me all the things. I was told about different promotions, memberships, and upcoming events. One of the receptionists said, "How was everything? Isn't she (the esthetician) great?" I had no words. I just wanted to get out of there honestly. Everything about the pace of this place was such a turnoff to me. The good news is I was there to redeem a Christmas gift so I didn't pay much out of pocket. It's been a couple months since my visit, and although it was an awkward one, I am considering booking another appointment bc I loved how my skin looked the few days following my facial. It radiated! If I pull the trigger and book again, I hope my experience is much more pleasant. Perhaps I had the wrong combination of employees that day or something. Anyway, I do like to be fair and not judge a business too quickly. Give them a try, if you dare!

During the massage a worker came in and interrupted our services to talk to our masseuses, which was very professional. Also during the massage, my masseuse left the room. I added on foot reflexology, and she wore gloves, which was incredibly loud and uncomfortable. I have never had a massage where gloves were worn! I would understand if someone had disgusting feet, but my feet are pedicured and beautifully groomed. Not only was that a very uncomfortable way to end a 90 minute massage, the massage itself was terrible. She used no pressure, felt rushed through, and mostly used her forearm to rub my body. Lastly, the checkout experience was also uncomfortable. She told me the amount to leave for tip!! I will never come back here, and I'm very upset to have wasted money here for a massage that I was truly looking forward to after working 12hr shifts at the hospital.

Between us, we booked three massages, one facial, and one head spa, and we added cupping, a facial massage, and a neck and shoulder massage to some of the services. We arrived about 20 minutes early, but there was no one at the front desk initially, and it took about five minutes before someone came to greet us. My first impression was that the space looked clean and had a nice, relaxing vibe. After checking in, we were seated in the waiting area, where we waited another 10 minutes before our services began. One thing that felt a bit uncomfortable was that my sister-in-law's scalp analysis was done in front of everyone in the waiting area. I'm not sure if that's standard practice, but it did feel a little awkward. After that, she was taken back, followed by my mom for her facial, while the rest of us waited for our massages. Two of us were placed in a couples room, which we didn't mind, but it might be something to mention or confirm with guests ahead of time. The massage itself was okay, though different from what I've experienced before. At one point, the masseuse moved the table while I was on it, and during the session, the other masseuse left the room and left the door open, which made it easy to hear noise from outside. That took away from the relaxation a bit. I also tried cupping for the first time, and that part was actually a highlight--I really enjoyed it. Overall, the services were decent for the price. However, the checkout experience was a bit uncomfortable. We paid on one card, and it felt like the receptionist was watching closely to see if I would leave a tip. Then we were each asked individually about tipping, which felt a bit pressured. I'm all for tipping, but it should feel optional and based on individual experience. Being asked repeatedly made it feel less genuine.

The menu says you get a complimentary hot stone massage with the option we chose. I kept waiting for the hot stones as that's one of my favorite parts, however, I was disappointed when it never happened. They have a very annoying wind chime on the front door and will leave the massage to attend to whoever walks in. Our massage was interrupted three times. I've been to many massage places, this one is decent, and I would return. However I do feel they could improve the door attendance situation and either remove the hot stone from the menu or actually perform it in the massage as advertised. That being said, it was so nice to have the tension in my muscles melt away.

I called a week in advance to make the appointment and requested for 90 min massages for both of us. We got there 10 mins early and they showed us to a couple's room which is fine. We both have been to plenty of these types of massage places. They usually soak your feet in hot warm to rinse before they do the foot massage, but they didn't do that here.. they just went right into the feet massage. They essentially spent 30 mins massaging our feet and an hour on the rest of our body. During the massage, both masseuse talked to each other, which made me regret that we were in the couple's room. Also at one point the phone rang and my masseuse walked away to pick it up. Then another customer came in and the other masseuse left to address that customer. I had called a week in advance to book our appointments: a 75 minute body and foot massage for $70, a 75 minute prenatal massage for $70, and a 2hour body and foot massage for $110. When we arrived, the staff were very nice and friendly, which made a good first impression and gave me hope the visit would go smoothly. I shared a room with one of my sisters who was getting the prenatal massage, and while my bed was heated, it got so warm that I started sweating and had to ask them to turn it off. A male masseuse came in to work on me, which I personally didn't mind, but I do think they should ask clients their preference beforehand. As for the massage itself, it was just okay. I usually leave feeling completely relaxed, but this one didn't really do that for me. The techniques weren't great, and some of the small touches I've come to expect, like a head or scalp massage, never happened. When he moved to my legs and feet, he put on gloves, which honestly made it feel awkward and less soothing. There were a few moments where I felt more uncomfortable than relaxed, which kind of defeated the whole purpose. My sister's prenatal massage was another disappointment. About 20 minutes before her session was supposed to end, the masseuse told her she was finished and asked if she wanted to wait outside or stay in the room and rest. That meant she only received about 55 minutes of her 75 minute session, which felt really unfair considering we paid for the full time. The checkout process was the final straw. I was told there's a $1 per person fee for paying with a card, which already felt unnecessary. I was charged $233, and then the staff realized they rang it up incorrectly and charged my card again for an extra $20. The whole situation felt messy and unprofessional, especially after being told there was a specific card fee and then seeing extra charges added on anyway. Overall, I left more frustrated than refreshed and won't be returning.
