This amazing little coffee shop correctly claims it is more than just a coffee shop! Let me tell you -- it is so much MORE than you can EVER imagine!! I pulled up just as the owner was coming to open it and walked inside with him. He was hilarious and so inviting that all I wanted to do was just stay in the shop and hang out all day. I'm sure it would have been okay with him because he was the type of guy that just made you want to hang out drink tea, eat homemade cinnamon rolls, and talk about the weather. I, however, had to buy my coffee, eat my cinnamon roll, and go back to training. Here's what you should know when you pull up to the door: Once in Rosholt, WI you will find that you are in small town USA. It's a quiet rural town that might remind you of Mayberry. You probably won't be any crowds rushing around downtown on their cell phones. You might not see anyone at all unless there's somebody out walking a dog. If you're lucky, you can hear a rooster crowing in the distance somewhere to signal it's coffee time! You might get out of your car, stretch your legs and wander 2 blocks down one side walk and back up up the other side. That's it! That's all! You've seen downtown! Now smile and get back in your car to wait for the coffee shop to open! There is no more! When the shop owner arrives, he'll let you in and you'll think what a cute little ... OMG! Once inside you will see room after room of delight! There is nothing little about the place! It's some kind of mirage, mirror trick, or optical illusion! It's huge inside and filled with healthy delights to thrill everyone! Inside there's a spa. There's all kinds of gathering places -- game spaces , crafting, journaling, meditating, yoga, and coffee shop. There are multiple shelves of holistic supplements. The owner even pointed out they are adding a juice bar -- I'll have to come back for that!!! My favorite treat, however, was his wife's cinnamon rolls. Bragging about her baking prowess, the owner in stated his wife works hard on her recipes to make sure the ingredients are wholesome and clean. They cater to people with food sensitivities, allergies, and dietary restrictions. That's not to say things are diet foods! These cinnamon rolls must have been what G_d serve down as manna! I swear they were that good. I thought I was taking mine back to the training session to eat but it never made it out of the shop. Amazingly, my new cgm wasn't spiking up and down all day after I ate it either. That's some amazing magic! Well, it's been a month now and every time I think about that wonderful cinnamon roll, cup of tea, and quiet healing spot 8. Rosholt, I smile! Lions Camp is nowhere near my home but you can bet that every time I visit, I will look for this coffee shop. I will not hesitate. Refuah" () is a Hebrew word that translates to "healing" or "recovery". Thank you for creating such a wonderful spot. You will always hold a place in my heart for you lived up to your name.

(although, I have heard from others that their specialty drinks are also great, which I don't doubt.) And I always get at least one bag of beans to go because with Ruby's to start my morning, i know i'll be happy. staff is always kind and willing to help if you face menu fatigue. it can get busy, but even at its peak rush hours, the vibes are good. my one disappointment from the most recent visit was that they used to have this espresso chocolate chip scone, that i will never forget... for your sake, dear reader, I hope they bring it back.

I would normally get a piece of pastry, and prefer a scone, but they didn't offer those, so I skipped that. The senior staffer was doing a nice job helping the trainee with the recipe and process. It seemed to be a helpful and caring relationship between the two. After a few minutes, we got our drinks. We usually just get the drink in a mug, but our drinks were made in a small coffee urn, and we were able to pour them after they finished steeping. That was a nice option. The drinks had nice flavor with the extra foam. However, they were just barely warm. We decided to drink them, but I did mention this to one of the staff afterward. It's a nice place to hang out. Next time I would definitely mention or ask for my latte to be hotter (around 130°F to 145°F).
