It is obvious they are very experienced and skillful, and it is easy to feel relaxed there. I have not really felt relaxed in any other doctor's office, to my recollection. And the results were everything I would have hoped. I'm very relieved they are there in case I get another bump or itch I can't deal with myself.

Waited in there about 10 mins (you can bring your phone but come on people - you're here to relax. Put the flipping thing in the locker. You can disconnect for an hour). My masseuse came and collected me and ushered me to a nice quiet room. She listened to what I wanted her to do and left me to get under the sheets. The room was nice and warm and I was never cold. The massage was WONDERFUL. I needed a deep tissue and she delivered. Within 2 days my shoulder and neck were worlds better. After the massage they take you back to the bathroom. I super appreciate that there is a shower. The only downside of massage is having that oil all over you and getting dressed again. Loved the shower - very clean and great towels. We got nowhere. Still no appointment could be made. Frankly, if you need any type of dermatology care you will be better off elsewhere. I have no complaint about the medical expert whom I saw. But I cannot spend the rest of my life wrestling with the office and billing personnel who are the most unhelpful I have ever encountered. Goodbye to US dermatology partners.
