This movie theater is located in the Arbor Place mall. In order to access the theater you must enter the mall near the food court. When we arrived there was no one working the ticket counter on a Sunday evening so we had to purchase out tickets by the self serve kiosk. For two movie tickets the price was close to $30. You must choose your seats when you buy the tickets in person or online. We ended up getting a large bucket or popcorn and a medium slurpee for $17. The popcorn had a good flavor but it was too much salt on it. The concession stand clerk was friendly. No one checked our tickets as we entered the area to find out theater.

    Two tickets we bought.

Just spokes to the manager Jim about my issue and he basically said "oh well..." To start, I admit that my original issue was NOT with this regal, but the Austell location. I took my daughter to see little mermaid and within minutes she was knocked out. I decided to leave and come back to see it at a later time and the front desk employee said it was fine. After calling for nearly 3 weeks, I paid the location a visit to see why they weren't answering the phones. To my surprise they were closed permanently with signs on the door and boxes in the lobby. As a single father, I get my daughter on weekends so I called today to the Arbor place location with a question: will you [as a fellow Regal location] honor the tickets I have from the Austell location since they are now closed. Tim told me there's no way that he could verify that I was telling the $22 truth about my daughter sleeping through a movie, although my tickets are stamped for the 4th of July and the location closed the next week. I offered to show him photos of her sleeping that I took before I decided to abandon the movie and he alluded to me lying about them and compared me to "someone just trying to see a free movie..." I'm am pretty sure that NONE of the theaters are packed to capacity where a good will gesture would hurt his bottom line. On top of that, my kids spend twice as much at the concession stand. All being said, I'm forfeiting my Regal membership and hitting Studio Movie Grill this weekend. They have lower prices, better (individual) seats, and you can have adult cocktails in the theatre! Now that, is great customer service.

First off we waited 15 minutes for chicken tenders, then for some reason the movie didn't start til 40 minutes after the start time for the movie. Usually you expect 15 minutes after it says it's going to start. The other people watching the movie with us was wondering if that was even the right movie screen because it took so long. Not even to mention the rat we experienced walking out of the movie. Oh and i will be including pictures. I can't tell you what to do, but I wouldn't suggest coming to this movie theater personally.

All I wanted to do was go to the movies to see Acrimony. Sometimes taking short cuts just because you don't want to drive the distance is just not worth it. I went to lunch in Douglasville and then wanted to catch a movie. Sounds simple right? Nope. The problem is I think I have been spoiled by another theater experience. I am used to leather comfy recliners that have legroom and arm room. This theater has stadium seats. That's a no go ! These seats do not recline. They have hard plastic cup holders at the bottom of the seats which make it uncomfortable for someone of size. Not even going to talk about how the theater itself is dirty. They don't clean between shows. Not the experience I was looking for on a Saturday night.

Most uncomfortable theater seat I've ever been in. There was a puddle of liquid in front of my seat.

Once our server, Diamond, greeted us, we learned they were dealing with a few operational issues, including a limited food menu, a nonfunctioning call button, and unfortunately, no working AC in the theater. Despite the circumstances, Diamond was excellent. She was attentive, communicative, and kept us informed throughout the movie. Management also handled the situation well, coming into the theater to offer guests a full refund and a pass for another movie. We were also given the option to wait about 20 minutes and move to another auditorium showing the same film. I decided to stay and was still able to order a pepperoni pizza and some candy from the limited menu. The pizza was good, but that ranch deserves its own mention because it was surprisingly delicious. Technical issues happen, and I appreciated how both Diamond and management handled a less than ideal situation. iPic will definitely continue to be my theater of choice, and Diamond's service made a big difference in the overall experience.

For a theater to market itself as a premium experience, the service standards and condition of the theater fell short of expectations. To start, there was no air conditioning in the theater (specifically #6). It made it difficult to relax and enjoy the movie with no air. It would have been helpful to receive correspondence well before showtime about the condition of the theater, but we didn't find out until we arrived. After driving an hour and coordinating childcare, etc. this was a major inconvenience to our evening. The customer service was also seriously lacking. The call lights apparently didn't work so getting assistance was difficult. Also, there is a limited menu. A serious downgrade to what the menu used to be. Another major issue was being required to settle our tab before our food even arrived. That was extremely frustrating and made our entire experience feel rushed and poorly managed. Hopefully management is able to address these concerns and takes them seriously because this is not the level of service IPIC is known for. Otherwise, I don't see this location lasting long.

If that makes sense lol. It's a large shopping area on the front of it so you probably wouldn't even think to go around to the back but that's where the theater is. I've been there multiple times and the service is always great. Everybody's super warm and friendly and getting tickets is quick and easy. A lot of times I just go on Fandango but when I have gotten it at the actual theater, all you really do is go to the kiosk so it's very simple . It's usually decorated with something so they are big on themes but it's always very well kept and very clean so that's a plus for sure . I haven't really eaten a lot there but what I have had has been light bites, like tater tots or something like that. Nothing major but they do have actual food and not just wings and fries. Just keep those expectations in mind because it's not like it's a full menu. If you're sitting for an hour and a half in a movie theater, you don't need a pork roast LOL. They do have food and it's more than just popcorn there, like other theaters. Just keep that in your head if you go and decide to eat there versus eating elsewhere . All in all because I'm not too far from it, it's a really good theater and it's a really good choice if you're looking for something that's kinda tucked away .

There was everyone from kids, families, singles to seniors just enjoying a good movie. When you walk in there's a bar and a counter to order concessions and food. They have a nice sized cocktail and food menu. You can even order food/drinks to be delivered to your seats once the movie begins. I love that they carry alot of movie merchandise like popcorn buckets, cups and blankets. They also have the movie themed backdrops for photo opps. I really enjoyed the seats, they reclined and were very comfortable. This place is somewhat hidden, but there's tons of available parking. The drinks and food were really good. I loved the movie themed drinks. I will definitely return. Customer service was also good.

Unfortunately, they don't have designated parking for this theatre but I guess they make up for it by validating your first two hours. This establishment must be fairly new cus it was clean & we went on a Wednesday, so it was quiet too. They have reclining seats & a decent menu. It's pricey though, cus the short rib tacos & raspberry lemon drop came up to $36 & some change (without gratuity). The food was well seasoned & almost too salty, but good. I enjoyed my drink too. If you're the type to order sumn after the fact, don't close your tab out cus once we did that -- we never saw our server again.

I had to interrupt them to get them to scan my ticket. Next, the restrooms, disgusting. Then the food was cold and the pizza was not cooked on one side. Also had a plate of sliders, paid extra for fries and I got 9 fry's. $2.50 extra for 9 fries. Really? That's 9 fries in total on the plate. Nobody came to see if we needed anything, no refills. Last, exiting the theatre, the staff were there with carts, trashcans so that people could not reasonably leave the theatre. We all had to funnel out one at a time because they wanted in. This is a training issue. My advice, get a manager that gives a shit about your business. Do better. So to some up, for a place to watch a movie, sound, screen and theatre, awesome. A luxurious theatre as they claim, you will be disappointed in the staff and food. Just another example of poor management and corporate entities that don't care enough to fix it. Just stick to popcorn and don't expect any refills on your drinks.
