Somehow, some way, this Regal multiplex is the best movie theater in the area. It DOES NOT have IMAX, 4DX, RPX or Screen X screens but it does have nice regular theaters with a high-quality standard for both sound and picture. I prefer the Regal/UA theater in King of Prussia because it has one of the few true IMAX theaters in these United States. Seeing a "normal" movie here is always a notch above the AMCs in Painters Crossing and Marple, the Penn Cinema Riverfront and the two local Cinemark theaters. I don't buy concessions here because the popcorn prices are insanely expensive but it does have a decent bar for adults. The management is responsive if a problem arises and that is rare nowadays. read more

I just came in for a movie on 2/425. I was waiting in line and the worker left after helping the person in front of me, there were people behind us and the guy at the other register helped them and then we moved to the register to the left and we were told it was for repass. Then someone else went over and got served. Seems a little weird that we kept getting turned away until the girl came back out (the other two were men) unsure if it's because we are gay but was disrespectful. read more

I'm giving this five stars because clearly you can tell it's an old theater, but they have upgrades inside!! Customer service is great, food is good and is more affordable than AMC and Cinema for sure!!! The seats are extremely comfortable and it's nice and chilly inside Joe I like it so I can bring a comfy blanket with me. There's an arcade as well that my kids enjoy. read more

A very interestingly laid out theater with multiple levels. Certainly handicap accessible but maybe not the easiest theater to navigate given how many one story theaters exist. We were in the third row and the movie was very LOUD. Too loud even if we were in the third row. We were actually seeing Midsommar and I know I was going to be unsettled already and I didn't want my ears to also be unsettled. We actually left in the middle to ask if they could turn it down and the manager was nice about it and did honor the request. But we still had to make an effort to ask about the volume in the first place. Nice that this theater is near so many other shopping and dining places in the area. read more

My family and I went to this movie theater to watch the new Spider-Man movie. My dad ordered tickets ahead of time so when we walked in, we went right up to the snack line. We waited in line for almost 30 minutes to get our food but luckily we were early enough that we did not miss the beginning of our movie. The woman scanning our tickets was nice because she understood that we were waiting for someone else and she would let our other guest through who was arriving late. From what I saw, the theater we were in was kept in good shape for the number of people that were sitting in the seats throughout the day. read more

This is my go-to movie theater --- love the reclining Lazy-Boy style chairs with individual tables for snacks; definitely one of the comfiest movie theaters I've been to (minus one time when a friend got a broken chair that didn't really recline well). The aisles are wide, so even with a row of fully reclined chairs, there's plenty of room for people to pass by without anyone needing to move to make room. Theaters and bathrooms have always been clean. The past few times, we've skipped the ticket line using the Atom app --- you buy your tickets through the app and scan the QR code from your phone at the entry point. They actually have a separate concessions line for Atom app users as well, which is VERY convenient on peak movie days when the line stretches across the lobby. The only downside is that you can't redeem Regal Rewards through the app, so you'll have to wait in line for your free popcorn, etc. They do have a bar with a decent number of options as well. read more

Saw "Beau is Afraid" here in Theater 1 and the picture was blurry and out of focus which I have never experienced in a theater before. It looked TERRIBLE the whole movie. Also, the lights came on 3/4 of the way through the movie and stayed on until the end. It was very distracting and it ruined a movie I was excited to see in the theater. Why would I pay your outrageous price if you can't even properly screen a movie? What's the point of coming to the theater? read more

Had an alright experience. Theatre was nice and clean. Chairs were very nice and comfortable. Concessions were a huge let down. We were greeted by "hey so, we're basically out of everything" at 5PM! This place is carverous and huge. That said they had a limited amount of cashiers at the main entrance so be prepared, there may be aline if you dd not pre-purchase your tickets. Theater itself (we were in Theatre 3) was actually clean and comfortable and a bit on the smaller side. Loud audio and reclining chairs. No issues. read more

Hands down my all time favorite movie theatre. I've been to many different ones in my life and none of them compare to this place. Always kept very clean and organized, the theming in this place is amazing and customer service has always been on point. They use to do cheap Tuesdays which they stopped doing, so that's kinda sad but besides that...great! I love the seats in this place, very comfy and relaxing, they all recline and each have little tables that move in and out of your way. Great experience! I had never been, and it was fantastic. Seats were all reclining and giant and super comfy. Bar in the lobby with a friendly bartender, basic but good enough beer list. The movie was okay. The ladies room was disgusting it was so dirty. The lock on the stall was gone. Half of their women's room were out of order. Which is a constant state of affairs because they were out of order 2 weeks ago also. Their down escalator is always broken. It's a shame. It used to be a really nice theater. read more

It was so hot in there! I'm assuming they're trying to cut costs by not setting the AC too low, and maybe because we went to see a kids movie, they had the temp set higher in that theater ? But even my kids complained that it was hot. So much for trying to beat the heat outside by trying to catch an afternoon movie. read more

This theater is ok, a bit dirty but not terrible. Like with most theaters the food is outrageously priced, can't believe we paid almost $8 for a small popcorn. The theater was really cold, I was freezing through the whole thing even though I had my jacket on. Otherwise experience was good, I'd come back for another movie. read more

The manager Owen was extremely helpful with our situation. There were rude movie goers tonight that were talking and disrupting the movie and were on their phones. Owen came in, removed the rude people from the theater and then checked in on us after the movie to make sure we were ok and was super polite to us. Props to Owen. Will be returning to this theater. I bought something from concessions and got partially fake money

Before we moved to this area this was our go to theater. It's clean not too crowded. Seats are nice and the new recline kind. They revamped the ice-cream area to now a bar! So it's adult date friendly if you're a bit early for your movie. Been here a hundred times and we never found anything wrong with this place. Yes it's a bit old and you can tell from the retro feel where the concessions are but I'm here to enjoy a film not judge it on looks. Def a place I will continue to frequent! read more

This review is for theater number 10. It was terrible. The audio was basically all speakers up front turned extra loud to make up for the other speakers not working. The. I come home to find out the movie I saw "many saints of newark". Was being played on HBO max which I already subscribe to. That's my fault for not checking. So I spent $20 [ticket+ convenience fee + soda] to watch a movie at 2 in the afternoon, that I could of watched with a better sound system for close to nothing at my house. Extremely overpriced and outdated complex on the northern perimeter of the Wilmington area. It will be interesting to see what happens (if anything) to this cinema when a new complex in downtown Wilmington opens this fall. I appreciate that this place makes the effort to show "lesser known" films (current/recent examples include Moonrise Kingdom and The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel) - but the kitschy arcade area downstairs and awkward design of entering the auditoriums reek of over-commercialization. The screens are generally quite small and not well maintained for cleanliness and aesthetics. I try to avoid coming here and (while not ideal) prefer the cheaper prices and more relaxed setting of the Cinemark complex in Newport/Stanton. read more

I've been coming here forever. Since the installation of the leather recliner seats it's even better to come to the movies. I'm always early to the movies but even if I wasn't, I do like picking my seats out in advance. So if I'm running late, it's not a huge deal. Sure, it costs a bit more to purchase them online - but it's extremely convenient. And if you go on Tuesday nights the tickets are only $6, new releases included. I'm not sure why they needed to add the bar to this location. I'm not against drinking by any means, but I've definitely noticed it makes some of the fellow movie-goers a bit on the annoying side. (If you were here for the 11:30 showing of Rogue One on opening night, you know what I mean.) read more

On the first floor are the cashiers and food items. You take escalators to the second floor where the theaters are. Our theater was clean, spacious and the sound system was fine. I have been going here since I was a kid, and I recently just saw my first movie post-covid there - A Quiet Place Pt 2! It was a great experience as I always remembered! Big, beautiful theaters, with a neat little arcade downstairs. All of the arcade games work, too. ;) The bar upstairs is awesome as well! Staff has always been nice, very easy-going. The theaters are always clean, their new recliner seats are great. I feel old, having seen all the amazing changes Regal has made! My only complaint, obviously, is the food prices. Guess there's not a lot of wiggle room there, and sometimes the food isn't fresh, but I can always settle for some popcorn. Also, as a lifelong Star Wars fan, I saw it in theaters for the first time here. I'll never forget that experience and how Regal just made it so great. I will forever cherish my memories here. This is the theatre to go to if you live in the Wilmington area! The theatre is always clean and the employees have always been friendly and courteous to me. I don't take my kids that often (just because it's so expensive to take a family of five), but when I do I always take them here! The decor and vibe make you excited the further into the theatre you go. Taking the escalators makes you feel like you're entering a super secret theatre where only you and a select few can attend. And the movie posters and banners welcome you on the way in, and invite you to return on your way out. To me, it's so very majestic. My girlfriend and I started going on Tuesday nights, since they offer discounted tickets (around $8 each) and half off popcorn (that may be with the Regal Club, but it's free to join and well worth the perks you'll receive!). It gives us a go to for "date night" and we're able to go see a movie that we may not have chosen to see at full price. Being a Regal Club Member, the perks I receive for going so often is rewarding, so I'm thankful to have this Regal location so close to my house (about 15 minutes away). I definitely recommend this theatre for anyone who loves the full experience of going to the movies! read more

This company is incompetent. If you call them, they give you a huge menu of options. When selected, most just say visit the web site. They offer discount tickets, but you can't actually use them for assigned seating. So they are useless. I'll just watch something on Netflix. read more

Theatre is nice, seats are nice.... but on a Sunday afternoon you'll wait 25 mins + At the snack bar for just a drink. Line was about 40 people long at any given time... absolutely frustrating. Now to the movie, like I said, the reclining seats are nice, but they only offer them because the theatres themselves are build like squares so all seats are soooooooo close to the screen u have to lean up to look. It hurts. Additionally, I'm in theatre 15 and the movie screen has a "blueish" tint... the whole entire movie has odd blue tones all over. Ruining the movie. I'll avoid this place next time and go to AMD Dine in up the road. read more
