I have to give a shout-out to the staff for excellent customer service. I made a mistake and purchased tickets at the wrong location. They were able to help me with fixing that and also maximizing my reward points i earned on the app. They offered to butter my popcorn which is unheard of these days (although i declined). Since i was watching the movie alone and my arms were full of concession, the staff member also walked me to the theater to make sure the door was open and it was easy for me to get in.. I was watching the FNAF 2 movie here, everybody was talking and recording while I was the only one actually trying to watch this movie, security then came up to ME and told me I was the only one recording? Before I had a chance to explain myself they ripped me off my seat and the said employee said "I hope you have a ride, it's cold outside!" This guy was laughing while he said this by the way. Anyway, during that time I had to spend the rest of the 20-45 minutes outside in the 30° weather of December until my friends finished the movie. AMC is 100% better. read more

My friend was kicked out from the theatre by a security guard for doing nothing, and then proceeded to insult him and threw him outside for 30-40 minutes in 20 degree weather. My black friend told me afterwards that I was allowed to call the guard the N-Word it was that bad. Also the theatre is never actually packed. I went to go see Deadpool. I wish the seats were a bit more comfortable as for the price of tickets and food paying you would think they would have put more thought for seats. It is def not plus size friendly as I watched someone in front of me struggle to fit in a seat. The staff seemed slightly overwhelmed while serving also the snacks. First movie since THE WAY BACK in February! COVID! Too bad the movie was ... weird. For once, I didn't agree with Rotten Tomatoes' review. Anyway, the theater was big and seemingly clean. It's all a pretty glowing green building as you drive up. For the first time in my life, we had to seek out staff to START OUR MOVIE! We were in a blank one three minutes prior to the supposed starting time?! Five minutes probably went by and then it started. We were the only ones in our showing, which was kind of cool. Went today, 11/29/2024, to see Gladiator II. The lobby was clean, but as you walk down the hall it smells like a septic. The seats were the old school velvet seats that don't recline. Yet, the price of the tickets and food has gone up. I did speak to the manager, but he is just a kid and I know he doesn't own the theater. So, I Am not sure who is resposible but with all that new building around there they need to update to match the decade and the prices. read more

This place is okay. Yes it's old, it can be crowed on release day, and it's not sparkling clean. However, on Tuesdays all movies are $6/person and they have $2/$3 popcorn specials. So I pretty much only come here on Tuesdays. Let's just say if you forget to leave your outside snacks in your bag, no one will make you throw them away.... The service is standard, it's not a specialty theater so you purchase your ticket/food, and that's pretty much your only interaction with staff. I personally don't think the general inside appearance of this place is terrible, but the seats/floor can be a little grimy. I do suggest always bringing a sweater because it's chilly inside. So if you really just want to catch a movie on the weekday I'd say you are getting what you're paying for if you venture here on Tuesdays. It's a great option for groups. read more

Too bad for Regal Theaters... Right before covid I signed up for the regal subscription service. I was able to use it once before the covid shut down. 2 years later, I get a collections notice from regal for $210 for a membership I couldn't use. Back and forth with customer service. They won't drop it. Covid, their theaters being closed, not being able to use the subscription apparently aren't good enough reasons. Then, after not resolving the issue, they send me the following email! "Thank you for taking the time to contact our office. We take all comments received seriously, and your remarks will be provided to the appropriate personnel. We value your patronage and hope that your next visit is most enjoyable. I'm giving it 4 stars because the theater is never crowded and you can always get a good seat. The seats are comfy and have a nice big headrests. They are not the recliners at like many other theaters but still they're good. Theaters clean, snack stand has good snacks popcorn is good, and staff is very friendly. read more

Just left this theater and we're trying to recover in the Starbucks nearby. You walk in, you can tell it hasn't been meaningfully updated in 20 years. It smells like my grandma's house. I cracked up laughing at the "arcade" which was a crane game, a broken racing game, pac-man, and guitar hero. Holy crap there was a guitar hero game. I haven't seen one of those in 10 years. Our local theater didn't have the movie we wanted to see and this was the closest one so we soldiered on. I mean who cares if it's an outdated dump, we're here to see the movie. We go into the theater which has a max capacity of 66 people. This place was TINY. The screen looked to be 15' or so. But again, whatever, it's still better than at home. The smell in the theater was something else. I can't describe what it was, but I started to get dizzy almost immediately. It was a strange smell and there seemed to be very little air (I kept yawning despite really liking the movie and not being tired before we went in). I thought it was just me since my better half didn't say anything. So I sucked it up, kept sipping on my coke, kept burping to calm my stomach, and soldiered on. Get to the end of the movie, my wife's first words were, "I feel sick, we're never coming back here again." So, we stumbled out, made our way over to Starbucks and are drinking mint tea to help ease our nausia. My hands have stopped shaking and everything has stopped spinning, so I wanted to write this review to warn people. If you hear they renovate this place, sure, give it a shot again. Until then, I advise staying away or, at the very least, if the smell and thick air seem odd to you, walk out and ask for a refund. No movie is worth how I feel right now. read more

I always have a great time when I visit Burlington's Regal Cinema. It sit all alone in this huge area with nothing else surrounding it. They light it up green so you can't miss it. They always show the latest and newest movies that are out like every other Regal Cinema. The staff are always very pleasant as well. I never had an issue with the food or beverages. They grant any coupons or deals that you may have and are always aware of discounts. It is not a big theater and you will be very close to the couple next to you. I personally do not mind. Overall this theater is great and more people should visit this specific location! read more

My wife and I frequent this theater a lot. Its not stellar, but it works for us. Depending on what day and time that you go and what movie you go to see will determine your experience. Between 3pm-5pm on a Saturday has worked for us. Later than that is when the teeny-boppers are out. If you see police cars parked in the parking lot you are going to be hanging with youngsters, depending on the movie you are planning to see. If you dont see any, then you are pretty much guaranteed to have a good movie going experience. Also, give yourself a few extra minutes, especially on the weekend, if you are catching a new release, the lines can be long at the ticket window, as well as at the concession area. Catching a movie after 5 pm, is more crowded than a matinee. Just something to be mindful of at this theater. One time I went, we ordered food,(pizza, hot dogs & pretzel bites) it had to be warmed up, the staffer told us to go on and get seated in the theater and our food would be delivered. That worked out really well. We got good seats and our food was brought to us. I would have given more stars, but a few teeny-bopper experiences took away from our movie viewing enjoyment. read more

I like the Regal in Burlington. It is clean, convenient and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The biggest plus to this theater is that during the day most shows are relatively empty, even on weekends. The good things stop there unfortunately. This place reminds me of crummy theaters I used to go to as a little kid in the early 90's- gross tiny seats that are extremely uncomfortable, a weird set up, and everything being just generally old. They also have these weird two seater/love seat things that would be cool if they weren't so gross to sit on (basically like sitting in a cheap folding chair at an office meeting is what it's most similar to). Just a very odd place, a relic from past decades, and I'm guessing that considering the state of most other things in that area (*cough* the mall) it won't get a renovation for quite a while. read more

I thought I'd update with a 2 star review, because the place is worse than it was. Apparently worse than it was must be a 1-star. I feel bad for the manager of this theatre. My brothers and I rushed here on a Friday night to catch a movie that was sold out somewhere else. The movie had just come out, but we really wanted to see it. So we risked it. And, folks, it was NOT worth the risk. Sure, the floor is clean enough, people working concessions are on top of their jobs, and the manager was polite, present, and wearing a suit. Impressive. But that does little to combat other factors. Like 3 police officers present. Or a theatre full of dullards who shout, chatter, and Narrate The Plot during an entire movie. These people, the majority of whom were over 18, were the epitome of a bad theatre-going experience. We weren't there for a comedy or on a night many days after the movie had been in theatres. Ghetto really, sadly, describes the atmosphere. Halfway through, after paying $14 for a ticket, I opted to sit through the rest of the movie with my fingers plugging my ears so that at least I couldn't hear *what* everyone around me was saying. Unfortunately, I could still hear a couple choice loudmouths. And this wasn't the type of audience to whom you could politely or otherwise say Excuse me, please hush. Additionally, there's a special for 2 medium soft drinks and a whatever-size popcorn. It costs $18.50 and the "medium" soda is just shy of super-size. Yuck. We should have gotten our money back. We really, really should have demanded it back. I've often encountered somewhat obnoxious audiences at this Regal, but this was mind-blowing. Never again. read more

This experience is the worst experience I've EVER had!! We were packed like sardines! My wife is 5'4" and the stupid leaning chair in front of her was banging into her bad knee! I'm 6'4" and the person in front of me kept complaining that she couldn't recline! So of course she kept leaning forwards and smashing the chair against my knees! The kid behind me was kicking my chair and when I left, laughed at me. I REALLY tried my hardest to stay quiet and enjoy Avengers infinity wars. Thank you Regal! Filthy, gross, soiled seats look like they have been brought in from a salvage yard after years of outdoor storage. Tonight was the first time in several years that we decided to see a movie at the Burlington Regal rather than drive a little farther to a different theater chain. We initially stopped going there due to the rudeness of the fellow patrons. This was a huge mistake. The seats are stained black which certainly must have accumulated over years of neglect. The floor under our feet was sticky. There is also a distinct bad body odor that permeated theater 16. There were less than 20 patrons in the theater for our movie so this smell is lingering from previous times. When we got home we wiped our shoes on Clorox wipes before entering our house. All of our clothes we were wearing including jackets that contacted the theater seats are now in the washer. The movie was a good one but overshadowed by the filth of the theater. AVOID this place if you have any sense of acceptable cleanliness. On a positive note the staff was friendly and the concession area appeared clean. I waited overnight to reflect on this review before hitting the post button. If anything my review is kind regarding the dirty condition of that theater. Corporate Regal people must never visit or have any minimum standards. read more

This is a decent size movie theater. They hold about 16 movie showing at 1 time and that's about the only good thing. This theater is dirty and outdated. Also if you come late at night or on the weekend it's full of riff rafts and teenagers . The concession workers are very slow and lazy. The only good thing is there is plenty of parking. read more

Apart from it having teens , rowdy kids, they act up more, they have had cops there, fights break out, not for me. Since this is the closet theater to my house it is normally the one I go to for last minute movie decisions. A huge plus is that normally during the day the theaters are empty which makes it easier to watch movies without being bothered. They offer a variety of snacks to enjoy during the movie and while they offer some movie theater basics like everyone else, they do offer corn dogs. I absolutely love corn dogs so they won me over on this one. Now the bad part...the theaters are somewhat dirty. Honestly I don't even think somewhat is a good word for this. They are dirty. Most of the time I feel like the staff just walks through and grabs big pieces of trash but leaves the rest of it a mess. The seats are old and tiny and very uncomfortable. I think they should spend some money revamping the place and making it more appealing. I also recommend not going at night, it has become a huge hang out for kids and they hang around the front of the building bugging people. I'm speaking for the mature group. I used to take my family to the AMC Hamilton. I been expressing to them that my son is deaf and do they have anything better than the reader for closed caption they have that you have to put in the soda cup holder that keeps falling or always have to be adjusted. Well they said corporate said no and are not doing nothing to perfect it. Then one day a person told me about Burlington Regal in Burlington NJ. They have glasses for the deaf. Well we went and I met Manager Brian L who told me yes they have and it's better then the AMC product. We watch a movie and my son was in his glory. He told me the glasses were wonderful and he read every word with no interruption. Don't get me wrong ,there was times the unit gave trouble but they replaced fast and even at times gave my son a free pass for the next time he comes in. It's been 3 years now we been coming to this Theater on a weekly basis. Managers like Brian, Ryan, and the others have always treated me and my family like one of the family's and other people I don't know. The bathrooms are clean and the Theaters are also clean, the workers do a good job of cleaning when the movie is over. If something is dirty and I report it they take care of it (ASAP). I'm a family of 5 and I do spend money but get discounts with there Crown Club Card. I never had any disruptions when I come to this movie, I feel safe and that's a good thing. Don't get me wrong it's not like those fancy movies out there newer built, but I still come here with the family or without. Lets talk about the( Concession Stand). The young people behind there serving the customers do a hell of a job. They are not on the cell phones or chitchatting, they are working and I watch them. This must be a new breed of workers, not like some of the fast food services I've been too. So I say to the ones who are complaining about them, you are not special then the person who is also waiting online in front of you. So be patience and adjust your pull ups or stick a pacifier in your mouth. I'm a father and a veteran in my early 50's. still going strong.
