So, i had to hit my brakes at the end of the line, with my rear wheel still in the conveyer, so I didnt rearend the car in front of me that was still being dryed off. Damaged my rim, employees wore blank expressions and could not have cared less. Protect you car and your mood and go elsewhere.

Instead, I was sent a Lemon that had a plethora of issues. Not only was the CD not functioning properly, the computer programming was a mess. Their policy was "Returns Not Accepted". I contacted the dealer and they said to send it back to Denon for repair and I did so. When I received my CD player back not only was it not functioning properly but it had other issues that were not discovered and repaired. I had to get a refund by filing a dispute with Chase Bank to get a charge back. . .

To replace 2 passenger door and the smallest and most minor of scratches on the wheels. They've had the car for weeks now. But they told me all the parts were already ordered in November. Car was still in pieces on January 21. I have place several complaining calls to state farm. I'm hoping state farm drops them as a garage. People pay to drive their cars. Not to see them sitting in a garage for weeks and months waiting to be fixed. If they didn't want to do it or couldn't do it. They should have turned down the business. Shameful

They kept me informed via text to let me know what stage of repair my car was in. The staff I worked with in the office was knowledgeable and professional. I was extremely pleased with the final outcome of the repair and felt they did a superb job at matching the paint on my vehicle. They also offered for me to come back anytime in the next 90 days for a free car wash, since I cannot bring my car through an automatic car wash for 90 days. They only ask that I call ahead which makes sense. I'm very happy with the service provided and if I need any work done in the future, I certainly plan to return!

I also had their receptionist, Nicole who I talked to many times about my jeep. Nicole, was super helpful with any and all questions I had that she could answer to the best of her ability! Nicole, thank you for your kindness while my jeep was there at the collision center. Thank you! Also, Ben who had picked up a time or two when I would called and let me know about parts they were waiting for. Thank you! I ended up being stuck on the side of the road because the radiator hoses were not installed properly and then I had antifreeze all of the engine bay of my jeep and all over the road. I was missing the install clips and the electrical cover and with the jeep system not being reset the dash lit up with dash lights I had to look up in my manual while I waited for help.
