One of them shrunk a lot during cleaning both in length (barely long enough to tuck in now) and in the sleeves (sleeves come to 2" below my wrist now)The owner refused to take responsibility. She said it was the manufacturer. All 7 of my shirts are made by the same company and are all the exact same size. I have never washed my shirts on my own and it fit perfectly fine before I dropped it off at Clean Mart to be dry cleaned. I showed her all 7 shirts, told her the exact same story, and she refused to admit it could be her fault. Do not use this dry cleaner. They have terrible customer service and if they ruin your clothes they will blame everyone else but themselves. How could it possibly be the manufacturer when it fit last week and the only place my shirt has been since then is this dry cleaner? Take responsibility. I understand shit happens but don't blame me when you're the one that messed up. I spend $40/month on dry cleaning. Replacing my shirt and keeping a long term regular customer sounds like a no brainer to me.

I needed to have a long wool coat dry cleaned. I was quoted a price and given a time frame to stop by and pick up my coat. I'm not familiar with prices, but I was quoted $27 for a full length wool coat and a week turn around time (just wanted to give a reference, in case it's helpful to other people). I didn't mind the long turn around time because it wasn't really an urgent matter for me. There were no surprise charges or extensions on the time for the service. My coat came back and is as expected. This location was super clean and organized the couple times I have come in. The lady, Jenny (spelling may be incorrect), that is there was really friendly and approachable. I have also observed her interact with other customers, and I've only ever witnessed pleasant interactions. There is ample parking. The location is also in a safe area close to George Washington University Virginia Science and Technology Campus. There are restaurants and other shops and services nearby. They offer alterations as well, but I have not had any need for this service. Should I use it in the future, I will update the review. I will most likely continue to use their services when I need it.
