Took our family of 5 to a movie on Sunday afternoon. With snacks and tickets it came to over $100, which seems to be the norm for movie theaters this day. Thankfully the theatre was very clean and the seats were comfortable. Only issue I had is we ordered a large which comes with a free refill. We asked to get the refill early and they said they would give it to us in a bag. I may have misunderstood as I thought we would get our bucket and have the refill in a bag, but instead we were given a giant bag of popcorn and an empty bucket. Not the most convenient when trying to get into the movie and ensure everyone has popcorn, but we made it work! The popcorn was very tasty and enjoyed by all! read more

Nice modern theater with reserved reclining seating. The lobby was a mess but the theater and restrooms were clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Theater is not attached to the mall. Sits by itself behind the mall and behind BJ's warehouse. read more

We came here for the Impractical Jokers movie on opening night. It had a limited release, and was only at Regal theaters around here. I had a gift card I've had for like 8 years because I always go to AMC Webster, so it was like $2 to see the movie, so that was nice. We came to this one because it has the recliners, but they're awful in comparison to AMC. The leg rest didn't come up far enough unless you reclined the seat the whole way back, and then you're basically laying down, which wasn't what I wanted to do. The arm rests are also wooden, so they're not comfortable. The screen is also in a strange spot and you're looking up at it. It's much smaller than the screens at AMC, and row D felt far away. I'd prefer row C, I think. And our movie screen was visibly dirty. They also play 10 minutes of commercials after the start time, followed by like 20 minutes of previews, then some more commercials. Why do I want to pay to see the commercials I fast forward at home?? No wifi either, which is just weird in 2020. I loved the movie, but not much else. It was clean enough and the bathrooms were decent. It wasn't very busy on a Thursday night, but there were only 2 self service kiosks that I saw, and no one working at the ticket counters. I was extremely disappointed at my trip to Regal Theaters when I saw Aqua Man. A group of boys made lots of noise in front of me. I went out to the main lobby and talked to one of the managers named Jake He told me he would resolve the issue but never followed through, never coming back to this theater. read more

Went to see A Quiet Place part 2. I've lowered my rating because I still think masks should be required unless eating and drinking. I also think more than 1 seat in between. Spacing is still practiced. Theaters still clean. I'm still nervous about COVID even though I vaccinated. read more

I do not see how this theater could get any better; Clean, comfortable, friendly/knowledgeable staff, well managed, etc. I noticed that some customers complained the concession prices are high- my response to that would be to deal with the reality of the situation; expand your scope and look at all the theaters that have gone out of business- concessions is part of how the remaining theaters stay in business, that is how it works. Yes the profit margin on concessions is ridiculous however it is required to compensate for compromised profile margins in other areas; people do not work for free! read more

Haven't been to this theater in years and power recliners are nice addition. But definitely an issue with viewing from seats at the side of the front rows, which can be uncomfortable during a 2+ hour movie. Theater is fairly clean. The concession stand also doubles as the ticketing booth, though there is a self serve kiosk. Concession items are overpriced as expected but service is friendly and fast. By far my favorite theater, employees are very nice they have recliners which are always very clean and comfortable. The concessions may be a bit pricey but that's how the employees get paid, the box office money gets sent right back to the producers and big guys. read more

This gets one star based solely on the fact that they eliminated their ticket booth and are having people buy their tickets in the concessions line. What a train wreck. I get that most people buy online nowadays and that reevaluating your labor model is a smart move, but this ain't it chief. There is already a self serve ticket kiosk there, a more intelligent decision would have been to add a couple more. This theater always seems to have more people on their phones during the movie as well, not the theaters fault but definitely an impact on your experience. 3 separate people within 6ft of me were on their phones throughout the movie. Movie time was 310 the movie actually started at 350! After watching 40 minutes of commercials and previews they ended it with a "hey join our regal club" commercial and well Na I'm good. This bums me out because the sound quality is better here than the theater in Webster. Love the reserved recliner seating. Theater is kept clean and well staffed. Good picture quality, great audio. Only complaint is I wish they offered lattes. The standard Starbucks brew coffee leaves a lot to be desired. Nice to have a hot drink in a cold movie theater. Theater malfunctions, no one cares. Took my son to see Spider-Man 2, and right away he noticed that the ads were not playing. I, for one, was glad. I hate those ads, and I figured the movie would work. Nope. When the previews started, just sound, no video. I went out to tell someone, followed by another patron who had already complained three times about the lack of ads. Uh-oh. The video started working shortly thereafter, but then, the sound quit. I went to tell the nearest employee: "The sound isn't working in theater 7." "Theater twelve?" "No, theater seven. I was just out here a minute ago telling you about the video not working." "OK." (gets on walkie talkie) "The sound in theater 5 isn't working." "Theater SEVEN." I walked on, looking for a manager. Found one, and he just smiled and shrugged and said, "It's automated! Someone just needs to flip a switch!" *grin* By the time the actual movie started, the sound AND video were both working. And, the lights were still on. I just stayed, because I really like watching movies with my son and didn't want to miss any. Luckily, yet another patron went out to complain, and, about 20 minutes later, we were watching AND hearing the movie in a DARK theater. This place is an absolute dump. read more

This is where I go when I really want to see a movie during opening weekend and AMC is sold out (and I don't feel like spending $13 for IMAX at Tinseltown.) Pros: Assigned seating (so convenient!), recliners (not as comfortable as AMC), lots of space between rows so you can be that jerk who needs to run to the bathroom during the movie (aka me) and not feel as bad. Came here to see Neighbors with Adam. We have been here before and it is always the same. Some of the theaters have stadium seating and some do not. The lobby is fairly clean but the bathrooms could use some work. Same as with every theater, the prices for the tickets are pretty expensive but Adam and I just try to go to matinee's. I do not suggest buying any food or drink from the theater are you will pay over $4.00 for a water of water. I don't even want to ink about how expensive everything else is. Overall, obviously this theater doesn't compare to the theater in Webster but if we get a gift card or the Webster theater is sold out we will continue to come here. read more

Ok, 3.5 I wished it was a bit closer that's why the 3.5. You can buy tickets on Fandango, treats are $$ but duh! You get the lovely reclining seats, parking is good and blah, blah but they have lots of theaters here and afterwards you can go to lunch in the area.. Three of the theaters have upgraded seats (recliners) but they aren't as comfortable as AMC Webster and they are way more expensive than Pittsford Plaza. Regal Eastview is $10.25 per ticket. AMC Webster is ~$11. Pittsford is $8 or less w/child/student/senior discounts. I'd choose Pittsford Plaza or Webster over this location any day, especially not knowing if your movie is being shown in an upgraded theater or not until you get here. Interestingly when I spoke with folks at Regal Eastview about the high prices not being related to the quality provided in the theater their justification was that they are a huge company and therefore can't charge as little as Pittsford Plaza. I found this somewhat comical as aren't the megalopolis companies (i.e. Walmart, etc.) supposed to be able to do volume pricing and that's why they're competitive? Makes no sense. We would rather wait to see the movie at one of our preferred locations (The Little, Pittsford Plaza, AMC Webster, etc.) than see it at Regal Eastview. read more

The recent renovations to the theaters have made the movie going experience so much better. In general, I am a big fan of the reclining seats and extra space in the rows. The upgrades mean fewer seats, so pre-purchasing tickets is crucial but that also means fewer people in the theater which makes for a better experience overall.Logistics, the refreshments lines move quickly and because it is located at the mall, there is plenty of parking. This has become my preferred movie theater though I do not see many movies while in theater. read more

Great Popcorn, drinks are oversized and over priced!! The concession costs more than your tickets. May be the last time I go to the movies. I'll just continue to buy the movie or rent on iTunes with my Apple TV. Went to a matinee and got a large popcorn and two medium drinks for 18.50!!!!! And that was a Combo "DEAL" more like "MEAL". Being I can go to dinner for that price. However the theater itself was very nice. read more

I would give 5 stars if the architects and corporate weren't so stupid and greedy. They've put a row of seats so close to the screen and so far on either side that you can't see the faces of anyone on screen without distortion and hurting your neck. I bought the last seats available for the showing of Endgame and they were on the front right side. I have been in the front at other theaters and never had the discomfort or visual problems as in this theater. The manager is aware, everyone who works there hears complaints all the time. Yet they still sell these seats at regular price. This is fraud. There should be a disclaimer with any seats in the front that warn you that the screen will be distorted and you could suffer a neck injury. Management did give us free tickets to another showing but why sell the seats if you're going to have to comp them? Why not deeply discount them? Or really, just take them out. It is so unpleasant to sit there that the movie was ruined for us. Never ever sit in the front row at Regal. read more

My friend and I saw a movie at the theater and it was great but after we tried to get little toy horses from the machine together and we got one but the machine ate the rest of our money with no horse given. They didn't do anything about this and basically ignored our sadness. The other machines also looked like they might not work as well. This was sad. read more

I left my purse here after seeing a movie on Sunday. The purse was not left for more than 15 min and an employee had gone into my wallet and cleaned it out before turning it in. The management was very unwilling to help when I asked to confront the worker. I had to insist and when I did confront the worker he was clearly lying to me. The workers here are thieves. It is a shame, I have been coming here for years, but I will not be returning. When friends want to see a movie, I will recommend we go to a different theater. read more

I've only been to one other movie theater where luxury seating was available. A kiosk is available for buying tickets rather than waiting in a long line. After swiping my debit card, I noticed it was taking a long time to get the tickets and complete the transaction. This was the only downside of my whole movie going experience. read more

For a movie theatre, it was perfectly pleasant. The theatre the opera was in had both Stadium and regular seating. The concession stand seemed well stocked with a variety of things. I would go see a movie there. read more
