Unlimited movies subscription. Iwas going to see Invitation but realized I had already seen the movie after I sat down and began watching the movie. Went back to the counter and explained my problem. They were understanding and let me go to see the movie Thor-Love and thunder. I did have to sign a receipt but other than that I had no problem getting to the second movie. The actual movie show in theater 10 didn't appear that it had been cleaned. The previous already started so I turned off the theaters' overhead lights and settled in to watch the show. THE MOVIE Thor Love and Thunder was very good not a big fan of Hero comic book genre pictures but this one was really enjoyable for me . I recommend it for everyone to see.

This theater is fairly standard for Regal cinemas. I am a Regal Unlimited member, so I'll go to Regal theaters in whatever city I'm in. My last visit to this theater was to see Frozen 2 with my sister. It was during the holidays, so it was packed. We moved quickly through the long line to buy our tickets. The theater seats were comfortable recliners and had little arm desks attached. One disappointment was that the theater we were in was not in the stadium seating so style. There was some gradation, but you have the head of the person in front of you in your line of sight. Since the screen is raised, the person in front of you wouldn't likely obstruct the screen. This theater operated well when I was there, I was just disappointed in the venue design.

I only went there this time to get ducks out of the claw machine. My boys & I collect them & there was a whole new series of them in there. But, normally when I do go to see a movie, I can say that obviously the prices for movies, pop, popcorn & other snacks are so overpriced it's ridiculous. All I can usually afford is a large pop which I share with my son. The sound for the movies is good, but each theater is either FREEZING or so HOT & STUFFY it's intolerable. There has to be a happy medium. I like that there are a few restrooms there,so they're not usually so packed u have to wait long. The Regal card is nice to have & sometimes can really save you some money, so if u don't have 1 yet, get one.

Because I've gone to Regal's Monday Mystery Movie a few times, I thought I'd compare the two events. IDK when the next Mystery Movie will be, but last night the next Secret Cinema was said to be scheduled for July 14. That would be Bastille Day, if I'm not mistaken, so maybe the movie will be an old French film, or something set in France. Maybe The Pink Panther. No way to know in advance. I did find out on June 8 that Secret Cinema does not show new movies, but went anyway. (The TCM channel is one of my favorites.) Last night The Wizard of Oz was shown on the big screen, after a short talk about the film. Tickets for Secret Cinema are $10 and concessions are half price. Or maybe that's just for popcorn. I'm not sure because all I got to drink was a 20oz bottle of Aquafina, which was $5.50. If you enjoy old movies, "old" being anything from vintage to classic, you will want to check out Dipson Amherst's Secret Cinema. Always a Tuesday night.

With declining viewership & attendance numbers the location closed it's second concession stand, the former spic & span theaters tend to be a bit messy, and the parking lot is a mess. Sketchy at night, and at times the theaters can get a bit out of control with loud & rude customers. Which tends to ruin the experience. On one occasion, while watching the latest John Wick film, my wife had the misfortune of sitting on a wet seat (yeah, it was urine & the trousers were ruined) Other than that, with a little caution, it's fine. Though I think a little more attention to detail & customer experience would go a very, very long way. It has so much potential.

Out of all the Regal locations in the area, this one has slipped into being the weakest overall. The staff experience is very hit or miss. Some employees are attentive and present, while others seem more interested in chatting with friends or sneaking phone time in over helping customers. The cleanliness has also dropped too. It's not dirty to the level of being gross, but it no longer feels well cared for or consistently maintained. The seating hasn't been updated, so it's still the old style, which honestly sums up what feels off about this location. It feels stuck in the past. Everything comes across as a little worn and tired compared to other Regal theaters nearby. There doesn't seem to be much pride or urgency in keeping the space polished. Concessions are another weak spot. The standard snack options are usually fine, but anything beyond the basics are regularly unavailable. I've also had very little luck with promotional snack, which are frequently out of stock here compared to other locations. This used to be one of the better Regal theaters years ago. I find myself choosing any of the other Regal locations instead, including driving all the way out to Orchard Park, when this would be the most convenient location for me coming from Lockport. I hope this theater eventually gets some updates... refreshed seating, improvements to the IMAX, or just a renewed focus on upkeep and staff engagement. It's possible things have changed since my last visit three to six months ago, but as of now, it's unfortunately a no for me.

We went to see Weapons, and everyone at the theater was super friendly and welcoming. One of the best parts is that if your car doesn't have a radio, you can rent one from them (which I had to do, and it worked perfectly). The food was surprisingly good and very affordable, which made the night even better. I also love that they run multiple movies at the same time across different screens, so there's something for everyone. Plus, the double feature makes it such a great value: we saw Weapons and Superman back-to-back. It made for a long night, but definitely a fun one. I feel like it is hard to find drive-in theaters anymore, so it was so fun to be able to experience this and it gave the old-time vibes with new movies which was super fun. If you're in the Buffalo area, this drive-in is absolutely worth the trip!
