Regal Interquest (Hollywood Cinema)

I came to see My Big Fat Greek Wedding 3. This is the only Regal cinema in the Colorado Springs area. Very large parking lot with hotels, restaurants and other entertainment venues nearby. The concessions area was quite large. Everything was clean and air-conditioned. It was just, not too cool. I got my birthday reward which was a small popcorn. Of course I added liquid butter and 2 packets of salt. It was freshly popped. My Big Fat Greek Wedding 3 was a fitting, joyful, with somewhat scandalous conversations which was all in good fun. A good ending to a trilogy by actor and director Nia Vardalos.

We liked this theater. the seats were comfortable and they had the movies we wanted to see. I don't even go to theaters that don't have recliners any longer. The employees were helpful and friendly. I started docking one star for all theaters who have closed their box office and force customers to buy tickets at the concession counter but other than that, The only complaint I had was one of he two movies we attended ran an extra 10 minutes of commercials before starting their previews, which caused the actual start time of the movie to be more than half an hour after the stated showtime. I usually like some previews but i'm not paying for commercials and those need to be done as of start time and going to a later movie that starts more than 30 minutes after showtime is not OK

This is a great theater. I tried to purchase movie tickets with my Regal Unlimited subscription, but had issues with my account. The manager (Bryce) went above-and-beyond to remedy my issue and provided exceptional customer service. I saw a movie in the RPX Theater which provided amazing sound and visuals. I highly recommend this theater, RPX is a great way to watch a blockbuster movie.

The only downfall to the theatre is that there is a theater down the street that serves ice cream! Other than that, it's a great theatre with great seats. Tons of parking, and a reward system. This is one of the two local theaters I go to.

STEPH JUDGEMENT: Fun for special movie outings…read more We came to see Guillermo Del Toro's "Frankenstein" with our friends and it did not disappoint. We've been to the downtown LA one a couple of times and the drill was the same: You start by scanning the QR code and making the initial order, then during the movie you write down your order on the provided pad and pressing the service call button. You have 20 minutes after the movie ends to settle up your bill; after that they will close it out for you with 20% gratuity. We ordered: - Spicy ranch popcorn (spicy! It's a dry powder so I should've gotten some light butter on it to hold the powder to the popcorn--we kept accidentally inhaling it, doh) - Churro crunch popcorn (not too sweet, with slight salty notes that gave it a really nice touch) - Vegan cauliflower bites with celery and fries (the gochujang sauce was a little too sweet and the fries were limp--just meh) - I got a Pilsner, hubby got an IPA The food was just ok but the service and atmosphere were great. The seats weren't THE most comfortable recliners, as they didn't recline quite as much as the AMC chairs we were used to, but they were fine. One of the best things at these theaters is the 15-20 minute montage they show before the movie that's related to the feature--worth getting there early for. Some of the clips they included were really obscure and funny, like the one from the 1960s where Frankenstein goes to college and becomes a party animal, lol.

I agree with everyone here regarding the QR Code ordering! The preshow entertainment is one of the…read morebest things about this place, but you can't even enjoy it because you're on your phone trying to order food. They should at the very least have either an option to still order on paper, or an order a head option so that you can just order everything before you get there. AMC and Harkins even do that... You can say what time you wanna pick it up and then you can just pick it up on your way in. Since there's no human interaction anyway they might as well just let us do that. I also felt bad for the server because I didn't feel like he deserved what I would normally tip on the bill, but it's not his fault and I'm not sure how they're getting paid. It's not really fair to the workers either. So I tipped low on the app and then I felt bad so I gave him an extra money on my way out. The whole thing just really sucks.

Great service, attentive, great menu!…read more Parking is limited, you may have to search around but it wasn't too hard to find something. This theater is connected to a tiny shopping center. Service was awesome! It was easy to order food, and had a server checking in with us respectfully during a movie. I think that's a hard thing to do, you've really got to know when to check in; kudos to them. Food is great portion wise! It would be great to separate alcohol & food menus. The alcohol dominates the menu, I don't drink so it was off putting to me. The theater is clean! The seats are worn out, my seat had the leather cracking. Not the biggest deal, but the small details matter; the more pressing issue is having a cup holder in between each seat. It makes sense when it's moving into the next section of paired seats, but it felt cramped & stiff unless I wasn't pulling up hard enough. All in all I'd recommend this spot! Dinner & a movie, big portions of food, and excellent customer service. It doesn't get any better unless it does!

I love the Alamo Drafthouse and the QR code situation doesn't bother me too much. The service has…read morebeen very smooth and fast. The screens are great and crisp, sound is excellent, but the seats are horrible here. The seat cushions are way too narrow and you feel yourself sliding forward a bit. They are stiff leather seats and outdated. Also, the seats have a big two inch gap at the bottom which makes it easy to lose things behind the seat. The Westminster location has much better seats that recline. The parking is much harder here compared to Westminster. I usually park in their parking lot behind the theater or on side streets but there's also a validated garage across the street. You have to validate at the front desk before you go into your theater and that gives you 4 free hours. It's also a much sketchier location compared to Westminster, especially at night. I came back to my car to see a homeless couple shooting up drugs on the Alamo staircase behind the theater. Just be aware that's a possibility here if getting out late at night. Food is great especially the BBQ chicken pizza. The homemade chocolate chip cookies are usually great but tonight they served me them in a plate that's too cramped for the soft cookies, and they therefore became deformed and fell apart. When you charge $10 for cookies, at least have them on a plate long enough for all 3 cookies like the Westminster location. I haven't been to the Littleton location in CO, but I see no reason to ever go to this location over the Westminster one unless something is only playing here.

Hadn't been to Lincoln's in nearly three years, so thought we ought to try it again. It still tracks! Nicest bartender/server/owner still cracking jokes while taking everyone's orders. Lincoln's has a menu with several well known items that have been raved about in magazines and online forums. The menu is most definitely Cajun cuisine, and that is what I appreciate about it the most. I ordered the meatloaf cheeseburger under the Roadhouse Traditions of the menu. This was worth it. The meatloaf is tender, moist, and juicy. The brioche bun adds a good grabbing point for your hands for this beast of a meal. Instead of fries, the bartender/server/owner allowed me to try the hush puppies as a trade out. This was very nice of him to do and of course was not expected nor expected in the future. The hush puppies were phenomenal- perfectly cooked, fried, and seasoned. I washed everything down with a King Cake Daiquiri. It does indeed taste like King Cake if you're familiar. Lincoln's hosts live bands on a weekly basis- check their website for names and times. Looking for a place to do Mardi Gras next year? Lincoln's Roadhouse would definitely be a great location.

Open during the summer is their rooftop bar area while lots of tables and corn hole. It's currently tiki themed with a new drink menu. They can be a little short staffed and hard to get ahold of bartenders/ staff. However our bartender for the World Cup final was great / very attentive and even comped some drinks due to how long the line / wait was. One of my big criticisms is the lack of vegan options. You can basically get fries or the " almost vegan pizza" which has cheese. To order vegan you have to opt for no cheese and a gluten free crust. I wish they had more options. They have cauliflower wings and several other options that seemed like they would be vegan but weren't- if they just adjusted the ingredients it would be very easy to order vegan

And here's the thing, even if you've never experienced what I experienced, this place is going to annoy you on its own merits. The arcade is a disaster. They're running a bootlegged championship edition of Street Fighter... which, fine, whatever. But NOT ONE game I touched had working joysticks. Mortal Kombat? Dead. Street Fighter? Dead. The Simpsons? Dead. I mean, if you're going to be an arcade bar, maybe... maintain the damn arcade? the old fashioned tasted fine cubes like a 7-Eleven, not the big rock you'd expect from a bar charging those prices. Details matter, people. The place was pretty packed, which tells you everything you need to know about Greenwood Village... they're just desperate for options out there.

What a fun venue in the basement of Oskar Blues in Downtown Denver!…read more We had been wanting to check out the venue and just happened upon half price tickets for a show on a Friday night. We didn't know the bands, but that has never stopped us before. Black Buzzard is conveniently located on major bus routes into downtown, so we took the bus from the Berkeley neighborhood and walked less than a block to the venue. We were a bit early for doors, so we grabbed a couple of stools at Oskar Blues for a beer before the show. Pro Tip: Although the beverage selection is the same at Oskar Blues & Black Buzzard, you must open separate tabs at each. Black Buzzard has a mix of high top tables and standing space for live music. We had a rather charmed experience. The show was extremely undersold. So, there was plenty of space. And, the band members were super friendly and hung out with us before the show. The bands were fantastic and we had a wonderful time jamming out. Unfortunately, the stage is not very high, so sightlines at a sold out show will not be ideal for short folks like me. In the future, I may stick to their comedy shows here, which I assume are seated.
