Came here for a date with my husband. We haven't been here since we lived in Texas 8 years ago. We totally forgot to check if we needed to reserve seats, since we always used to get our tickets before the showing. We were thankful to find 2 seats next to each other under short notice! We had questions in regards to the Regal App, and the guy at the ticket counter was very knowledgeable on how using the app will help us keep track of our rewards and other perks. Staff is very friendly! I know it's not their fault, but I so wish they would upgrade to reclined seats! Other than that, we really enjoyed our date at Regal! read more

This theater is dirty and they aren't trying to clean it. The theater rooms are hot and do not have A/C & the staff doesn't care. Very unprofessional business. Terrible. It smells sooo bad in there. Dirty. Gross. The seats smell 30 years old and like they don't clean. The seats are like airplane seats super tight. The popcorn was disgusting! It was soooo slow hardly anyone there, but they had so muchh popcorn made. My friend wanted some anyway, and it was so old and stale I only ate 2 popcorns. Threw the rest out. If it is that slow, make fresh popcorn to order. I can't imagine it takes more than a couple minutes. Go elsewhere. read more

Great theater - friendly staff and good service, clean theaters and bathrooms. We usually go to the earliest shows on the weekends so the lines usually are not a problem. However, we have been a couple of times later in the day, and as Lisa M. commented, the lines for tickets and especially for food were pretty long. Plenty of good restaurants for after movie lunch or dinner are nearby. Texas Roadhouse is right next door and has great steaks but is casual attire. We usually go to Buffalo Wild Wings (which is also right next door). read more

Came to see movie for first time here. I've read reviews and am a little worried. The place is big indeed. Due to time we chose to see Ender's Game. It was in a very small theater but had really good sound. Service was good. Place was decently clean. Seats ok even for bigger folks as arms go up. Long lines at concessions - and employees just walking around having fun behind the counter not being helpful at all. Not a good look. Been here a couple of times, but now decided to write a review. Went to the Despicable Me2 opening night. We saw a long line but wasn't sure what it lead to so we asked. Found out it was for DM2. Ok, great. Good thing we lined up when we did cuz the line grew fast! No one knew what the line was for---everyone had to ask someone else in line. How come there was no one directing people? Then, once inside the theater, it stunk---like puke. By the time the theater filled up there were several instances where people were standing at the entrance, trying to figure out if there were seats left for their families. In the past, or at other theaters I see employees actually walking with customers up and down the aisles, asking people to scoot down or switch seats so they can accommodate others. Hmmm. I guess it doesn't matter here. Oh well, enjoyed the movie. Parking sucks. read more

I went to this theatre Yestrday and had a showing for 9:15, my sister gets the slushys all the time and for some reason this time the machine "wasn't working", so if it wasn't working wht did the guy at the register sell to two people before us and a little boy after is, I don't know of it had to do with the fact that my sister is gay or what but why are u telling us it didn't work and still selling it to other customer? my sister was very upset bc she felt very uncomfortable and upset bc she felt discriminated against and I have been trying to get into contact with someone for the entire day today and no one has answered so if someone can call me back and tell me why that behavior was shown at this theater read more

The good side is that you can use your Regal rewards card here if you have one. Actually this theatre is not bad at all. I have only been once but it was a good experience. I think many of the ratings are because people are basing it on these ultra-premium theatres we have these days like iPic, Showcase and many others. It is an older theatre in need of some refurbishing and has many smaller theatres within that sit just over a hundred people. These smaller venues are on the side after you pass the larger venues that accommodate the 3 D experience. The staff is helpful and they do serve adult beverages but I would suggest just bring your big purse or satchel. Not saying that you should but on this day I went I really think you could just walk in and go see a movie. The staff at the counter were all huddled together in one area on their cell phones but still attentive if you needed something from the snack bar. It was one of those I only handle snacks and it is not my job to check who is coming in and out of the theaters. Not a horrible experience but with what is being charged for movies I can see someone bypassing this theater to drive a tad bit farther to another one. Still not bad but far from being on par with some of the average movie theaters in this area. read more

They're the epitome of, "no one cares about their job." I've been here three times, as we just moved to the area, and all three time none of the employees care. The customer service is really bad. The lights have stayed on past the start of the movie 2 out of the 3 times I've been here. I ordered loaded fries the 2nd time I was there and got the wrong order. I also got them cold. The employees have attitude and I would rather drive to a different city than come back. 3rd times a charm. read more

Great theater, very comfortable seats... BUT... Expect a LONG wait at the concession stand and don't even THINK about going for a drink refill during the movie... Wish I could give a zero. There were no employees or staff checking tickets so a bunch of kids and teenagers were sneaking into movies. The seats that I paid for were taking by the kids who didn't buy tickets. When I confronted about it they were very rude. No staff around to help. Very dirty and poorly kept. This theatre is within walking distance of my pad, but not even worth that huge convenience factor anymore. (Walking itself doesn't even pose a convenience, actually - no beer served here :( ) Lines are a giant chaotic mess, at tickets (no matter if you've bought them online beforehand) and at concessions (where the snacks are gross, and grossly overpriced, even as compared to any other generally high-priced theatre fare). Tickets themselves are overpriced - $7.50 matinee?? That's virtually the same as weekend evening full price at Drafthouse New Braunfels - and they are the biggest dicks I've ever encountered in regards to military discounts. (Why even offer that at all, when they're going to put more restrictions on it than airline rewards, for all of 50€ savings? Weak! ) My biggest issue with the place though: it's *cold*. Since I am always losing things and this time it wasn't me, I could not wait to get online and run my mouth.....yeah shocking I know! So this time, my husband, (MR NEVER LOSES ANYTHING) forgets his sunglasses at the theater. Who the hell brings sunglasses in a movie theater? Well for once it wasn't me who accidentally left said sunglasses at said movie theater. As I was basking in the glory, since for once it wasn't me, I decided to stop by the theater on my way to the forum. I eagerly tap on the glass and signal for a manager to let me in. Still smiling, knowing that the "lost and found" has never found anything I lost. (And I am the Queen of losing shit) I ask the manager to check for me. The manager quickly pulls out a box of sunglasses. Guess what was right on top? My husbands super cheap sunglasses. WTF? Go figure, MR NEVER LOSES ANYTHING...get's his glasses returned. I on the other hand have lost several VERY EXPENSIVE said sunglasses...Never to be found again. So the moral of this story is....my shit is gone forever, Mr. Lucky gets his returned. read more

The theater is nice enough, but this is one of the few places I've seen that actually searches bags and purses for food being brought it. That's all well and good; it's up to the theater to do it or not. BUT, if you're going this route, you better run an efficient concession. The concessions here are PAINFULLY slow. We had a good 20 minutes to spare before a movie and we had no snacks, so we decided to go for popcorn. And we moved maybe 2 feet before we gave up, as we were down to 2-3 minutes before the movie started. I don't know if their point of sale system sucks, or if it's the staff, or what, but it just doesn't move. The same thing happened recently. We had 30 minutes to spare, and by the time I was done, I was running into the theater while the previews were already rolling. The theater is fine besides this. This location needs a serious remodel. The theatre door for ours was broken so walking up hands full you're screwed. They forgot to turn the projector on so it seemed like we were then in the wrong theatre. It smells old, like I felt I walked into a retirement home. They don't have the new seats so it's super cramped and uncomfortable seats. My husbands knees touch the seat backs in front of us. My brother and I went to see The Wolverine last night (7/26/2013). It was opening night and a Friday, so the theater was fairly packed. Our showing started at 11PM. There were nearly 30 minutes of previews and commercials, so it didn't actually start until much closer to 11:30. The theater was nice and comfortable for the better part of the film. For some unknown reason, they turned off the air conditioner in our theater at 1AM. It was still 80+ degrees outside, the theater was fairly packed, and needless to say, it got very warm and stuffy. After the credits rolled, we stepped outside our theater into the lobby to find their A/C still running. July. Texas. You do NOT turn off the A/C when a cramped room has 200+ people in it. We paid for that time, you need to deliver not just a movie, but a comfortable movie viewing experience. I will not return to this theater. read more

It's not the fanciest but it's clean and the staff is friendly. We have the regal unlimited app so we can see movies for free. They by far have the best popcorn around and I love that it's not packed with kids and teens. Great for a calm date night. read more

First time watching a movie at this theater. I was hopeful after seeing all of the reviews that we would receive a better experience. Went to watch the Lion King with my daughter, purchased our tickets through the app and our ticket said stadium 3 but she the girl checking sent us to 2. When we got there the seats we reserved was open so we sat down then decided to go get popcorn. The person taking our order was not at all polite and when asked questions about payment and what the birthday reward was he and sounded annoyed that I was asking questions (granted it could just be how I took it). Before we returned to stadium 3 I went back to the ticket person and double checked. I showed her that my ticket clearly says 3 but she is sending me to 2. She I insisted that she was correct because theater 3 was sold out so it had to be 2 and directed me back to 2. When we returned people were in the seats we were supposed to be in. I politely asked if it was there seats and stadium 2. They checked and it sure was. It was an embarrassing moment to say the least. After all of her clarification and certainty our tickets were correct and we were supposed to be in 3. I would not recommend this theater if you are looking for a great experience. read more

Great movie theatre, enjoyed the movie and the atmosphere. Theaters are very nice and seating is very comfortable.

This theatre is absolutely beautiful. There are plenty of bathrooms and they're always nearby your movie. There are many restaurants and shopping spots nearby to make a day of outings. The theatre always seems to be clean and comfortable - sound is good, air temperature is right, seating is comfortable. I only have a few complaints that could be easily remedied. The lines are REALLY LONG for tickets and food. The theatres are always packed - so get there early. My daughter got lice from the seat - not the theatre's fault, but I now worry about it every time. read more

If you come to this theater, make sure you get to your movie after the lights have been dimmed... or better yet, bring your hazmat suit. The seats, arm rests and carpeting are disgusting and in desperate need of complete replacement.... Maybe with a material other than cloth.. So this is my local theater 5 minutes from my house I frequented few times a month I often go to a late movie I like to go Thursday night before the movie comes out on Friday they constantly turn off the AC while I'm in there the last show of the night they try to save money and they don't turn on the AC I hope I'm able to add some pictures to show how you drink that was on the way out they told me the Az on but the amount of sweat it's happening with my body proves that it's not the only reason I gave it to sa was because I like the movie but I'll be thinking twice before I go to this theater again and if you want to go to a sweatbox go to this theater if you want to go to an air conditioned theater pick somewhere else read more

Loved the movie but man ordered small popcorn and water bottle. Omg he gave me warm water and said he had no cold ones. I found some old ones in frig but was locked so they opened and I got cold one. This is THE movie theater on the NE side. The theaters are always clean, the concession lines move, the management is great. They have new hot foods like burgers and fries, chicken nuggets, stuff like that. And of course, all the coke you can handle. Sometimes I purchase tickets online, at Fandango, and it works great especially when the lines are super long. Just be aware that there is a convenience fee, he'll, nothing's free. If it's the weekend, there is a Buffalo Wild Wings, Bikini's, and Texas Roadhouse in the same parking lot, and Hooligans, a local bar. What am I saying?
