I had made an appointment prior, and it seemed like whether you are a walk-in or appointment you were waiting the same time (which wasn't too long). The staff were very friendly, and at first I loved how they came out. But they didn't last very long. I got the gel manicure done with chrome. I've gotten gel for the last 5 years. The set I came in with was 6 weeks old (and NONE of it had chipped off). Within 24 hours, the thumb on my nondominated hand was already chipping off. While I was there the techs were talking about how one of them overcharged another customer. The tech put magic removal on my nails to remove the prior gel, and my nails were curling into themselves. It was a little painful. If the manicure had lasted at least two weeks, I would have been fine to come back. But since it started chipping almost immediately, it just doesn't seem worth it, in my opinion.

I would highly recommend you all try this place. There is only one masseuse and she offers massages for men and women. Check Groupon you may find a discount there. They offer other spa services as well. Make sure you schedule your appointment way in advance. Weekends tend to fill up super quick. They will also call to confirm your appointment a day or two in advance. Just a note, if you run into concerns of no return calls after leaving several voicemail messages, reach out to the restaurant and ask to speak to a Manager. I resulted to that after a week of no return phone calls and I received a call within 24 hours from the spa. Free parking is available on the street. I do not believe a parking garage is nearby.
