Bad quality and disorganized in making things right. Too far to drive to be jerked around.

We went around 5 p.m., and they were able to seat us together. I waited for my friend to arrive, and they accommodated us with two different technicians. I usually get the spa pedicure, but I decided to splurge and try their luxury pedicure, especially since I had a 10% birthday coupon. It was absolutely worth it! My feet were left completely smooth, with all the dead skin removed, and I felt like they really took their time. The technician even pointed out how much dead skin had built up since I hadn't been in a while, and she made sure to get it all. They have a large selection of polish types, and my pedicure still looks perfect over a week later. I don't have a particular person I see--I usually end up with whoever is available--and they're always sweet, gentle, and great at what they do.

Instead of helping me, the staff insisted I wait for the person who originally did my nails. That employee wasn't even there, yet they still had me sitting and waiting with no solution or communication. The lack of customer service and professionalism was frustrating. I expected them to correct the issue promptly, but they did not. I cannot recommend this salon based on my experience.

Just move to the area. Wanted to try a new nail salon for a pedicure. Came to this place because…read morethey had good reviews. However, my experience wasn't as great. The young lady who did my pedicure seem to be rushing and she didn't even get the dry skin on my heel, unfortunately, I even got cut ... and I got the deluxe pedicure plus gel. I'm all for giving new places chances but I think I'm one and done with this one. Updated with their response (see screenshot). This place is absolutely the worst. Would not recommend if they were giving away free pedicures. If I could give ZERO stars I would!

In less than two weeks my nails began to lift at the very top of at least 5 nails. The managers father begin to repair the 5 nails. I then decided to go ahead and get a fill in so that it wouldn't look odd. He did the fill in but didn't smooth the nail. He filed around the sides of the nail but not the top. He then polished my nails. Knowing that they were lumpy and continued anyway. I asked him what he was charging me and he said $45.00. I told him that I wasn't going to pay him $45.00 that i would pay him half because of the work he did. He wanted to take the nails off. I didn't have time, I'd been there long enough, and i was not pleased. These shops want you to pay the prices of everything but want to do a half-ass job. They charged me for shaping my nails, isn't that part of the service. That was the shape of the tip to began with. He put me out and told me never to come back. Gladly, if you're not going to give me the service that I paid for in quality, than yes I will be more than happy to not visit your establishment ever again. But this review will let people know what kind of service to look forward to.
