When she finished, she tapped my leg, said "you're done," and walked away to sit on her phone. She made no effort to clean her tools, adjust the chair, help me put my sandals on, or ensure my polish was dry--basic expectations at any salon. It got worse after I left. By the time I reached my car, my polish was completely smeared. I had to go out of my way to return, only to receive an even worse result. My nail was cut crooked, and instead of correcting the issue properly, she painted over the original polish without removing it, leaving a messy, uneven finish. To top it off, she made a passive-aggressive comment saying, "See, gel polish lasts longer," which was both unprofessional and inappropriate given the situation. This experience was careless, unhygienic, and unprofessional from start to finish. I would strongly advise others to avoid this salon. I would also like to know that any positive review you see is likely incentivized. They offer a free cuticle oil if you leave them a positive review.
