I love this place. Clean and the ladies are pleasant. They all do a good o. Our nails and eyebrows.

Unfortunately, my experience was not good; I won't be returning. There was no A/C, the doors were open on a muggy day, and the tv was too loud. NOT a relaxing environment. The massage chair worked well. On top of my $55 pedicure price I was charged an extra $5 for gel toe nail polish remover without being told. I feel like that should be included. It felt like he clipped too much skin off around each toe, it was actually painful enough that I said "ow" out loud. The man who did my pedicure massaged my legs in a circular motion in the same place repeatedly while the paraffin hardened on my feet. The towels he applied were burning hot, I told him and he cooled them. The hot stone massage was relaxing, but the stones were insanely hot. He didn't even massage my feet (my favorite part of a pedicure!). He polished my toe nails and used his fingernail to remove wet polish from the skin around my big toe. NOT COOL/UNSANITARY. The polish on my big toe is coming off, I think he used too much on each coat. I hate leaving such a bad review, but I cannot recommend this place. read more

they really just need to give it up. don't bother making an appointment, they wont keep it. Of the do keep it, the work is just sub par. to many places in Edmond to get a good manicure. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I suggest you do the same. read more

Have used them for years and am never disappointed! Lot's of misinformation in the negative reviews. They clean CONSTANTLY! If they hurry it is because someone is waiting, not for tips. No massage room. Nail places are a disaster me a dozen but this one stands out!!! read more

This place is in a good location, the prices are pretty much the same as other salons in the area. I always end up with the same lady who doesn't do as good of a job than the other people who work here. Her foot and leg "massage" is basically just rubbing lotion on you. And she cakes a bunch on product on your skin and then wraps it in a hot towel. Talk about a hot mess! I try to ask for the other people but she just nods and keeps going:/ if your lucky enough to get Tina or the guy then your in good hands. read more

Similar prices to other locations but the woman that helped me wasn't very kind and she was very very rough. I had limited time because I had to get to work so I asked if I had time for pedi and full set and she said yes. After pedi I said I could come back to get nails done because I didn't want to rush and she said no no I have time so I trusted her professional opinion. Well she ended up having to rush so the nail shape and length was uneven and the paint was thin. I was very disappointed with that because I could have just came back to ensure quality. She did apologize and said it doesn't look the greatest because she had to rush!! Otherwise it was very clean and a nice location. read more

I've been going here for 8 years and have never had a problem. Kim, Tracy, Kelly, Tony, they all do a great job. I have plenty of friends and all of my family that has come here as well (to including the boys to get pedi's) and it has always been the best experience. They treat me like family. Kim always does my eyebrows and does an excellent job. They are truly one of the best. They know exactly how like my nails done and execute it perfectly every single time. I don't know why they have bad reviews. They are very honest if they can not do something or if they do not have time but they are willing to schedule an appointment or stay late if needed. Some people just don't know how to handle honesty so they take it as "being rude" but they are honestly the nicest people. read more

I don't know why there would be a negative review here. I've been going for two to three years and have never had a bad experience. Kim and Tony and the rest of the techs are always friendly and do a good job. I've noticed they always clean immediately after each client and wash out the bowl. Everything is clean! This place sucks. Terrible service. Reeks of nail polish with no ventilation. The guy there doesn't understand English much, so because of that he didn't do my nails right. Save yourself a headache. There are better places than this. I walked out of there and will never go back. read more

I've been going here for a while. I actually want to address the 1 star review below. If you have a large group and it's a weekend - you have to make an appt. They are busy (because they are good). It is in their culture to be straightforward so if they are doing something wrong tell them. Yes they move quickly, but I've never had that effect the quality of my mani/pedi. I watch them clean as well & I've never seen them be anything but thorough & I'm very weird about cleanliness. They always clean IMMEDIATELY after the guest. They don't offer massages, that is a wax room - the gentlemen probably got his eyebrows or elsewhere waxed, which takes only a moment & then he left. The towels and sheets are worn from repetitive washes. If you want beautiful sheets & a glass of wine, this is not the place for you. It's clean & the girls (and tony) are all very kind. They do a fantastic job. I don't ever use a new technician though, so I can't speak for new technicians. read more

Terrible. The experience was worst than most nails salons (huge spider on the wall, dirty floor) but that aside, the nail tech was yanking my arms around, twisting my fingers in directions they don't go. I went in for a dip manicure, which would have been my 2nd time there for dip (1st time wasn't so bad as the man did my dip)... it lasted over 1.5 hrs and several nails had to be redone. I left with some thick lumpy dipped nails but I just didn't have time to sit there for another 1/2 hour to have them fix them AGAIN. Left the salon frustrated and disappointed that i spent my money here. Wouldn't recommend it, won't be going back. read more

This place does not deserve the one star I'm giving it, but only because you have to put a star in order to review will I give it. Went as a group with some friends for spa day, the place was crowded dirty and not very friendly. They did not take time with their work because they were all ready to move on to the next person to make their tips. Having to sit there for some time I was able to observe how they "cleaned" and I was disgusted. I saw a gentleman go to there back room for a massage and quickly walk out. When I headed to the back to wash my hands I looked in the massage room and knew exactly why he left. The massage table looked more like a bed. It had an old dirty or very worn pink sheet with a flat worn out pillow on it. From the looks of it I'd be surprised if any one gets massages there!!! I had an overlay done and it was bad, looked like big humps on the top of nails. A week later one of them began to lift. When I went back in to have them correct it, the lady kept telling me to " stop doing that to my nails!" She corrected the problem with nail glue and charged me $3.00!!!! I could have gone to Walmart to get nail glue for 1.50 and do the same thing at home!! I could tell you I will never be going back to this place and I will make sure to warn others!! Avoid this place at all cost they do not care about customer service they are just trying to turn a dime. read more
