I usually spend over an hour here, this time it was MAYBE 45 minutes, that's being generous. Jennifer did my fill and it seemed like she was in a rush. I'll attach pictures but my nails turned out so bad that I had to fix them at home. While fixing them, I noticed that she barely filled anything. What was I charged for then exactly? Pricing here is a little wonky. I was charged 55 for a full set, 52 for a fill my first time (I did have a shape change) then this time it was 50 for the fill.. Unfortunately I will not be back and will be sticking to doing my own nails at home.

A lot of people complain about the prices, but if you look at their prices on the menu, it tells you what their BASE price is, things do cost extra such as gel, nail design, and probably length, pay attention to the menu there are plus signs indicating there could be extra charge. Today I got a full set, and it came out to a total of 70, the add ons included the French design and the length. I think 70 is reasonable for a full set, and she did great work, very nice lady and she made me comfortable the entire time. If you think 70 is too expensive, then don't get acrylic nails because this is reasonable in comparison to a lot of nails artists/salons.

There's no music or anything calming playing so you hear everyone in the nail salon. They also just use the normal hair spray hose thing when they rinse your head. The hair washing was nice but after a while of her doing the same spot with her nails, it wasn't as relaxing. I just wanted it to be over. She did cleanse my face and rub it a little. For the facial, she just rubbed the excess stuff from the sheet mask package on my face and then put the sheet mask on. I was expecting a different type of mask for some reason. She also never put on the hair treatment serum. She blow dried my hair after but that was it. Also, I tried to put my phone number before I paid so I could get points and she wouldn't let me. She had another girl come over and just kept asking if I had points and I tried to explain I wanted to put my number in. I eventually gave in and just paid and left. I'm not sure id I'd come back but if I did, it wouldn't be for the platinum. You're better off booking the cheaper one and doing your own sheet mask at home and saving $30.00. Also, when looking at the packages, the length of the service varies. One says 60 mins and when you go to book it says 75 minutes. But it is for 60 minutes.
