It was an OK pedicure - not great, but got the job done. My lady did a good job of taming my cuticles, but my toenails were cut unevenly (see photos) and the polish pooled up at the cuticles -- kind of looks like a home job, like I would do on myself, just without all the bending! read more

I just got my nails done on 12/21 it hasn't even been a week and my nail already fell off!!! It cracked down the middle while I was doing dishes, it wasn't hit on anything. I came in for a gel manicure. Not the least bit impressed. They did such a halfass job. They were careless and used pool quality tools and polish. I had to ask to get my cuticles which he still barely did, and he didn't even clean under my nails. No mini hand massage with lotion or oil, I had to pump a bunch more lotion on my hands before I left because they were still so dry. The polish is bumpy and uneven. I would have been better off buying the stuff at the Walmart it's in and doing them myself. Horrible. read more

I have never paid $75 for nails alone before especially something as simple as this. I never get designs or any just or simple things with color and I understand the French tip is more but they charged another $7 and another $10 and another $15 for the shape. They were adding on so much! Plus another $30 for a regular pedicure no hot towel, no hot stone, no scrub no hot wax. They just snapped in half in less than a week. WOW! This was bad all the way around. I was told a powder dip manicure would be $45, so I went for it. She didn't properly soak off the last manicure, but used the electric "sander" a little too vigorously, until it hurt. When done, I was prepared to pay $45 plus tip, but she said it would be $60! I've NEVER had a manicure where I had to pay to remove the previous manicure and pay to have my cuticles pushed back. Four days later, all of the nails are cracked and peeling. I messaged them on facebook and they wanted to argue. Told me to put a top coat on. I asked for a refund and they blocked me. AND, they take their preschool daughters to sit in that salon all day with all of those smells and dust - I think that's against the law. I am going to report them to the state. You get what you pay for people. I came in because I don't want to be driving all the way to fresno for my nails anymore. Anyways I paid half of what I do there, I was out in half the time and for work reasons they were half the length too. The finished look isn't flawless but I'm not having a heart attack over it because it looks decent. I opted for a natural color against my own instincts because I have to Anyways the guy was nice I wasn't feeling chatty and he respected that. He saw me looking at the colors again after he started my fill and asked me if I wanted to change my color it wasn't too late (I didn't). The workers were really as respectful as the customers I saw them interact with. A customer came in raising her voice, demanding things and the workers treated her surprisingly well even though they were obviously annoyed by her. I only went to this place because my regular nail lady (works at a different salon) doesn't work on saturdays and I needed to get my nails done that day. The customer service is HORRIBLE! When I sat down at the lady station I had to speak twice before she even said a word to me. I realized it was not my regular lady so I didn't get anything extra just a basic full set french tip. When she said 30 I was like well okay because she put a gel coat on top but this is HORRIBLE my nails are already starting to crack. Never again! I went to get my acrylics removed and when I first walked in, I wasn't welcomed. There was 2 nail techs just sitting there. Very rude customer service! Poor attitudes. And when the lady that was removing my nails, she was having a hard time and used another fake nail to remove mine, that hurts!!! And when she saw me jump because it hurt, she just smiled at me. Rude! And annoying! There's other ways to remove them! And I told her to keep my natural nails the length they were. This location is inside the Walmart in Hanford. When I arrived I checked in and wasn't recognized by staff until at least 10 minutes of wait time. John did my fill and he was very friendly and talkative, very funny guy! Considering that he wasn't the best I've had, my nails look good, they Nickel and dime you on everything but they have good prices and a wide variety of colors and designs. I love going here to get my pedicures! I occasionally get a manicure, but that's once in a blue moon. I suggest asking for Danny or Hanna. Both of them give great pedicures and leg rubs. The others that work here do a good job too, but those two are my favs. They have absolutely no problem adding a design or changing your color if you decide you don't like it. They are always very polite. They go off of your attitude. If you don't want to talk, they don't badger you with questions (unless it's about your service). If you want to talk, they'll converse with you. Prices are affordable. However, it is in Wal-mart. If that doesn't bother you, then I highly suggest giving them a try. read more

I got a full set put on by Danny and he did a really good job I was happy when I left now two weeks later I went in for a fill and I ended up with one of the new girls let's just say she did a shitty job my nails were square and now there all different there uneven and she left them bumpy and polish on my fingers they look so bad I told one of the owners and he didn't seem to care he told me to tell her to fix them ummmm if she did a shitty job the first time why would I want her to fix anything they should be perfect the first time!!!!! Horrible! I went in due to the good reviews to get my acrylics from my wedding taken off. After being very rude the worker literally took an acrylic tip, slid it under my nail, and peeled the acrylics off! It hurt so bad. I kept telling him it hurt and that I had never had nails taken off like this before but he just kept going. Two nails were bleeding and all of my nails are very thin and look like I chewed them all off. The customer service was bad enough, and now it will take months for my nails to recover because he ripped off my nails! read more

I got acrylic nails with a gel coat and a pedicure. First off the customer service is terrible, the nail technicians are not friendly. It took a while to even be acknowledged. I got acrylics put on that were super short. In less than a week two of the nails came off. I don't know his name but it was a man who did my nails. They were horrible and lasted such a short time. Then I went to get my nails replaced and he had the gall to give me a hard time because I paid for the broken nails with my credit card and he didn't want to be charged a fee for the small purchase. If he had done a better job in the first place, I never would have had a reason to come back. I do not recommend this place. read more
