WORST NAIL SALON I'VE EVER BEEN TO!! Wanted the most simple mani/pedi.. I got home 10 minutes ago and my toe is still bleeding from a ingrown nail that was removed probably an hour ago now and I ask for round shape for mani... my nails are all square. As a woman that doesn't do fake nails I am appalled at how my natural nails have been damaged... Manager called offering a coupon. I asked for a refund or even semi refund and he hung up on me. I called back and he denied hanging up on me.... Get it together, that is not how you run a buisness. After spending $80 on a mani pedi LOL I stopped at Walgreens on my way home to purchase nail polish remover and a bottle of OPI and a nail file... for $30 more. My wife went there and the pad you put your palms on was filthy as was the table which the pad laid on was filthy. My wife asked the gentleman to please clean them and he had a big bottle of spray that he said he would spray me as well as the table. to clean it off. Clean the table off? One does not spray a person with spray that is used to clean a table : ( My wife told him she would have to leave given the lack of cleanliness and his response was "have a good day m'am". Visited this location for a refill and colour change on toes . Got the price at the beginning of session Jamme said my total will be 45. After a non English speaking oriental woman was done polishing my toe nails sloppily . After being asked repeatedly to stop and was told just a little bit . I went to pay , Jamme then told me my total was 62.00$ . I said what was incorrect but he insisted that I was wrong . After deciding to pay he slammed the receipt on the counter and stormed off. Oh my gosh!!!! The manager doesn't know how to talk to clients. Since I have been going to Regal Nail salon on Radio the price has been $65.00 for a basic pedicure and gel fill. My friend said a few years ago that she noticed the price fluctuations for the same service and started going somewhere else. i have also had the manager do my nails and pedicure and it was $65.00. One time last winter for the same service it was suddenly $70.00. I thought it was strange. Today after going to them for 1 year it was suddenly $70.00 Again. I asked why and the manager got really angry and said that I owed them money if I was only charged $65.00 for the past year. My friends warned me I should have listened. No more I'm going somewhere else. I actually came home to look up the price I have paid and it was $65.00 for a basic pedicure and gel nails. My advice Don't go!!!! read more

This is a new establishment built from the ground up located in the newly opened retail strip known as Berkshire Commons. Interior is very modern and rather small. Drinks are offered which is great and service was cordial, as the place is new and the need to build up a new clientele is a must. My pedi was average but thorough and my shellac stayed longer than usual. Cleanliness appears to be a top priority here hence the extra star. I may be back again because of the 20% discount offered right now. I'll update when season kicks in to see what it's really like! read more

Never review anything on Yelp, but I came here to check their hours and cannot understand the low rating. Sorry, but I can't. Yes! They are more expensive than Walmart nails or some other dump. Get over it. I have never got less than impeccable quality and knowledgeable artists here. They are a family-owned business. I paid $35.00 for a gel color change. Kim still cut my cuticles so short two fingers bled even AFTER I told her it hurt. She must have put 8 coats on and to my surprise I just looked down at my nails and I've lost 3. NOT chipped or broke the entire color is just gone. I'm on vacation I swam once and that's it! At the end of the day you are the one loosing out when a customer has the free will to walk out of your business when being disrespected. The customer may not always be right but there is a proper way to communicate with them other then belittling them and becoming aggressive. I was so impressed with the store. It is new and so clean. The store is opened on Sunday and my pedicure was very nice. I loved being offered a drink. My rating is so low because Mai asked me if I was visiting. I replied yes. I had my manicure but one nails peeled off by the next day. She cut my nails very short using clippers. My thumb ripped off at a corner by Tuesday. I really just wanted clear nail polish to help strengthen my nails and I think I had some jell they just pull off. I got a mani/pedi here last week. The actual experience was very nice and relaxing. I got my manicure in the same chair that I had my pedicure in which saved a lot of time. If you had asked me on the day I got my manicure and pedicure I would have given Regal nails 4 stars, but two days later my nails were already chipping. It has been less than a week and every nail has chipped to different extents. I went with my mother and she had the same expereince but hers started to chip even sooner. read more

Not sure who did my toes, it was a guy and he was FABULOUS! I have 4 girls (getting their nails painted) there were 3 of us adults and then 3 young children 5;3 and 9 months! Not going to lie - the kids did get a tad on the wild side but service here was EXCEPTIONAL!!!!!!!! Mimosas, wine or water (for my pregnant self) were complimentary and a huge treat to enjoy while getting pedicures. I went in here with an open mind, considering there were some good reviews (as well as bad). 100% NEVER RETURNING. The woman who did my nails seemed as though she didn't know what she was doing, maybe an off day. She was polite but cut my cuticles way too far (she cut skin leaving little marks), painted over the sides of my nail, and another person there had to fix them. My friend had an even worse experience. She picked a glitter color, and she had to stop the man doing her nails because he did not know what he was doing. He claimed that the color she picked was only a top coat, and when she asked to get the nails on the example pallet he said she couldn't. She asked to get several other things but he claimed that she shouldn't and that what she was picking was, AND I QUOTE "ugly"!!! When she said that she just wouldn't get a color they wouldn't let her leave, and made her pick a color she did not like. On the phone they said they charged $30 for a gel set but they charged us both $35. Please don't trust the good reviews, it's fair to assume that they are fake. read more

This is a fantastic nail salon. I have been going for 3 years and refuse to go anywhere else. Stacey does my nails and does an amazing job every Time! I get gel nails and a pedicure every 2 weeks. It lasts in perfect condition - my nails just grow too fast or I could let them go longer. The place is spotless and it's a friendly fun place to hang out and relax while getting my nails done.
