These people were rude right from the beginning! Left my 94 year old mom to take her own socks off, while I was picking out polish. The woman lectured me about taking her to the podiatrist, said I needed to bring her here.Then I asked them to add some 4th of July stickers I had brought. They made a big deal about it and kept saying I would have to pay for it. No duh...I fully intended to pay extra! $117 dollars and the nail polish is awful, the stickers are all messed up & he didn't even do my callouses, in fact I wouldn't have even gotten lotion, if I hadn't asked for it! Would never go back and do not recommend. If I was Walmart I wouldn't associate myself with them. (Inside Walmart) Got a pedicure, very basic. It took like 10 mins. And the polish application was messy. Also, I noticed they used the same heel drill on another lady that was used on me, without cleaning it! And if they did that on another- they probably didn't clean it when used on me! Super gross. They have a big jar of "exfoliating scrub" with a spoon (assuming to be used to prevent cross contamination?) she didn't use it. She just dipped her fingers in it after touching my feet. Unsanitary. Unfriendly, my recommendation pay a little extra and get a nice pedicure somewhere else. read more

When I moved near them pregnant with my first they were amazing. Took their time did s great job with polish ans even gave me an extra long foot massage at the end of my pregnancy. Lately I've stopped going cause it just sucks now. My pedicures are rushed 25min from total from time I get there. Polish never covers my entire Nail and the "massage" was pathetically short, and on exsistant when I was pregnant. (You know when your feet hurt worse) read more

I've been going here for a few months and it's always a hit or miss sometimes my nails look incredible and some times they look horrible. This time I went in to get a full set the guy made two of my nails bleed and it was very painful. Then a few of my Acrylics are not put on straight. But worst of all a few days after I got my nails done when they started to grown out I saw under my finger nail was full of yellow puss and the my finger nail started falling off and I'm not talking about the fake one I mean my real nail. I told them when I arrived that I would like to have a pedi with hard gel vs gel polish on my toes. I sat and waited my turn and after I was finally back soaking, they told me they can't do gel on toes. I have been having this done for many years and acrylic before then. I get hard gel because my nails are super brittle and it's the only thing that works for me. Otherwise my nails break down into the nail bed. I don't understand what the difference is if they can do them on fingers they should be able to do them on toes. I've never had an issue anywhere before and have even had it done here in the past, although that was several years ago. read more

I would give this place and Tracy five stars due to how well she does nails but I have to only give them one due to dishonesty. I went to Tracy last week (February 2017) for a gel nail fill. Tracy said my total was $30 (even though the sign on the wall CLEARLY states $25). I normally tip $10 but this time it was rushed and not as good of a job as she normally does. So I only tipped $6-meaning my total was now $36. I just got my bank statement today and she put in $10 for herself instead of the $6 I wrote down on the receipt, essentially stealing $4 from me- stealing this $4 even after charging me $5 more than the sign states. Went here during prom season. A pretty blond is finished getting her nails done and she asks for a receipt. Seeing how's it's prom season and she's obviously high school age, it's most likely she wanted this to show her mother since most moms would want to pay there daughters back. So all she did was ask for a receipt. As soon as she leaves the lady next to my technician says-"She probably wanted that for her sugar daddy!" I was stunned! Then my nail lady, or woman as she wasn't very lady like- agrees with her and laughs! (Should have said THAT in their own language) I couldn't not say anything- so I had to open my mouth. " How rude!" I said! "You don't talk like that about customers! She probably wanted to just give that to her mom!" She looks at me. At this point I wanted to run out and tell the girl what they said but my hands were half finished and I thought that not paying might be illegal. I kept my cool. "You know, when I get paid it goes it a joint account which my husband who pays you cash every time. Would you talk behind my back like that? She answered so rude right back-"NO, I would say it to yo face." I never made another appointment but called the company to complain and they said they would call their location and warn them to be respectful of customers. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! Please! I just hope the pretty blond high school girl doesn't return just to get the rudest comments behind her back. Not just rude, disrespectful. But also not smart. read more

I'm visiting the area from Washington state and didn't have time to go see my gal there before I left. So I called Regal since its right across the street from where I am staying. I have natural nails and get regular shellac manicures and color changes. I am familiar with the process. I got a guy there and I immediately should have turned around and walked out when he pulled out his drill. Shellac polishes should be soaked off so as to not damage your nails- but he drilled them off- and did a crummy job to boot. Next- was moved to the middle of the store where all of the drying lights are kept- and he stood next to me with my hand in the air. He slapped 1 coat of clear on- dryed it- then very sloppily began doing my requested French tips. I had requested red for the holidays. The tips are ALL uneven, they do not reach the full side to side of my nails- they were way to thick- I asked to get them thinned and he got attitude- and said "you want them thinner" well yes.... That's what I just said. They have NO shape to them either- no smile- Then- after uneven drying- he put two super sloppy coats on top- its slopped all over my fingers. And I didn't think you could botch this up- but he didn't even properly remove the sticky top layer- and I left with sticky- horrible looking nails. The only good thing was that when I paid with my debit card- I wasn't given the opportunity to tip- because either way he wasn't getting one. AWFUL all the way around. I'm sick that I even wasted $15. Which by the way... Is the same amount I pay in Washington- so it's not even a matter of cheap service- it was just a bad place- save yourself- go somewhere else! read more

I came here out of desperation when my regular nail place was booked. Turns out it was the greatest thing because I found Quinn. She does an amazing job. She takes her time and keeps me entertained with the best stories!! I love this lady! The place itself isn't much to look at but, frankly, I don't care. I've been to nail spas that are gorgeous but have techs that do a mediocre manicure. You can keep your beautiful waterfalls and soothing spa music. I'd rather watch CNN in a nail salon located inside a busy WalMart and KNOW that my mani is going to last 2 weeks after I leave. read more
