Love Love this place. The staff is friendly, courteous, and does a great job every time. They know what you want and do mani/pedis the way you want it done. 4 nails broke after 4 days and they wanted to charge to fix them. When I got them done initially, one was cracked and instead of removing it and putting on a new nail, they just left it so I'm not surprised it cracked again but that's poor practice. I've never had this poor quality done that so many broke in only a few days. I get the hard gel and they have always lasted 3+ weeks. read more

I'm not sure where all of these good reviews come from because my experience was vastly different. I came in for a fill and a pedicure. First let me say that this place is not clean. There is debris on the floor, full trash cans and dust everywhere. The whole place needs a serious deep cleaning. The staff is unfriendly, not welcoming and generally acts like they are doing you a favor by providing services. The quality of the services is also less than desirable. I had a fill on my acrylic nails with gel polish. Within hours of getting home, the polish started to peel off of my nails. I have had acrylic nails for 20 years and never had this happen leading me to believe that they use inferior or old polish. I couldn't even go back to have them fix it as I was heading out of town for a funeral. The pedicure was no better. It was the quickest, least relaxing pedicure I have ever had. No foot or leg massage. The whole thing was as quick as the nail tech could do it. I could have done a better job at home for free. I should have known better as this salon is located inside of the 7th Walmart but I was influenced by the good reviews. Buyer beware, they charge the same as better salons in town but do not provide good service. read more

Horrible. Literally just left and had a bad experience. Got a pedicure done. Was $45 although the bare minimum was done. No lotion or moisturizer at the end of anything. Tools weren't new, were obviously reused. One of my toenails were cracked & I asked if they can put powder on to fix. The man put a nail tip on & it wasn't even connected to my actual nail. When I pointed it out he said my nail was like that already. How when I didn't have a tip on to begin with??? The lady sitting at the first chair doing nails asked if I paid & once he told her I already paid they didn't care! Completely inconsiderate & RUDE. THEY OBVIOUSLY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!! Won't be returning. Included some pics so everyone can see what they clearly weren't able to see when I had the other nail tech stick her nail in between the gap between my actual nail & the tip. I did and i am completely satisfied Also watched an older gentleman tech work on the woman in the pedi chair next to me. Loved my gel manicure, thick, flat, and COVID friendly protocols with the nail salon conveniently located in the Wally World. I am not sure who my manicurist was but he was a guy and took his time despite the rush on a Saturday. I spent $30 for the gel manicure and $5 for the accent nail design. Great little salon inside of Walmart. They do take appointments, and it is recommended if you are getting fills or full sets done. While they can be quite busy, in most cases, you can get seen within 30 min. Each staff member is nice and polite. facility is clean, and there is a tv in one corner for entertainment. Good selection of polish, and some great massage chairs for those getting pedicures. read more

The nail tech was nice enough but that's the only good thing to say. It was painful he ended up filling a good amount of my skin off around my nails and then clipping my cuticles( because he had created all these raw edges). The shape is pretty weird but I didn't really see it until one hand was done, I guess I'll just have to wait for it to grow out. By the time I was picking a color I was already planning my next manicure to fix what was being done to my nails. Because I don't intend on keeping it for more then a couple days( it looks weird like skinny cat claws) I said to do just one color all over. Awful! The chairs for the pedicure don't work, the water bins for your feet are broken and the plastic peace floated in the tub hitting my feet the whole time. I wanted a shellac pedi and sat in a chair and put my foot up on the technician knee (see photo)... the whole thing was terrible after my leg massage it took the tech 15 more minutes to see me and just paint my toes after the pedi experience ... yikes. I have been going to this particular salon to have my nails done for over ten years. Even though the owner has changed, the excellent service has remained the same. Quang always does an awesome job on my nails and has a very gentle touch. My nails always look awesome and beautiful!! I have a standing appointment with Quang every three weeks for a fill and/or backfill. I have never had a problem with any of the services I have received. I had a pedicure and the foot spa and massage felt so good on my poor feet!! I would recommend this salon to anyone and everyone that is looking for a reasonably priced full service nail salon. One week later, and my pedicure still looks awesome! This is the first time I've ever gotten my nails done in Walmart. I didn't even know they did nails in Walmart! So when I sat there, with my feet soaking and trying to decide what color I wanted, I wasn't expecting too much. I definitely went for the whole shebang (gel polish, flower on the big toe), but I was pretty pleasantly surprised with how well my pedicure went. This was my second pedicure here, from the same gentleman. I don't know his name, he is middle aged and he is THE BEST! I don't treat myself to Pedi's as much as I should, my feet were pretty gross, but he took time to meticulously clip and grate all the dead skin off. He was pleasant and professional. Came in for Spa Pedicure, had nail tech Tina who was wonderful because she didn't say a word the whole time (probably language barrier), which I personally enjoy because Im not a chatter lol I was more impressed with the nail tech Tammy who was working on an elderly lady next to me and Tammy was so sweet and nice and attentive to that lil old lady it was nice to see. Well not to discourage anyone to go here, but if they want to waste the money and get a manicure that's not worth it go head. I have gotten my nails done plenty times before this, and they usually prep your nails with a primer, of ph bond, this place didn't do any of that. Straight up with the gel, and usually two gel coats before they put colors on, no they only did one. Ridiculous. That's not even the worst part, they can barely get a simple design, like when I was doing my nails he was also working on some intricate designs, so I thought the simple design I picked with be fine. But no, it was so hard for him apparently, he said you do it if I can't. My nails look hideous. Literally I can't believe he still has the nerve to charge me $30! He said I won't charge you for the design, what is there to charge?! It looks horrible, and you expect me to walk around with this?? And I still paid you? I am so embarrassed to show my hands! Now I have to spend more money to get this taken off! Unacceptable. read more

Nope! Terrible pedicure done today! Pam moved my seat up so close, I felt like I was in stirrups. I had to actually reposition my seat so my back wouldn't hurt. She kept dripping the polish all over my shoes, shaking her head saying how terrible the polish quality was. I don't think I'll be coming back here. read more
