The good- I got right in on a Saturday afternoon. Which maybe should have been a sign......I got a manicure and pedicure with regular polish, and they had no issue with that (some salons kind of give you crap for wanting regular polish I've experienced). The massage chairs were nice, they used the plastic insert in the pedicure chair, which makes me feel better about cleanliness. My technician was kind and did a good job. BUT- the bad. The place is dirty. The bathroom was gross. Like dirty gas station gross. The floor was dirty in the main salon space and my massage chair needed a wipe down. This place needs a deep clean and a facelift BADLY. Also, it's not in the best part of town. There is a bar next door and cigarette smoke was wafting inside. Overall, due to cleanliness- I will not be back. Finally, it is a cash or Zelle only business. Which I was not aware of but luckily I do have a Zelle. read more

I was able to get in as a walk-in which was convenient. But when I looked them up on Yelp their information showed that they accept credit cards. They do not. Only cash or Zelle. I didn't notice the small sign inside the door until I had already started my service. It would be nice to have that visible from outside as you walk in. I don't have Zelle so I ended up having to go to a nearby business to use an ATM. It wasn't really a great experience. The atmosphere is pretty sterile and not very inviting. They do have a nice selection of different pedicures but I felt like my service was a little rushed for being $81 out the door, before tip. Plus the ATM fee I had to pay unexpectedly. This place, under its current ownership, deserves to be shut down. One star is far too generous for the experience we had. The current owners--Jack (the man claiming to be the manager) and Ryann (the blonde woman)--are absolutely unfit to run a customer-facing business. They openly harass their customers. Most of the good reviews are written by their friends, not real customers. I first came here years ago while visiting Reno and had a good experience, which is why I continued coming back out of loyalty whenever I was in town. Since then, ownership and management have clearly changed, and I've only been here a handful of times under the new owners. Most recently, my mom and I came in together for pedicures. An older man started my mom's service, and Ryann started mine. From the start, Ryann had a nasty attitude, but I ignored it because I just wanted my nails done. She asked if I wanted my nails cut, and I said yes, specifically requesting that all toes except the big toe be rounded. She ignored this and cut my big toe into a strange, uneven shape. When I asked if she planned to fix it, she said she still needed to file. I said we'd see how it looked after filing, but she barely filed at all--more like pretending. By then, the shape was already ruined. She moved on to the other foot with the same bad attitude and again ruined the shape. It was obvious she didn't care about doing a decent job. I asked for someone else to finish because she clearly didn't know how to do nails and her attitude was unacceptable. At that point, Jack--the so-called manager and owner--came over. Ryann stood up, threw a towel on my foot, walked away, and said, "Haven't you been here before?" I said yes, about a year ago. She then said, "Why would you come back?" which made no sense. In hindsight we should've gotten up and left at that moment. We even kept asking Jack, "What's her problem? What did we do?" as he had stated he was the manager. We didn't know they both were the owners as they lied when asked. I asked to cut my own nails just to salvage the shape. Even though my pedicure started after my mom's, Jack finished mine first while my mom was still sitting there unfinished. He then claimed they were about to close (a lie--it was only 6pm) and asked my mom to pay. She paid, was still owed change, and returned to her seat since her nails weren't done. That's when Ryann completely lost it. She started yelling at my mom, "Why are you staring at me? You're trespassing. Get out, bitch!" She had been giving us dirty looks the entire time, but suddenly, after they took our money, we were "trespassing." She continued screaming profanity for 20-30 minutes, repeatedly calling us "bitch," calling us ugly, and mocking us for being a mother and daughter getting pedicures together. She claimed she had kicked us out before, which never happened. She was clearly making things up. Why would anyone return to a business they were banned from? She caused a huge scene, threatened to call a senator, and even charged at my mom with her fists raised, saying she wanted to punch her. All of this is on their surveillance cameras. She eventually called the police. When the officer arrived, he listened to us and actually apologized for the harassment and the service we experienced. Ryann recorded us only after provoking us, while we never recorded her. We were completely shocked. She acted as if she knew us personally and had some past issue with us--yet she had no problem serving us or taking our money. We didn't remember her at all. After leaving, I realized the last time I was here was June 2025, also with my mom. Ryann had done my pedicure then too, and it was bad as well. I never said anything rude--at most, I showed dissatisfaction, which is my right as a paying customer. A younger man did my acrylic set that day and did a great job, which is why that's all I remembered. Clearly, she remembered us and held a grudge. Bad nails can be fixed. Harassment cannot. This business does not care about customers, quality, or professionalism. The owners have no idea how to run a business, and Ryann in particular seems deeply unhappy and takes it out on customers. This place should be shut down. RE: I'm not sure where this alleged prior "ban" is coming from, as that never happened. If we were truly unwelcome, service could have been refused when we arrived--yet you chose to serve us and take our payment. We did not berate staff. We expressed dissatisfaction with a service that was poorly performed, which customers are entitled to do. The verbal abuse and escalation that followed were inappropriate and unprofessional. Your public response, filled with personal attacks and accusations, mirrors the behavior experienced in person and speaks for itself. He then continues to ask me how much I paid which I told him it was from $15-$20 and he continues to blow it off and tell me that I never paid that. Why would I make that up? You're still going to make that plus a tip it's not about the money, It's the principle that he tried to lie in my face and convince me otherwise. If you're lazy just say that you don't want to do a soak off or don't offer it simple. First, I want to start by saying this place was extremely disappointing. I've consistently had my nails done for years, and I knew something was off the moment the technician kept trying to argue with me about what product was on my nails. I've been going to the same nail tech for four years back home, so I know the difference between builder gel and acrylic. Instead of listening, she kept insisting I was wrong. Then I was moved to someone else. After the soak-off, the technician actually used his fingernails to scrape product off instead of proper tools, which was unhygienic and unprofessional. He ended up breaking two of my natural nails in the process. My cuticles were never pushed back or trimmed, and there was no dehydrator or primer used before application just buffing straight into acrylic. What really shocked me was the lack of sanitation and prep. I was never asked to wash my hands, the dust from filing was never cleaned off, and he didn't even dust off my nails before applying the French tip polish. Because of that, there are visible pieces of debris stuck inside the white polish. Also adding he did not compare nail lengths with other hand. Overall, the experience felt rushed, unsanitary, and poorly done. Spending $76 for a soak-off and overlay with French tips was absolutely not worth it. Honestly, I would've been better off buying press-ons from Amazon. I will never return, and I would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality nail work. read more

Sorry I had to revised my previous review. Last girl I liked moved to Texas. Trying a young man named Dennie. I don't want to give a bad review, because these are really nice people. Was disappointed that I was no longer offered a Spa Pedicure and they automatically went to do the basic. Which involves no solution in the soak .. just plain water. The first pedicure I had with the girl that moved to Texas was amazing. She was gentle and thorough. She used all the soaks and lotions in the Spa kit, and wrapped both my legs in warm towels. The second "basic" pedicure I had, I felt like they were trying to get done as soon as possible. Put a single towel over both legs .. no wrapping involved. 6/26/24. Okay, I had to revise my review. The color is already chipping off on my hands. The pedicure is still looking good, and that's the only reason they got stars at all. I want to give this shop a five star, I really do ... but ... and ... here goes. Due to the cost and the manicure service, I cannot. I went in for a gel mani and a regular pedi. I ended up with a powder mani and a gel pedi. They were courteous and it was a slow day so I got in quickly. First the mani: I was intrigued when the manicurist (Jack) told me that powder was easier on my nails so I thought I'd give it a try. As we were going through with it he was quick and efficient. I asked about the manicure and he said that wasn't a part of the service with powder. (I've never heard of not trimming up cuticles before, but I took his word for it.) When I left the shop they still were most from the oil but today my cuticles are a mess. I don't understand why the manicure wasn't part of it. It seemed like he was busy and wanted me out of his way honestly. It was like going in for a color change and getting charged full price. I didn't see any signs posted that clarified the services purchase. The pedi: It was great. I wish I could remember his name but he was a younger guy. He took care and did a really nice pedicure and color application. I did purchase the second level pedicure but he also took his time with the massage that helps the circulation. I would go back for that and the price was fair. He also gave me a laminated board that outlined the costs so I knew which service I was purchasing. Price: When I left it was $110. I felt the price for the pedi was fair, not so much for the manicure. It felt like I was paying Lake Tahoe or Palm Springs prices in Reno. I tipped them both $10. I probably shouldn't have but I felt weird tipping the for the pedicure and not the manicure. Will I go back? Maybe. I don't live in Reno so time will tell. read more

And turns out they only take Zelle or cash now and of course my nail tech didn't notify me until we were done and I've been stuck in here scrambling to figure out that whole process. I asked them to fix it there at the salon and he refused. When I called to get it refunded after my bank tried and couldn't they yelled at me!! They over charged me for a horrible set the worst I've ever gotten. No apology for hurting me or anything. They pop your nails off and refuse to soak or anything else!! Use the wrong products as when you try to soak them they don't come off the way acrylic should!! If I could do zero stars, I would. My friend and I went in to get our nails done and she had the worst experience. She went in with an inspiration picture and asked first if they could do it, which they agreed, however she got far from what she actually wanted. They had to transfer her from the original guy because he (who agreed to do the design) couldn't do it. The next guy tried 3 different times to create what she wanted, but everything looked horrible. His only solution was to put cheap looking stickers on her, which she never agreed to. Unfortunately, she was so embarrassed speaking up about her displeasure of his work that she just let him do what he wanted. The stickers themselves did not even stick flush to her nail and were raising up, but he just continued to put excessive amounts of clear coat on them, which was covering her skin as she left. Immediately after leaving, she had to file them off because they were ripped putting her seatbelt on in her car. They were sharp, warped, and in no way appealing. She was charged $68 for a terrible experience. She hasn't gotten her nails done in almost a year and wanted to treat herself because of the upcoming holiday. She's pregnant and didn't want to argue with the guys anymore, so I stepped in. The next day, I called the store to request that her nails get redone because she's unsatisfied. The guy on the phone was the same one that did the botched job the day before. When I spoke to him, I was very kind at first and just mentioned that she left extremely unhappy but didn't want to say anything at the time. I just wanted to see if we could go to a different nail tech so she could her nails fixed the way she wanted them, mind you with a much simpler design like a French. He was rude because I offended him, laughing at me for even suggesting to get her nails redone for free and that everyone leaves his nail place happy except for her. He also blamed her for having sweaty hands and being too picky. I don't think it was unreasonable to ask for her nails to be redone if she had a bad experience, but he did. Mocking me about restaurant analogies "if I ordered food that was terrible, would I still pay?" I'm forced to write this review because of the immense amount of unprofessionalism we received. I want to start off by saying that my toes look nice. I do have a snag on my pinkie toe which wasn't addressed, I had to file it down a bit because it caught on my socks. But all in all, it wasn't bad - they do upcharge you if you want your calluses addressed (which I think should be part of a pedicure, but I have seen this elsewhere). My main complaint is that I made an appointment for 3 pedicures, and they didn't have staff scheduled to do all three at the same time. I made the appointment a few days in advance, so it wasn't a last-minute reservation. They started with 1 of us, and the other 2 waited. It was awkward and it took longer than it should have. They were apologetic, but the nail tech that helped the first of our group didn't move on to the 3rd - who was still waiting. The water got cold while we waited. It was a weird experience. Oh, another thing I didn't see anywhere online, nor was advised when I made my reservation, was that they only take cash or Zelle. Luckily, I have Zelle, and once in the shop - there were many signs. I didn't think the place was very clean, it seems disorganized, and some of the workers just don't seem very professional There is a fine line between asking somebody how their day is, and trying to delve into their life to the point where they're insinuating I'm in an affair based on who's paying for my manicure. The tables were all dusty from the residual acrylic dust, dirty towels on table, and I swear at the end of that we were being bum rushed out. I came in here with my sister for a pedicure. I let the lady know I had acrylic on my toes and it needed to be filled, however, I wanted them to look similar to how I had them. I was shown that the price of the pedicure was $37. Never was told anything else. (The money was not the problem) after the lady took off my old French tip and spent about 40 minutes with that (which I found to be pretty unnecessary) I was told the price with the fill would be $56 from another person. Then I was told that they were going to put hard gel over my acrylic powder and I did not ask for that. I refused that service and requested powder. I definitely was nervous about these people not knowing what they're doing coming in, but long story short these people didn't know what they were doing or what I wanted and ended up telling me to pass on their services. WITH MY TOES UNFINISHED. NOT EVEN PAINTED. OR FILED DOWN. Like literally did nothing besides soak my feet, put lotion on, and sanded down my paint. I'm more than disappointed at these people lack of customer service or lack of "make it right" attitude. There was no reassurance that they could or even wanted to help me. I will never be coming here again. And if you're wondering if you should just find a bomb nail tech on Instagram vs. going to a nail salon---FIND A NAIL TECH ON INSTAGRAM. these people suck.
