NIGHTMARE NAILS!!!! 1 minute into the gel manicure, the "nail tech" RIPPED my cuticle and finger skin off!! I was then bleeding for the remainder of the manicure on two of my fingers. When I asked her to file my nails, she did not do it correctly or even SHAPE them! The polish looks so bumpy AND clumpy! This woman used CUTICLE OIL on my hands instead of lotion! Wtf!!! Also, NO hot towel!! For a $30 manicure, this is what is expected!! I left this place with a terrible manicure, bleeding, and extremely disappointed. Please save your money and DO NOT go here

I came in today as a walk in for the first time and I got seated almost right away. I am so in love with my nails! Susan did such a great job and took her time to make sure my nails came out perfect. Their prices are also very affordable. I highly recommend! (Cuts on cuticles were there before the manicure)

Not what I wanted
Chelsea H.

I got Susan and she had no idea what I wanted even after showing her an exact pic. Billy was the nail tech next to her who speaks English and tried to help but the tech had already messed up my nails. I went for a full set and polish after saying I wanted to pay after the polish went on to make sure she did a good job she was confused and I was pressured into paying then. She didn't even clean the extra acrylic from under my nails. I had to go find someone to do it after she finished. If I ever g back it would MAYBE be only to Billy to see if he can fix it. But I probably won't ever be back.

I walked into this nail salon with hope in my heart, acrylics off my fingers, and a simple dream:…read moreremove the old nails, get a nice manicure, leave with my natural nails looking like they hadn't survived a tornado. Sadly... the tornado won. The acrylic removal began normally enough, until the technician started drilling my pinky nail with the enthusiasm of someone trying to dig for buried treasure. The drill got so hot I'm pretty sure I saw my ancestors. I very politely said, "Ow, that hurt." She very politely said, "I'll be gentler." And then she proceeded to drill like she was trying to start a campfire. Next came the shaping. I showed her a picture of what I wanted--simple, (trust see pics) cute, achievable. Twice she filed my nails, twice she asked, "Is this it?" and twice the answer was a solid, heartfelt, absolutely not. I explained it. I even used hand gestures. She looked at me with the calm serenity of someone who had chosen violence and ignoring instructions. But nothing prepared me for the manicure. Or should I say... "manicure." There was no warm bowl of sudsy water. No gentle soak. No heavenly lotion. No cuticle oil. Not even the traditional "let me pretend to massage your hands for five seconds." Instead, she did a quick file, a quick snip, and then asked--completely sincerely-- "Do you want a neck massage?" A neck massage. During a manicure. Ma'am, my hands were going through a crisis. The entire experience cost me $35, which feels appropriate only if the service included a surprise psychological plot twist--and in that case, wow, they delivered. In conclusion, the staff was friendly, but the service was like a comedy sketch no one warned me about. I left with confused nails, confused feelings, and a confused neck that did not, in fact, get a massage. I hope this review helps someone. And I hope someday my pinky nail forgives me.

Their nail polish selection is decent, many OPI items (they do have a '$3 more' area i didn't look at too). They are 'feet sanitary' in that they have sealed packs of files and foot buffers. They use quick dry top coat for fingers so you won't have to wait long to be out the door. I did make an appointment ahead of time by phone. Glad I did as it was at least an hour wait for walk-ins. Ask for Patty! See details on that toward the end! The reason this review got 3 starts vs 1 is because of her. I'm not sure of her full technique and quality of work, but I suspect you'd be happy. Total agreement with reviewer Denise in general. I generally ask for male technicians as they tend to do a better job. I wish I'd read her review before I went! Denise's experience was very similar to mine - I had Jimmy. Less than 1 hr for mani pedi. Pedi: He didn't talk to me other than 'what toes' when i mentioned prone to ingrown nails. I asked him at the beginning to be gentle with my toes as they are sensitive and I've had surgery on them...he was not gentle. For scrub and lotion, he put it on my legs, spread it over them, then rinsed/wiped it right off...no rubbing in. My fault for not noticing before the paint was on, but my nails are not straight or shaped per my request..indeed barely used the emery board-like a light swipe once over them. Mani: Cold water to soak my fingers in. Put on cuticle oil then started in on them, no time to soften. Did not clear away extra skin around my nails. Did not buff the tops. Did not even attempt to get the edges that end up under your nails when you do a big file job. It was at this point he asked for payment. I asked to use the file to get the rough edges fixed and if he'd fix 2 nails that weren't straight when i was done. So i did...he was talking to another technician during this time in a loud agitated tone. I then pointed to the ones that needed to be fixed (I've done this during plenty of manicures and there has never been an issue) he did the same look he did when i asked about my feet...at the time of my feed i wasn't sure if it was a cultural thing of how he acted, but now i realize it was him being a d. He did a blank yet 'really?' look for each of these...long pause...then huffed and did something. They still weren't straight so i asked him to do more. Again...attitude, etc. Next step would be to wipe nails with acetone to remove oils and nail file dust...he swiped over 3 nails then started with base coat. At nail 4 i asked him to please wipe my nails so the polish would stay. Again, the look, aggravated talking to someone, asking again what i wanted, huffing, talking to someone, then he storms up and says she's going to finish you and huffs off. In comes Patty. I'm feeling bad...I'm never rude or hoity about my requests, always friendly and light, I never want to offend anyone...yet here I am. I told her i was sorry i upset him, that wasn't my intention. She was fine, she asked what the problem was and what i wanted. She wiped down my nails and did a take her time, nice job of painting my nails. Funny enough, she saw the extra skin around my nails and cleaned that up as she went, taking care and detail. I think she even commented to Jimmy about it. She was patient and did a nice job. So, in agreement with Denise, if they don't want the bad rep to continue - they need to get rid of Jimmy!

Went for a pedicure because I got a gift card. Terrible. He pretended to push cuticles, cut…read morecuticles. Barely even trimmed my toe nails. The "massage" could have been done better by my 4 year old along with the paint job that covers the center of my toenail. Thank god I got the "shoulder massage" while my strips of paint dried as he just laid his hands on my shoulders.

This place came highly recommended however it was nothing but a disappointment. I went for a…read morepedicure and picked the milk pedicure for $58. I asked for gel, two different nail techs said it was $10, but they charged me an additional $20, $10 for each foot. The milk pedicure had a 15 minute stone massage with was 30 seconds of hot stone in each leg and 13 minutes of rubbing lotion on my leg. The overall pedicure of subpar and the shaping of my toenails have made them look like nubs. On top of that, there was no hot water and had to have cold water for my pedicure. $81 to have a basic pedicure, my shoulders pinched for two minutes and water/snacks handed out. I would have been better off paying $40 for a basic pedi elsewhere and the other $40 for a half hour massage by a professional massage therapist. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

They seem to quickly give everyone a seat for mani or pedi - and there you wait. I used to get the powder dip. Taking this off involves a quick buzz to buff off to rough up the surface then a soak with polish remover. To save time, the man buzzed down to my natural nail. I felt the heat of the tool and it hurts! The lady next to me jumped in painful surprise just after me. Same experience. This used to be gratis when you get a new service - last week it cost and extra $10 and my nails were beat up! They were too busy or forgot about the gratis massage --- which was a unique touch that I love. They moved me off to the drying table which the rarely do, but did because they wanted to get the next client in the chair. They want you to pay before the job is done. This is great when you have the experience you are accustomed to and are ready with your tip. Once home, I could see the shabbiness of the job. My nails are not smooth, irregular filing towards the sides and feel bruised. I was there for nearly 2 hours and it was not time well spent. I'll give this shop another chance. I recommend making an apt with your favorite person whose service you can depend on. And btw, they also raised their prices. Charge extra for credit cards and do not tell you or advertise. Hoping for a better visit next time.
