A lot of times I just go on Fandango but when I have gotten it at the actual theater, all you really do is go to the kiosk so it's very simple . It's usually decorated with something so they are big on themes but it's always very well kept and very clean so that's a plus for sure . I haven't really eaten a lot there but what I have had has been light bites, like tater tots or something like that. Nothing major but they do have actual food and not just wings and fries. Just keep those expectations in mind because it's not like it's a full menu. If you're sitting for an hour and a half in a movie theater, you don't need a pork roast LOL. They do have food and it's more than just popcorn there, like other theaters. Just keep that in your head if you go and decide to eat there versus eating elsewhere . All in all because I'm not too far from it, it's a really good theater and it's a really good choice if you're looking for something that's kinda tucked away .

They also have the movie themed backdrops for photo opps. I really enjoyed the seats, they reclined and were very comfortable. This place is somewhat hidden, but there's tons of available parking. The theatre was clean, ordering food was straightforward--kiosks, then pick up at the main bar. There's even a full bar on the right if you want a quick cocktail. The seats? Super plush recliners. They've upgraded well at this location. Since I'm in Buckhead Village, it's too convenient to ignore. The only snag is the parking at Phipps plaza--it's a maze. Thankfully, there were only six other people in the theater, so we were able to move to different seats. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and helpful. It seems like there are some new employees, and the way I was treated made me extremely uncomfortable. One employee in particular, a heavy set white woman with short blonde slicked back hair and several piercings... was noticeably rude and unfriendly toward me. What bothered me even more was watching her immediately smile, become friendly, and happily help white customers, while giving me a completely different attitude. I don't like automatically assuming someone's intentions, but when you can clearly see the difference in how you're being treated compared with customers of another race, it feels discriminatory and is extremely upsetting. As a Black customer who has supported this theater multiple times, I should receive the same basic respect and customer service as everyone else. Also, the chairs seriously need some attention. Some of them are worn out and need to be repaired or replaced. For a movie theater where people are paying for a comfortable experience, the seating should definitely be maintained better. I really hope management addresses this because I actually enjoy this theater and would hate to stop coming because of the behavior of new staff. Every paying customer deserves to feel welcomed and respected regardless of their race.

Everyone was welcoming, helpful, and professional. The establishment itself was absolutely TOP NOTCH! Popcorn was also super cheap. I think I paid $23 for ticket, popcorn and drink. A bargain! The popcorn was fresh and crisp. I gobbled it up. The seats were super comfy with no ripped seats. The only thing I didn't like was the handicapped seating (I needed it this particular day) was at the back of the theater. As a member of the short-girl society, it was a little challenging to see over the seats. The next time I go I won't need that seating, so I'll be fine, but I'd imagine someone who needed it might find it challenging as well.

I had to interrupt them to get them to scan my ticket. Next, the restrooms, disgusting. Then the food was cold and the pizza was not cooked on one side. Also had a plate of sliders, paid extra for fries and I got 9 fry's. $2.50 extra for 9 fries. Really? That's 9 fries in total on the plate. Nobody came to see if we needed anything, no refills. Last, exiting the theatre, the staff were there with carts, trashcans so that people could not reasonably leave the theatre. We all had to funnel out one at a time because they wanted in. This is a training issue. My advice, get a manager that gives a shit about your business. Do better. So to some up, for a place to watch a movie, sound, screen and theatre, awesome. A luxurious theatre as they claim, you will be disappointed in the staff and food. Just another example of poor management and corporate entities that don't care enough to fix it. Just stick to popcorn and don't expect any refills on your drinks.

Once our server, Diamond, greeted us, we learned they were dealing with a few operational issues, including a limited food menu, a nonfunctioning call button, and unfortunately, no working AC in the theater. Despite the circumstances, Diamond was excellent. She was attentive, communicative, and kept us informed throughout the movie. Management also handled the situation well, coming into the theater to offer guests a full refund and a pass for another movie. We were also given the option to wait about 20 minutes and move to another auditorium showing the same film. I decided to stay and was still able to order a pepperoni pizza and some candy from the limited menu. The pizza was good, but that ranch deserves its own mention because it was surprisingly delicious. Technical issues happen, and I appreciated how both Diamond and management handled a less than ideal situation. iPic will definitely continue to be my theater of choice, and Diamond's service made a big difference in the overall experience.

Thankfully, Benjamin was the one bright spot during today's visit, he provided the positive customer service experience that stood out.
