Movie theatres member special $18.00- $6.00 - each - for our family of three. Pay at the Kiosk - sign in to your Member account. Select your seats. Review your order. Pay - insert or use tap. Bathroom - only located in the lobby. Interior is giving Urban Subway vibes, graffiti murals and mirrors. We went to our seats. But there was butter on hubby's armrest. It was very very shiny. Someone came to clean it right away. She was nice. (All of them are wearing Minions shirts, it's cute.) We saw Toy Story 5. Not many people were in the theater. Wait for two post- credits. The other people left. And we took pictures with two Minions.

The theater itself isn't bad, the seats are comfortable, the sound is good, and the movie we saw (Hail Mary) was Fantastic! The person standing at the entrance was nice. Buying concessions is a different story. It's now an order by screen type of process. I'm all about technology but where's the customer service? If this is the way movie theaters are going, I may as well just wait for the movie to stream. I don't know, maybe it's a good concept but I don't really like it too much. I will probably not be back.

Big Wide Comfortable Seats with Leg Raisers - Many Seats Were Badly Scuffed Up.

This movie theater complex is located inside the Palms Casino. It's a pretty typical movie theater complex. A nice touch was that the hallways leading to each of the theaters were colorfully decorated. The theater they sent me to for my movie had only four rows and they had the big wide comfortable seats that you could adjust to raise your legs up with. The only negative was that many of the seats were badly scuffed up and I thought that was pretty unappealing. I wouldn't really want to actually sit in a seat like that. This place really needs a refresh in that regard.

First visit to this theater located in the Palms Casino near their food court. We watched Jurassic World Rebirth. The theater was clean. The recliners were great and the popcorn was freshly popped. The theater had an interesting interior design and was kind of swanky. I would definitely return if I want to watch another movie in Vegas !

Food is Great! Service is Swell! Ambiance is Fantastic and Terrific! Thank You Brenden Theatres, Everything it was all Delicious!

I came to this theater twice for 70MM IMAX screenings of The Odyssey. Only 25 theaters in the USA have this format, and it's great having such a theater in Vegas. The theater is clean, comfortable, decorated with spirit, and provides a technically sound viewing experience. I'll certainly return.

Lived in Vegas for 20 years and this was my first time at Brenden Theaters. Beautiful movie theater. We came to watch the new Avatar movie in IMAX 3D. So glad we ventured out this far from the burbs. Being from SoCal, I missed the large true IMAX Theaters. This one did not disappoint! We also had nice recliner seats. I had to hunt down an employee for our 3D glasses. But all else went smoothly. My teens loved the interior artwork throughout the theaters. Sound system, while not Dolby, was excellent. Highly recommend!!

I used to love this theater! It was one of my favorites! It's located inside the Palms and this was one does have reclining seats! This year, we went for Avatar Fire & Ash. When we got to theater, I wasn't quite sure what to do, as we purchased tickets online and there wasn't much indication of next steps, but we figured it out. The self service check out didn't print our receipt so I had to go back twice to get all my items which was a pain. The slushie machine wasn't dispensing right for one of the flavors. The popcorn was the worst. It was burnt so I asked for fresh popcorn and he brought another old prefilled bucket. They just had a bunch of prefilled bags and buckets and that was a bummer. The pretzel with cheese with buttery and soft. The movie didn't start on time. I actually called the theater from inside the IMAX auditorium to ask them to turn on the movie. The lights started coming on too soon because we were a bit behind schedule. Some of the previews weren't in 3d as it appeared the filter wasn't on. And I could tell during the movie it was sliding across the screen. We saw a couple movies at this location but this one wasn't the best experience . They have some cute lounge areas but they are very dirty. It was so dusty and so much food and spilled hot sauce and things in the area. It looks cute from a far, but it could use a good cleaning.

I thought sound movie quality were excellent. It's not typical IMAX but it's a super wide screen. My peripheral was filled with entire screen but not so big I had to move my head. We saw Tron and it was excellent! There's limited seating in the IMAX theater, the chairs are recliners and I enjoyed how comfy they were. We will be back!

"Luxury" recliner. This wasn't even the worst one.

Hard pass!! Go anywhere else. Popcorn was stale, seats are disgusting, and you have to walk through a Smokey casino to get there. It's been years since we have been to this theater and it's sad to see how run down it has become. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Ask the Community - Brenden Theatres

I see only 4 rows in the IMAX auditorium. Are they right up against the screen or are they evenly spaced out?

Are the seats in the IMAX theater fully reclining? Some theaters have recliners but they only go partially back. Would like to know if these are fully reclining. Thanks!

Hi,I'm sorry but I only half reclined so not sure but I was going to tell you,you can call the theater and find out more info too. Have a good day

Is the imax theater reclining seats as well?

Yes they are. Just went on Saturday.

This theater had no inside restrooms. You had to walk all the way out to the casino to use the restroom! Outragous!…

Is this theater open for business?

Nope! It is shut down, maybe for good. Nobody knows.

Do you have to pay for parking?

No, but the construction can make it a bit of a walk...

The Century Orleans 18 and XD is located in the Orleans Hotel and Casino. This was my first time coming to this movie theater so I wasn't sure exactly where it was inside the casino. We had parked outside the main entrance towards Tropicana street. It was only a short walk from the main entrance and up escalators to the second floor to get to the movie theater. It was also next to a large arcade as well! We had already purchased our tickets through the Cinemark movie mobile application and ended up getting snacks. There is now a XL popcorn bucket offered by Cinemark and we ended up getting one of those as well as a few sodas. The checkout process was seamless, since I'm a movie rewards member, they scanned the QR code for discounts. Outside of the snack area was additional condiments, napkins, and even extra butter if you wanted! The Mortal Kombat II movie was in theater one. The seats were comfortable, reclined, sound quality in the theater was awesome, and the movie was great! I'm not sure the next time I'll be back at this movie theater as we usually go to the Santa Fe Century or the Suncoast Century since it's closer to our house, but if there is a limited showing, only available at Century Orleans 18, we would come back to this movie theater again!

I want to like this location, and there are definitely some great things about it. It has a great IMAX screen, a great Dolby theater, and it always seems to get the newest AMC technology. And they always have the sound turned up! That said, the theater feels seriously mismanaged and is in real need of repairs and better upkeep. It is always dirty. I've been there for first showings of the day and still seen black marks on the bathroom floors. There is popcorn on the floor everywhere. The Coke Freestyle machines are constantly out of syrups, hot food items are often unavailable, and the overall condition of the theater just feels neglected. To be fair, the staff has always been extremely nice and polite. This doesn't feel like a customer service issue as much as a staffing or management issue. Either there aren't enough people to maintain the theater properly on a daily basis, or the staff they do have aren't being allocated to the right areas. I've worked at a movie theater before, so I understand the challenge of cleaning a theater in 15 minutes before the next showing. Because of that, I give some leeway when it comes to the cleanliness of the auditoriums themselves. But with so many theaters in Las Vegas renovating and stepping up their game, it's disappointing to see the biggest theater chain in the world lagging this far behind. For me, AMC 18 is a love/hate relationship. I keep coming back because of the screens and technology, but the cleanliness, food availability, and overall upkeep really need improvement.

I never thought I'd be writing a review like this after being a loyal AMC customer for the past…read moreseven years, but unfortunately, I won't be coming back. For nearly a decade, AMC was my go-to destination for the cinema experience. However, over my last several visits, the cleanliness of this theater has declined to the point where it's become unacceptable. The restrooms were severely neglected. The smell was unbearable--comparable to an unserviced outhouse--and the floor tiles were coated in a dark, grimey residue, and trash cans throughout the building were overflowing, leaving rubbish spilling into public walkways. It was obvious they hadn't been properly maintained. The auditoriums were equally disappointing. There was popcorn and trash scattered throughout the seating areas, cupholders were littered with leftover debris and garbage from the previous showings, and the floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned between showings. It's hard to enjoy a movie when you're sitting in an environment that feels neglected and unsanitary. I understand that theaters get busy, but this wasn't a one-time issue and allowing a theater to reach this level of filth reflects a complete disregard for hygiene and customer comfort. This has been the reality over multiple visits, which tells me it's become a pattern rather than an exception. As someone who has supported AMC for seven years, it's incredibly disappointing to see the theater in this condition. I sincerely hope AMC addresses its housekeeping and maintenance standards because no customer should have to pay premium ticket prices to watch a movie in an environment that feels dirty and unhygienic. Until significant improvements are made, I'll be taking my business elsewhere or, and I hate saying this with every fiber of my being, watching streaming services. I hope this feedback serves as a critical call to restore the quality your long-time customers deserve.

Tickets were free, and to my surprise the place was not overrun with attendees. I credit this to excellent planning by the event organizers and The Cosmopolitan to limit attendance to a manageable and comfortable number. We stayed throughout the duration of this last session, from 8:00 p.m. through 12:45 a.m., after scoring a plush poolside lounge that enabled us to easily view in a semi-reclined position the large horizontal screen over the stage, the stage itself, and the jumbo vertical screen that overlooked the pools. From this vantage point we saw all 16 nominated short films and the 1-hour concert of LP. This was the first time Tropfest, the world's largest short film festival, has appeared in Las Vegas. Based on our experience we will be attending in subsequent years. As an extra bonus we were able to see in person actors James Woods, Tobey McGuire of "Spiderman" and "Seabiscuit" fame, Anthony LaPaglia of "Without a Trace," and Rebel Wilson of "Bridesmaids," some of whom were serving as judges of the short films. They and other actors and film directors could be observed being interviewed and photographed by about 20 photographers on a black carpet with a nice Tropfest backdrop, and they later came on stage to announce the winner of the short film competition, "Bubbleboy." Hot dogs, sausage sandwiches, and popcorn were available at very reasonable prices, in addition to a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at the pool bars and through waiter service. The 7-minute films were inventive, very different from one another, and enjoyable to view. LP and her band were great, and rocked the place. About the only discordant note was host Rob Corddry, whose several attempts to be humorous with crude jokes and lame quips about private parts just fell flat and were not funny at all. And, his roasting of the judges and tourists on the street below came across more like insults. But other than that, and the very limited amount of available food choices during a long a span of time, attending this event was a great experience. We never would have remained for the entire session if it was not enjoyable from end to end. Props to Tropfest and The Cosmopolitan for hosting this fine free and excellent debut Vegas event that I understand is likely to be repeated here annually!
