We had an amazing interaction with Brandon W, the manager of Brenden Theatres @ the Palms, we came in inquiring about the Odyssey running in 70mm IMAX as the previous review had mentioned it was down, he provided impeccable details on what happened, and what the solution will be. The customer service he provided was just amazing. Thank you for what you do Brandon. Explained that because some tickets weren't bought through Brenden Theatres, but through Fandango, Fandango takes longer to reply, and works only on business days (this aims towards those receiving last minute email cancellations). They provided us a full refund, in any format, unfortunately, the 70mm IMAX is sold out through early September. I was told you can still watch it in Digital IMAX; and keep the refund. For those with weekend tickets for IMAX 70mm, Fandango may refund you late, but Brenden Theatres will still give you a free showing in all formats. As of today there is a technician flying in today 08/07/2026, to try to resolve the issue. Parking is easy, since it's located inside the casino, just park in the garage, out of the scorching oven heat of Las Vegas that doesn't provide cookies when you open the door. The theater location here is really good in relation to parking. It's not too far and is an easy stroll. The DIY components are also good - including the ability to scan and print your own tickets as well as order snacks and drinks at the kiosk. The one thing that I was shocked about was the size of the chili cheese nachos! It's a good portion for two people! I shared it and I was full! The person lined our chips up like a bookshelf of sorts so it was easy to eat and you just pull one pull one pull one. I found the setup to be very helpful because you're eating in the dark. The seats in the theater are a bit worn on the headrest but the recliner cushion seats are comfy. This theater also has a tray. I like that there's plenty of room between your row and the row below. There is no bad seat in the theater. read more

The theater itself isn't bad, the seats are comfortable, the sound is good, and the movie we saw (Hail Mary) was Fantastic! The person standing at the entrance was nice. Buying concessions is a different story. It's now an order by screen type of process. I'm all about technology but where's the customer service? If this is the way movie theaters are going, I may as well just wait for the movie to stream. I don't know, maybe it's a good concept but I don't really like it too much. This movie theater complex is located inside the Palms Casino. It's a pretty typical movie theater complex. A nice touch was that the hallways leading to each of the theaters were colorfully decorated. The theater they sent me to for my movie had only four rows and they had the big wide comfortable seats that you could adjust to raise your legs up with. The only negative was that many of the seats were badly scuffed up and I thought that was pretty unappealing. I wouldn't really want to actually sit in a seat like that. Came here again for a movie this week on a slow night for work conference I was working. Love the recliner seats that actually recline a lot. There's no box office per se: you buy your tickets and concessions online or at a touchscreen kiosk, which works fine. Staff I dealt with were friendly. Movie in the "J-BX" theater had good projection and sound. No complaints - will come back against next time I am in Vegas for work. And yes, there are bathrooms in the theater -- you don't need to exit to the casino. read more

Lived in Vegas for 20 years and this was my first time at Brenden Theaters. Beautiful movie theater. We came to watch the new Avatar movie in IMAX 3D. So glad we ventured out this far from the burbs. Being from SoCal, I missed the large true IMAX Theaters. This one did not disappoint! We also had nice recliner seats. I had to hunt down an employee for our 3D glasses. But all else went smoothly. My teens loved the interior artwork throughout the theaters. Sound system, while not Dolby, was excellent. Highly recommend!! read more

I used to love this theater! It was one of my favorites! It's located inside the Palms and this was one does have reclining seats! This year, we went for Avatar Fire & Ash. When we got to theater, I wasn't quite sure what to do, as we purchased tickets online and there wasn't much indication of next steps, but we figured it out. The self service check out didn't print our receipt so I had to go back twice to get all my items which was a pain. The slushie machine wasn't dispensing right for one of the flavors. The popcorn was the worst. It was burnt so I asked for fresh popcorn and he brought another old prefilled bucket. They just had a bunch of prefilled bags and buckets and that was a bummer. The pretzel with cheese with buttery and soft. The movie didn't start on time. I actually called the theater from inside the IMAX auditorium to ask them to turn on the movie. The lights started coming on too soon because we were a bit behind schedule. Some of the previews weren't in 3d as it appeared the filter wasn't on. And I could tell during the movie it was sliding across the screen. We saw a couple movies at this location but this one wasn't the best experience . They have some cute lounge areas but they are very dirty. It was so dusty and so much food and spilled hot sauce and things in the area. It looks cute from a far, but it could use a good cleaning. read more

Brenden Theatres is located at The Palms Casino. You'll find available parking at West Parking Garage. It's easy to find the theater and they're located near the food court. There's a kiosk on site to purchase ticket. I spoke with Alex at the concession and asked about the special pricing for $6 before 6pm which is valid from Monday to Thursday. Apparently, it applies only if you sign up for the membership. Also, if you go on Monday, pricing is $5. This theater is magnificent! Sound system is clear, crisp, and impressive. The seats are luxurious, soft and super comfortable, and surprisingly, it actually reclines all the way close to a bed-like position, I almost fell asleep during previews. I went to see "Relay" in IMAX, it's a fantastic action thriller and suspense movie that has a terrific cast starring Riz Ahmed, Lily James, and Sam Worthington, these are incredible actors, and the storyline has significant twists and turns on betrayal and the human connection. I watched the movie during the special deal for $6 before 6pm. Even without membership, the Matinee pricing is $7.75, and there's no tax on the ticket. Membership signup is easy with name and phone number, and the benefit is great! You accumulate reward points, for every $1 purchase equals one point. If you buy food and drinks at the concession it's double the points, so for every $1 purchase equals 2 points. With points accumulated, you'll earn higher rewards for a small drink, small popcorn, and even a movie ticket. Also, outside food and drinks are not permitted, and they have one restroom in the front of the theater area, right before entering the individual theaters. The main theater lobby is huge and spacious. They have a luxury lounge with tables, and the music and wall art is incredible! I thought sound movie quality were excellent. It's not typical IMAX but it's a super wide screen. My peripheral was filled with entire screen but not so big I had to move my head. We saw Tron and it was excellent! There's limited seating in the IMAX theater, the chairs are recliners and I enjoyed how comfy they were. We will be back! read more

Located inside the Palms Casino near the food court, this spot has a nice setup with clean interiors and cool decor/art throughout--definitely better maintained than some others. Unfortunately, the service didn't match the environment. The young woman who appeared to be the manager helped us and asked if we were okay waiting for fresh popcorn--we said yes. She seemed a bit off or possibly having a rough moment, but we didn't think much of it at the time. About 15 minutes later, she was nowhere to be found, and we ended up missing the beginning of our movie. To make things more frustrating, we saw several other orders being served from the same batch of popcorn we had been waiting on. Came back to see Superman today and really enjoyed the whole experience. Theater 14 was very comfortable and it wasn't so cold that I needed a jacket. It was clean and the reclining chairs were comfortable. Each chair had a swiveled table for your snacks. Popcorn at the concession was fresh and buttered perfectly. The line was getting long but more employees came and opened up. All the workers we interacted with was friendly and nice. The ticket prices were cheap for all showtimes compared to what we pay for earlier showings. Definitely recommend seeing a movie here! It's hidden by the food court. read more

Love $5 Movie Monday for any movie including iMax! Although, technically the tickets are $6.50 because there's a $1.50 service fee for each ticket. You might be able to avoid the service fee if you buy your ticket at the snack counter that day. I'd rather pay the fee to guarantee a decent seat vs having to crane my neck back from row 1. Great place to see a movie. Theatres were clean. The seats were clean, comfy, wide, and recline with a footrest. Some seats have a moveable table tray but others don't. Restroom is large and relatively clean. Located next to the food court in the Palms casino. On both visits, I've done a double feature so try to find movies that work with only about 15 minutes or so in between. My first visit was in September and I couldn't find any reviews with seat numbers so took a chance when selecting. I watched Deadpool and Wolverine in theater 8 iMax. I like the back row center so picked D11. That was the best option when I booked the night before. No issues with the seat and it had a full recline. Saw Borderlands in theater 1 JBX and sat in H11. Saw Gladiator II in theater 8 iMax from seat D7, the best choice when booked the night before. I liked the almost centered location. But the seat didn't reline fully due to the wall behind it. Watched Wicked in theater 1 from seat J6. Loved this seat. This is the very last row in between two wheelchair seats. So it's an isolated island, assuming no one using a wheelchair comes in. But this seat doesn't have a tray table so you have to keep your popcorn bucket in your lap. If you buy a large water it doesn't fit in the cupholder. The only negative is the cost of the snacks. But most movie theatres charge a fortune for snacks and the movie so it washes out. Will come back again. read more

Located inside the Palms Casino which offers free parking & free valet, this is a COOL movie theater! The theater itself is located right through the food court & has a very nice entrance. The main area right before the consession stand even has a corded off VIP area & we even saw a DJ booth! Not sure what transpires here at night, but it looks like it's ready for a party! We decided to see a movie on a Monday, where all tickets are just $5.00! Upon actually purchasing our tickets, which we did online with ease, final price paid was $6.50 per person. $5 for the movie ticket price & $1.50 service fee. What a deal!!! The seats are reserved, so there's no fighting for seats. This theater offers not only 'standard' movie viewing, but also IMAX & DTS:X. Also only $5 on Mondays! The consession stand had a decent selection of things to eat & drink. They had the usual candy/popcorn/pretzel/nachos/slushies and also a good offering of solid food such as hot dogs & chicken tenders with different sides. My date & I did the chicken tenders with tator tots. It's not the healthiest choice, but it was a very tasty choice! (Please note that some food is made to order, so it took 15 minutes of waiting for ours to be ready.) And, in case you're extra thirsty, they have a full bar here that offers local craft beer & signature cocktails! The theater seems to be run by a lot of young people, and the customer service was not the best, hence the 4 stars. There was quite a bit of disorganization behind the consession stand that we witnessed while we waited for our food. The theater we saw our movie in (Theater 11) was much smaller than we expected, but we think it made for a better experience! Seats were able to recline with built in footrests and each chair had it's own movable table tray with built-in drink holders. Seats were clean & comfortable! All in all, a wonderful theater! Normally a lovely place. Decided I'd visit again to go deal with my Brenden subscription in person and was met with AI slop EVERYWHERE. Got nearly shoved to the ground almost immediately because of some film festival thing related to Prometheus Productions... an AI studio that, to quote: "believes that AI is not here to replace human artistry, creativity, and storytelling, yet to empower it, to amplify genius, accelerate vision, and elevate voices." No longer wasting my money on this AI slop-supporting theater; and I advise that you do the same. read more

First, the parking: The theatre is located in the middle of the casino, so you can park anywhere for free and walk in. We parked in the lot near the "West Garage" and walked in from the side door (if facing the casino, it's on the right hand side). I went to watch Brave the Dark yesterday and enjoyed my visit. When I walked up, I was greeted by the nice young lady at the concession stand. They sell the tickets there too, but it might only because it was a slow day. I always ask where the aisle side is in case I need to leave for bathroom or concessions, and she knew right away. There are also booths in the lobby that you can "reserve" if you buy food from the concession stand, but I'm confused about the purpose. Is it during special occasions? Do people just buy food and sit there w/friends? Is there a charge? The guy I asked was not that forthcoming with info, so if anyone knows, feel free to message me! On our side of the theatre, there were graffiti-like murals where we took a bunch of photos, so that was kind of cool. The theatre was clean, and the chairs reclined all the way. The only negative thing is that the bathrooms are located in the lobby, so it was a long walk from our theatre to the bathroom. When to watch demon slayer (dubbed) with my kids- 1st thing; no employee started the projector for 15 minutes after it was scheduled to start, just a dark screen. I went out and told employees and after 5 min, started. 2nd, paid for dubbed. But got japanese language instead. Waited for a few minutes then left the theater and asked for a manager. Spoke to Alex who was nice and offered a later show time (didn't work due to working super ealry), refund or change it mid movie to english which he stated is unprofessional. I asked fot a refund (never got it) and went back to the movie. 10 min later, screen went black and then resumed to english dubbed. Guess Alex didn't want to do the refund. We were in town for Thanksgiving and wanted to watch the new Moana 2 movie. Glad I picked Brenden Theaters based on reviews and pictures. This place is so cool looking. Located in the Palms resort hotel, hidden behind a dividing wall by the food court. Walking in, see blue velvet couches and chairs roped off (like in a club for vip bottle service). Then all the walls from maim room to auditoriums, were spray painted murals from random aliens to Marvel characters. Super dope. Seating were recliners with trays for food. Super comfy in there. Bathrooms were also clean, that'd a plus. I will return to this theater next time we roll back into Vegas. read more

You can check in/ scan tickets at the concession counter while purchasing snacks etc. The theater itself is pretty quaint but has stadium-like seating and reclining chairs (for IMAX). Located in the palms casino. I'd say this is probably one of my favorite theaters I have been to in town. It's very clean and modern here yet hip. They have cute booths in the concession area and they also have a full bar at the concession area too. Sadly when I went their margarita machines were down but they have plenty of options to choose from. The theater also has really nice art along the walls. The theater inside offers large reclining chairs for maximum comfort. I've already been back to watch more movies and this will prob be my go to for a min! read more

I'm obviously a moviegoer, and I've been to multiple movie theaters within Vegas. It's been over a decade since I've been to this venue, but it remains to be one of my favorite spots to watch a flick. It's also nice to take a break from the busy Vegas strip and a better alternative than just staying in your hotel room. The facility is clean, the leather recliners are comfy, the standard screens are sufficient, and the surround sound is perfect. The service here has always been friendly. Nachos ($8.50): it was served with a decent amount of cheese, but this keeps the chips crispy. We did request extra cheese, and the employee was generous with the overload of cheese; however, the chips were slightly soggy within about three minutes. The cheese itself was flavorful, at a nice warm temp and a perfect consistency. Next time, I will ask if they can place the extra cheese in a small container or cup.
