If you've been here to watch the new Spider-Man movie, just know you haven't actually seen it. I attempted to see it here and the screen was so dark it was just a bunch of moving shadows. There was a part with a black actor, dressed all in black and I only saw him because I could barely make out the whites of his eyes. At this point I'm done and left to ask for a refund. The manager tried to convince me this is how the movie is supposed to look. Even took me into another theatre to see it on a different screen. It also looked terrible. It was kinda funny, a manager of a movie theater should know this isn't acceptable. I feel like they got some knock off cheap versions of the film and are just trying to pass it off. It honestly was on par with cam quality. Got a refund and could hear the manager talking crap about me to other employees as I walked away. Classy. Went to a regal in Vancouver that same day to actually watch the movie, it was like an entirely different film! It was wild watching scenes I had already seen and realizing how different it was. There's a part with a spider in a web in the upper corner of a door frame that I hadn't been able to see at all at Kelso Regal because it was all shadow but it was clear as day on this screen. Not likely to return after this experience and being treated this way. I'll just go to Vancouver. read more

This is my go to theater; I enjoy having the unlimited membership. The people working here do a great job & they know how to butter (flavor) the popcorn just the way I like it; excellent service - excellent popcorn! This is a very quiet mall in my opinion. But they had a variety of businesses that I've never seen before. I like the fact that they have a movie theater, major department stores, and small owned businesses that were very unique. I like that they have a kids place with a bunch of inflatables a game board place that you can try out game boards and unique foods recently they have added, a dumpling place that makes very good dumplings. They also have kids places in the middle you drop a coin and your child can ride. read more

The first movie of the day, the popcorn was SO old. It was beat up and chewy. Very expensive especially for how awful it was. The nachos were awful too, very salty. Sadly there aren't any other choices in Longview/Kelso read more

The lobby is in decent shape but the theater has no air circulation and smells like a dirty barn. Seats are comfortable.

This is the local movie theater that is attached to the Three Rivers Mall. The employees here are very helpful and welcoming to everyone. The seats are your typical theater seats and the movie sound and picture quality are the same. This location does have the rpx experience with better sound and picture quality and the seats seem to be abit roomier. This is my go to theater! read more

Wonderful theater! I've been seeing movies there for 2 years and never had a bad experience. The staff are friendly and do their best to accommodate guests. Always clean, never overcrowded. Yes everyone, prices are expensive!! Every high-end theater is going to be expensive. If you don't like it, don't go. Get the movie from Redbox when it releases. Don't give staff a hard time about prices, its out of their control. Candy and water is a bit overpriced so my advise, go to your local store and buy 'em (most staff honestly don't mind)! Or bring empty water bottles and they'll gladly fill them up for you. Running late to your movie and you ordered food? Ask them to bring it to your auditorium and you wont miss a thing :) Matinee prices are 11am - 6pm on weekdays. Children 2 and under are FREE! 60+ get senior price. Military discounts work after matinee hours! New movies release every Thursday. You can buy tickets INSIDE on weekdays (or when its really slow). They do accept Movie Pass but any problems MP has, they cannot fix or accommodate you since MP is its own thing, not Regal. Parents!! Please do not go expecting to drop your kids off at an R-rated movie then get pissy because they wont give you tickets. Its standard policy for all theaters and its so irresponsible. Let us adults have our fun. People complain about this theater when I can go for days about their poor attitudes (welcome to Longview lol). Learn a thing or two about common courtesy before you put people down who are just trying to pay their bills. Im sure we all hate our jobs, especially when we get rude guests. I have lots of respect for students and first-time workers. They're still learning and are bound to make mistakes; let them know they're appreciated! No need to get upset over popcorn and soda. read more

I've been here twice in the last 6 months and it's awesome! Have relatives in kelso and this place is a great theatre! Way better than Seattle where its always overcrowded. The seats here are comfy. The only thing they could improve on is having more employees running the concession area. Will be back for sure! read more

We have always had a great experience coming to this theater. Staff has always be friendly and helpful. Concessions are of course pricey but it's expected. What stands out the most is the cleanliness inside the theater and the bathrooms. read more

The only serious con I can see is that they don't always have enough cashiers open at the ticket stand or the snacks area, but that mostly happens when it's not very busy. And they raised there prices since they opened. I'm also not a fan of some of the employees, which wouldn't be an issue if they weren't always put out front as a cashier! (I don't get snacks, or else that would be a problem too.) They also sometimes have way to strict of a person at the "check if you have a ticket place" which is annoying. One time, I went to the machine to avoid a line (and avoided it) then went to go to the screen room, and the lady carded me (it was also weird that there was someone there.) But overall, I come here a lot to see movies, and I think it's a fine place for other people to go whether they're locals or visiting. Also, try to avoid the machines inside if you have a gift card. read more

We arrived for a 7:40 movie. It did not start until 8:05. Staff were very rude whEn we questioned why it started so late.

Comfy seats although not big enough for my butt! Staff does safety checks at every movie we've been too. It's clean and well run too.

I will drive the extra mile to go to Kelso Regal Cinemas at 3 rivers mall for the cleanliness and the theatres are never over crowded! I've never had a bad experience. read more

Today my daughter wanted to see nightmare before Christmas I bought them on accident for Friday but I wanted Saturday - I told the ticket people of my situation they helped me out and honored my tickets that had expired from Friday - my daughter would have been crushed, but that didn't happen!!!! Great place for movies and the service is good. (especially Greg) however they don't offer seniors a deal during the day, when most seniors go to the movies. During the day you get .30 cents off and nightly they give you a better deal. It's hardly ever real crowded (which is why high price) and I like the lack of crowds. On Tuesday's you get a deal on popcorn. read more

So far, this works for me. Over the past few years, I started going here instead of Cinetopia for my 3D movies and any other movie I want to see. It's easy to drive to and doesn't have the traffic and parking problems of Cinetopia. Its clean and the seats aren't trashed or uncomfortable like Cinetopia. They haven't been understaffed which was always the issue at Cinetopia Mill Plain. Their 3D and sound is really good. So, I'm in! read more

I have an unusual problem in that I am physically disabled and it's vital that I can see where I'm walking so I would request better lighting on the floors or more chairs very close to the exit so I can still see where I walk. read more

My wife and I saw "Us" tonight and had about 10 minutes of our movie interrupted by who I presume to be the manager. A group of teenagers came to the show and one of their mother's purchased tickets for them and one of the boy's high school aged sister. About 20 minutes into the movie, the manager came in and told the boys that since the mother that bought tickets for them did not stay, they had to leave. This discussion went on for close to 10 minutes as the manager argued back and forth with the group that they needed an adult over 21 to chaperone them. First, the tickets should not have been sold if the adult was not staying. Second, it should have been caught at the ticket taking station. Then, it should not have taken until the movie was well into establishing the story before someone came in and argued for several minutes. What poor decision making process by all staff involved. The people at the concession stand when we came in were very friendly and quick, so I added a star here for them. read more
