We had our daughter's 18th birthday party here and it was simply beautiful from the exquisite entrance to the luxurious floor of the Regency. Albert was the best from beginning to end making sure everything was absolutely perfect! The numerous Mediterranean appetizers were so delicious and main course kabobs were juicy and tasty. I LOVE this place! I had my daughter's quinceanera here and everyone keeps talking about how amazing it was. Let me just say that Albert and his staff are the most efficient and professional staff out there! Let me start by saying the hall is super chic and gorgeous. It just had a brand new renovation. It has beautiful white marble tile walking into the waiting room. You cant help but notice the beautiful mirror walking in. You then walk into the venue and notice the detailed white walls and modern chandeliers throughout. The venue has white, gold and black decor throughout, making it easy to compliment any events color scheme. I did my research and what Regency had to offer was more than any other place had offered for less money. The food is AMAZING! All the salads, meats and appetizers were delicious! Not to mention that my guests not only complimented me on how great the food was but how MUCH food there was. The waiters kept bringing plate after plate. Their portions were VERY generous and Regency made me look great with my guests. The staff at Regency are hard working professionals! Every worker there attended my guest's with first class service. From the many halls I toured and inquired about for my bridal shower, Regency was by far the best. I received great customer service from the very beginning. Albert was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He responded to my emails in a timely manner and always made himself available for anything I was unsure about. He made the booking process nice and easy. Now let's talk about the food! The appetizers were delicious and the quantity was beyond what I expected. For lunch we had chicken and beef kebab with rice and everything tasted very fresh. My guests enjoyed every single bite. There's only so much I can say about their venue and staff. My husband and I had our 180 person reception for our wedding here June 9th 2017. Albert was amazing since day one! He didn't pressure us at all about anything and was very down to earth. He accommodated us when I wanted to go by and follow up with things. I am a very OCD person and like things in order so I'm glad he was able to put up with me lol The food was amazing. Tons of food for reasonable prices per person. Our guests are still talking about how much food they got and how good it was as well as the presentation. They recently upgraded the look of the venue so it looks so classy! I love the Victorian look as I as doing laced theme. It was nice and cool the whole night as summertime can be very hot towards the valley area. Once again, Albert was so accommodating and flexible with what was requested. I even had a taco man late at night in which any other venue would say no because we would have to use their food! But not at Regency!!!! Our guests were thrilled that at the end of the night they got to eat tacos too on top of all of the other delicious food! Btw their catering is family style so if you're into socializing and expect your guests to socialize and have some fun, this is the place for you! Little hidden gem. My husband and I started planning our wedding and where things could go wrong they did; the only thing that was a breeze to take care of was the venue. Albert is fantastic; flexible, understanding and a breath of fresh air to work with. He made himself available to us at late hours and helped keep us on track with everything. Greeted us with a smile every single time. There is an infinite list of options for everything; from lighting, foo and tableware. The waiters on the were friendly and made sure we were taken care of at all times. Drinks were being poured all night, as well as the food. The food, THE FOOD!!!! It was absolutely delicious. I still dream of all that food. We got married in April and are now in May and even our guest can't stop talking about how good the food at our wedding was. When you have been to other weddings and the food is cold and bland? Not the case here. Everyone was dancing the night away with full bellies wishing there was more room for food. Finding the right venue for one of the most important days of our lives certainly was challenging. We had been to several different venues in the Glendale area and we did not quite feel comfortable with any of our choices. Then we came across Regency right across the street from the Glendale Galleria. From the start, Albert, was extremely helpful and understanding of our wishes. He made us feel comfortable and helped us with every detail for our wedding day. The process was painless and Albert made sure we were happy, and we ended up being very happy!!! I have yet to here the end of compliments from family and friends that say the staff was super friendly and the food was absolutely delicious! My girl and I were a little worried Mediterranean food would of not been a favorite for our Mexican family, but boy were we wrong.
