We had an event March 1.2026 and everything was perfect. Shout out to Arman, Harry and the crew. Service was excellent and trained professionally. We had Lucy and wish I was able to get the rest of the staffs, but everyone went above and beyond their service. All the guests were pleased. The place is amazing. Food just keeps on coming to the table. There's definitely enough food for everyone. Bring your own to go box, if you wish to bring the tons of left over food home. Arman is easy to talk too. It seems like he's able to adjust to the needs of the guests. I went thru the event trusting the yelp reviews and pictures. I didn't even see the place until one week before the event started. I may say, what you see in pictures is what you will experience. It's magical. My daughter the celebrant was veryhappy, my guests were pleased, and therefore all my hard work waspaid off. I found this venue on Instagram and was initially very interested. I contacted the venue by text to request additional information, and I was quoted approximately $10,000 for an all-inclusive Sunday package. Based on that quote, I made arrangements to tour the venue in person and began considering moving forward with a contract. Unfortunately, my experience changed significantly once I visited the venue. The representative who showed us the space came across as extremely unprofessional and disinterested. He appeared rushed throughout the tour, did not seem genuinely interested in answering our questions or assisting us, and made us feel as though our interest in booking the venue was an inconvenience. Despite this experience, the people accompanying me really liked the venue, so we decided to continue exploring the possibility of booking. Once we began discussing the contract, however, the pricing increased by more than 30%, from the originally quoted $10,000 to approximately $13,500. I was told that the higher price reflected their standard Saturday pricing, despite the fact that we had originally been quoted $10,000 for a Sunday date. There was also a discrepancy regarding the open bar. The initial text correspondence indicated that three hours of open bar were included. When I spoke with the representative in person, he stated that the venue only offered two hours. He ultimately said he would honor the three hours that had been communicated to me in writing. However, given the significant increase in the overall price after the initial quote, I felt the pricing was being adjusted to compensate for what had originally been offered. Most concerning to me was the difference in how we appeared to be treated compared with another group that arrived at the venue while we were there. The representative was noticeably more welcoming, attentive, and eager to assist them. His tone and demeanor toward our group felt very different--condescending, impatient, and rushed. Based on the interaction and the difference I personally observed, I was left with the uncomfortable impression that race may have played a role in how we were treated. Ultimately, I decided not to move forward with booking the venue. While the venue itself was appealing, the customer service, inconsistent pricing, discrepancies in what was initially communicated, and overall experience left me uncomfortable entering into a contract with the business. I believe businesses should provide transparent pricing and treat every prospective client with the same level of professionalism, courtesy, and respect. My family and I first time's renting a banquet hall. We looked at a first venue before coming here and the moment we stepped into this banquet, we all fell in love with all the lights and aesthetic of the place. It is centrally located across Americana. We did purchase valet parking for $800 for all of our guests. There's also a walking distance parking across the library, cheaper than Americana parking lot. Armen was so very easy to talk to, straightforward and no non-sense business owner. We didn't have any problems with our arrangements and vendors setting up during our event. All of our guests had a wonderful time. All the appetizers were delicious and main courses filled their appetite. Everyone was really happy with the food, we even brought our to-go boxes and most took home food. The staff were all amazing, very attentive and helpful. Overall, I highly recommend this banquet. It is on a pricier side but definitely worth it. The only thing I wish they could improve, the dressing room was very tight and also a storage for their spare chairs. read more

Ive delayed this review a bit but glad I finally get the chance to leave this here. First of all, 5 stars does not do justice to the amazing and spectacular service provided by Arman and his Royal Palace team. If there was a possibility to leave 6 stars or more I would do it in a heart beat. Arman was amazing from the first day we met him to the day of our wedding. This is the first time I myself planned an event like this and I was beyond scared and worried about not getting it right to such a place like this. Arman was fully attentive and patient in helping me out. Even when my event was 10 months away Arman was ready to answer any questions to help us out with our worries and allowed us to remain calm with the planning of this. And then the day of, Arman and his team were beyond attentive and patient with our family and planners. His team gave us so much peace when things were going wrong and were patient with our guests. To this day, our wedding is still a talked about event that causes smiles and gratitude and it's all thanks to Arman And Royal Palace. Hello, I held my wedding here on May 2nd, Armen and his entire crew made this entire process feel very easy we met with him a few times prior to the date and he made sure all of our last minute changes were handled appropriately. Everyone of our guest could not stop talking about how good the food and service was.
