Worst theater ever! 2 of the 3 soda machines ice didn't work. Soda options where limited, many flavors not working or out of service. Arcade games ate your money and Manager Jose wouldn't give me a refund for a lousy $2. Instead he said to call the arcade service number for my refund..(what a joke) why have the arcade games if they don't work.(Very old and beat up) Seems like they just taking your money and don't want to deal with you. Came here on a Friday night bc this was the only cinema with last minute tickets to Dr Strange at that time and I will definitely not be back here. When we got there we were 10minutes late and the doors were closed(locked) so we were outside pulling and knocking on the doors while the employees inside did nothing to help us. We saw an employee leaving and we asked if they were closed and he told us yes they closed and continued to walk away. But I had bought the tickets for 10pm and there was people inside so we walked in through the side doors while guests were leaving and walked to the concession stand to ask which theater to go to and she told us; no one scanned our tickets or helped us. The seats were old and uncomfortable as well. This cinema is extremely outdated. Service was bad and environment was also bad, definitely will not be back to this cinema. read more

I went here to watch a movie and the price is great! Before 5 pm I was able to see the movie at a discount so that was great. I bought the ticket online and the process was simple. The only downside was the movie theater I was in was super dirty-- lots of random boxes of popcorn from the previous movie and trash on the floor. The workers were nice though :) read more

I've been here a few times growing up and now coming back as an adult, and this theater has gone downhill!! Unless you're just watching a movie and not caring about ripped leather seats, cleanliness, and rowdiness of fellow audiences, then this is the cheap theater of the town for you! Tickets are supposed to be assigned seating, but if you come late, it seems like first come, first serve. Thus, why bother assigning seats? Makes no sense. Audiences talks during movies, not in whispers, in full-on conversation mode, without regard for other people. There are so many kids and teenagers that scream blood murder for no reason, and just so randomly and just hang out in the bathroom x.x. i mean, i guess that's what teens do? The bathroom is another thing. The women's bathroom is so gross! Toiler papers are everywhere and just seem like they need a staff to actually clean and manage the restrooms. No one checked our tickets, we just walked in and no one questioned us. It was easy to find our seats, and we had zero issues. Super chill when there's not a lot of annoying people. With how many empty seats there were, I wondered if it would be better to have less, but much better seating. We went on a Tuesday afternoon and it was not busy. Loved the popcorn packages. Everything was clean and ticket prices were amazing too!

Older theater but the prices match. The Sunday special is $6.50 per ticket which is a bargain nowadays. We came to see Jurassic World. You can select your seats. Theater is more crowded than others with recline-able chairs but still comfortable. Concessions are typical movie theater prices. I'd come back as a much more affordable alternative. Movies here are only $8.50, and $6.50 on Sundays. Which is refreshing considering some of the ticket prices nowadays at some theatres that I've been to. Its not crowded with people, lots of leg room, and clean. =) CHEAP TICKETS, CURRENT MOVIES, can you really complain? I've been to theatres all over So Cal, paid $17 a ticket, only to walk into a theatre with popcorn all over the floor with sticky seats. So this theater gets a thumbs up!!! read more

Old school ... pretty bad. Went to see Spider-Man far from home on 7/18/19... with my 9 year old, the previews were not age appropriate.. showed killing. I don't jump at the chance to spend $24 for my husband and I to watch a movie, so this theater is our spot. They show top titles at a significantly less cost. The interior is nice and doesn't feel old or gross. They actually have decent seats (I just wish they reclined better). As far as food cost goes, it is a little more like your average AMC or Edwards theatre, but at least I actually have money to buy something since I didn't spend it all on the tickets. My husband and I have gone to this theater plenty of times and we've never felt that it was "ghetto" or unsafe. It's just a bunch of other families trying to save a few bucks too. read more

Today I walked in, waited in line to grab some snacks and drinks. While I was on my way I was stopped and asked for my bag to get checked (for weapons and sharp objects) however, they only looked for outside foods. Checking bags is invading privacy and stated that to the staff. As I placed my things down I left my fountain drink that I bought there on the staffs stand, i then realize I did not have my drink and went back and it was no longer there. They threw it away right in that second, they stated that I had to buy a new even after I advices what happened. The staff members were rude and have no type of consideration for their customers. Regency is a great theater for what you are paying. Sure the seats don't recline, but you're paying half the price of the theaters where they do. The place is fine, they have normal concessions, bathrooms, the theaters are small so there's never really bad seats. If you want all the plush(bar, reclining seats, waiters) then go by all means pay 20$ a ticket somewhere else. read more

Super disappointed, i haven't been here in a few months. The prices for the tickets went up (it was expected) however with the rennovations they are doing, the only drinks they have are bottled drinks, which are super pricey. If you dont have drinks on tap the least you can do for your customers is lower that price since it is an inconvinience. If i would have known about the drinks, and prices i would not have spent ny money here. Your better off going to Edwards in Ontario, for a few dollars more. Brought my 2 year old and 4 year old here to see Toy Story4 today, 6/27/19. Loved this theatre, tickets are cheaper than a lot of other movie theatres ... This is a small movie theater, but it definitely offers a lot for your buck. Movie tickets are really cheap, the food here is okay. The pricing on food is almost as much as a bigger movie theater. Many food establishments around the movie theater. The seats in the theater are a little old, but do able. On Tuesdays it offers 2 admissions, 2 soda pops, and two small popcorns for $17 (only for films after 6pm). Movies tickets are $5.50 for any showing before 6pm, after 6pm tickets are $7.50. On Sundays tickets are $5.50. Children tickets are $5.50 as well. For the what you pay, I highly recommend this movie theater. read more

Came to this local theater because i didn't feel like driving 20 minutes to another. Once i was inside i realized why i stopped coming here years ago, to the point where my fiancé and i left mid movie. During the movie, people sitting around me would not stop talking whatsoever. I made it clear that they were bothering me by going out of my way and telling them to shush. It seemed as if it triggered them to talk even louder and be more obnoxious. Other than people talking, they also kept checking their phones with the brightness extremely high, that it would cause a distraction. We left the theater extremely upset and forgot to make a complaint because we couldn't stand being there another second. I guess the saying is true, you get what you pay for. read more

I would love to give this review 5 stars because I'm always here to watch movies because it's so economic but I have to admit, the place can be A LOT better. They must need a new staff because the bathrooms looked disgusting and there was popcorn all over the floor. The place can look a lot more presentable with a little more clean up. It's not that difficult. Also, need I mention the prices of the concession stand? It costs more than the tickets! It's ridiculous.
