    Welp... I was wrong. This wasn't the one. Not at all. This furniture is so cheaply made that apparently it's not even worth repairing. And the 5-year "warranty" I have covers random things like cigarette burns and 'scratches that penetrate the wood surface' (whatever that means), but not normal wear and tear ...and definitely not issues with the structural integrity of this cheaply made piece of junk. I've been on business travel almost every week for most of the 19 months I've had this couch and haven't really able to spend much time on it until quarantine. In those short few months, I have experienced a significant 'loss of resiliency' in the couch (translation: the middle cushion is sinking because the trampoline-like 'base' that the cushions rest on was not properly or securely attached to the frame, and has been gradually ripping away from the frame causing it to sink). I've called the store numerous times, but no one ever answers the phone. I finally ended up going up to the store, only to be told that I needed to contact the company that handles the warranty. The warranty company told me that 'loss of resiliency' (their term, not mine) is not covered under the warranty and gave me the number to a local furniture repair company who came out to take a look and quickly determined that it would be cheaper and better for me to just buy a new sofa. I've tried emailing Regency's customer service department, but I've gotten no response. It seems that after they get their money, they could care less about customer satisfaction. So much for repeat business...

Walmarts are not in the area and I'm not trying to travel another 15-20 minutes to get there. Nothing much to say just has to grab a few items and really noticed that the food isles be a little bare. Maybe it was became I came later afternoon times. But the selection should be better than what I was seeing. I was able to find all I needed and unfortunately too much per usual. Service was good was able to get in and out no issue. I just have to remember to carry in the stores with my reusable bags. But other than that you can pay for their brown paper bags that could be reused again later. Will continue to come to Target when I need to and not going to worry about what others are doing. They not paying my bills!

Unfortunately, not a single regular checkout lane was open--only self-checkout was available, and those machines only accepted debit or credit cards, no cash. Of course, I only had cash, so I was forced to check out at customer service. While it did take a little while, the wait wasn't extremely long. Still, the experience was inconvenient enough that going forward I'll be sticking strictly to online orders only, which is always a wonderful experience.

    I went into Target to return diapers for store credit, something I've done in the past without any…read moreissues. The first employee at guest services told me I couldn't return them and went to confirm with another team member. Team member #2 informed me that while he could accept my Luvs diapers, I would have to take my Pampers back to the original store. When I asked why, he stepped away and said he would get his manager. When Manager Andrew finally arrived, his irritated expression made it clear he was not happy to help. He told me he wouldn't allow me to return any of the items. When I questioned why again, he became more irritated and explained the transaction was denied in the system, stating I would need a receipt. He was lying to me at this point because the previous team members only offered their knowledge and did not scan or start the return process. These items were gifts, and all I wanted was store credit to purchase bigger sizes. The manager assumed I was seeking a refund without asking any clarifying questions, and his tone was unnecessarily rude. When I asked for his name, he gave me a different one, which seemed dishonest. After I pointed out how unprofessional his behavior was, he told me he wouldn't assist me any further because of my comments. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a Target, and I have reported this incident to corporate regarding Andrew's behavior.
