So after purchasing furniture from them, I leased through Progressive Leasing. I paid $1129.28 for my purchase. I was told that I would make one payment of around $100 for the next twelve months. But after looking at my payments 9 months after the fact they over charged me. I called Progressive Leasing and Octavia answered and told me that they charged me $1461.47 for the lease. And I asked her for total or in addition to the lease. And she said in addition to the lease. So I asked her your charging me more than double the price of my purchase and she said yes. So I immediately stopped payment. And Price Busters should be ashamed for sending customers to a predatory lender like this. They are probably in cahoots! The Captain bed and dresser I received were much darker than anticipated. The quality is solid but PB failed to include a hole in the headboard base essential for piecing it together. We had to drill a hole ourselves in order get the pieces to stay together securely. Additionally, we received the bed and dresser in the delivery but bed rails were delivered a week late and we had a brand new mattress just chilling in the hallway. This was so annoying because we had the old mattress removed in anticipation of having all pieces. Using a better courier could improve the customer experience. The assembly took about 3 hours and you definitely need two people. There are tons of little pieces, so it's strongly suggested that you organize everything prior to building. Overall the bed is sturdy and huge, which we love! The dresser is nice and sturdy as well. Customers could benefit from more items being assembled prior to delivery. Minor setbacks but decent bed and dresser given the price. read more

Yesterday I went into this store to buy some things. Actually spend money not window shopping. I came in the door and a guy who was sitting on a couch said can you put on that hand sanitizer for me. I put some on. He didn't ask me did I need any help not even a hello welcome NOTHING. I walked through the whole store even the other side of the store and NOT ONE PERSON ASKED ME DID I NEED HELP. In a rage my husband demanded a refund stressing that no one would be home and attempted to force them to honor the date they'd written on the receipt. I walked into Price Busters on 2/8/2020 and Tiarra was the ONLY staff member who acknowledged me as I walked through the store. I came to the store with the intent to purchase the same day and as I walked to the back, she made sure she said hello and asked if I needed help even though she was already assisting another family. She helped me through my selection process and because of her helpfulness I was able to select furniture for 3 rooms in my home. Apparently "Hope" flagged the sale, then got on phone with a bad attitude, rudely cut me off mid-sentence, said she not honoring the invoice I had, and proceeded to try and tell me what each item costs, as if I didn't see the prices on the floor yesterday. Again, the difference between her price and my invoiced price is only $150, which technically is the delivery fee that shouldn't be charged. I made the purchase on Presidents' Day and the furniture was delivered that following Thursday. The delivery guys show up late and are obviously in a hurry. They put the things in their perspective rooms. I signed for the delivery and immediately opened the boxes. One of the bed rails were cracked. I instantly called Forrestville, they directed me to the Glen Burnie location. I called and of course no one answered the phone. The voicemail instructed me to send an email, which I did. I sent several and no one ever contacted me nor answered the phone. I eventually got in contact with my bank and they were able to get in contact with them. They said they would double check and call me back, never did. I assumed that my order was staying the same and re arranged me room for it only to find out they switched it and did not tell me.
