On June 2nd, the items were delivered but the queen sized box spring would not fit up the stairs. The delivery company took the box spring and told me to contact the store to get a split box spring instead. Since then, I have called over and over again. They never answer the phone and won't return my messages. One time, I got a person on the phone who told me he would call me right back but he never did. I am forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Luckily it is a $200 box spring and not a $3,000 mattress. I would NEVER trust this company with an expensive purchase. Telling a customer 72 hours after the purchase that an item was out of stock -- after being told that the item was in stock at the time of purchase, to induce purchase, is merely an extension of an unethical business practice in an attempt to keep a sale that should not have been made. This experience was a big waste of our time. Refunding us something that was ours over two weeks after a sale that was made under false pretenses doesn't make Sleepare honorable. Judging by other reviews, our experience was not unique. Your position would be improved by simply apologizing. ------ We regret this experience and apologize for any inconvenience caused. However, we would like to clarify the timeline of our communications. Following your initial call with our customer service team on August 14th, we reached out the next day, August 15th, via phone and text, but did not receive a response. Furthermore, our team provided consistent updates regarding your order status. We informed you that the headboard and frame were out of stock 72 hours after the order was placed, and subsequently sent two additional email updates. During our call on August 16th, you requested a refund. We confirmed your payment details and advised that the refund would be processed within 24 to 48 hours. Bill Torres worked with me to find the best mattress but didn't try to pressure me into anything. I took my time and tried out several mattresses and even took a few cat naps while I was there. Bill was patient and spent time explaining a lot of details about the various types of mattresses from innerspring to memory foam to hybrid. I settled on the Serta I-comfort hybrid blue fusion plush mattress with an adjustable base. Let me just tell you - an adjustable base will change your LIFE!!! I always considered that to be for the older generation but it's the best investment I could have made. My kingsdowne base raises the head and feet and comes with a massage feature as well as underbed lighting. It's amazing! I also got a floor model bed set, which includes the headboard and surrounding structure for a reasonable price. My new mattress and furniture was delivered three days later with no extra charge for delivery. The delivery guys were very careful with my furniture and didn't bang up anything while they moved my old bed out and my new one in. I am definitely one of those people that does comparison shopping and this experience was no different. I compared prices on my phone while I was in the store and Bill never tried to dissuade me from doing so. We explained that the new mattress did not provide the comfort level we had hoped for and requested it be exchanged for the Tempur-Pedic® Pro Adapt 2.0 firm. We were so pleased with how smoothly the exchange went after Serge worked with us to ensure that the Tempur-Pedic® Pro Adapt 2.0 firm would better meet our comfort expectations. Within 4 days the new mattress was delivered by a very professional and pleasant crew that kept us updated on the delivery Tuesday (730am - 10:30am) and the morning of the delivery let us know that our new bed would arrive at 730am. The Queen and King mattresses come with the adorable squishy toys! The airy waffle mattresses are super comfy and hold up well and even better than our Sleep Number mattress! The Purple Flex is softer and less firm than the standard mattress with extra layer of foam. I can feel the difference when I lay on my son's mattress vs mine and the extra $300 is well worth it! The mattress has a cooling agent. The thick Harmony pillow offers perfect back support when lounging around in bed (writing this review and watching TV!) The flat Dreamweaver is perfect for actually sleeping. My only complaint is that the Dreamweaver has a mild funky smell. The mattress is pretty easy to roll out and didn't need much assembly (we didn't pay for installation). The stretchy linens are super comfy and worth the splurge and received a great bundle discount on the pillows and linens. I found a nice three piece set: couch, loveseat, and chair that was available. Decided to check another place and found the same set for slightly cheaper. Came back to talk with Alberto (who was super nice and worked with me patiently) on comparing prices. He was able to match for the cheaper price if I was able to buy that set that day or next day and get delivery by Monday. I went ahead and got it. Fast forward to Monday. I got a call from Alberto saying their delivery guys could only find two of the three pieces for my order to deliver. I could get a black/white set (in picture below) or try another set that was similar at no additional charge since their was an error on the factory end. He sent a text with the picture of the available option which I also really liked and I decided to go with it. They delivered it by 4pm on Monday. Delivery guys were super fast and polite. I would highly recommend using them again even with the slight hiccup they handle extremely well. Picture 1: set in the store they had to showcase. I originally ordered that set but in all black Picture 2: set that was available last minute that's was delivered. I love it!
