No one likes being at the DMV, especially me. I would have to say that they were very, very helpful. They greeted me with a warm smile, which is key for me when dealing with a business. The staff was very upfront and knowledgeable of what I needed to do and what was required of me by the DMV. They did not do the whole smoke and mirrors gag to get an extra dollar out of me. They assisted in me renewing my registration on the spot, and completed the other items that I needed to take care of in the DMV, without me even having to step foot in the DMV. I was helped by Sam, he was very nice. I called the day before as I had seen them advertising a special. I was told to come first thing the next day at 9 am and I would be taken care of. Showed up at 9:06 (Saturday morning) there was already someone getting their car tested. I checked in with Sam and I was next in line. I was done within 20 minutes. It was a breeze.
