    water leaking from toilet

    Came out to install a new toilet and after 5 hours the toilet is loose from wall and water is leaking out on floor, paid $500.00. Contacted them two times by text in the last two days and No reply from Reggie the Plumber company but I am left with a non functioning new toilet and water leaking on hardwoods.

    Hmmm. Customer service: I believe that I was talking to Reggie, but I wasn't sure if it was a secretary or something. They respond really quickly, so that was comforting. I requested a quote, and they gave a quote on the lower end and higher end. The appointment was confirmed with a 12-2 range. That was fair. However, I ended up receiving a more specified time of 1pm later. That's the time I made sure to be home for the appointment. I received a text at around 10am asking if they could come earlier, but I responded saying I wasn't there. I raced in traffic to get home at 1pm for the appointment, and after 15 minutes after the confirmed time, I texted them asking if they were still coming. They told me that they went to another client since they couldn't come to me earlier and that they'd be there closer to 2. Very unprofessional. If you provide a range, and then send an actual time, don't try to rely on the range later because it's more convenient for you. If you do, at least inform the customer. Had I not had anything else to do, I wouldn't have cared, but I fit this appointment into my work schedule, so I was pretty perturbed. Since they were already late without notice, I couldn't trust that they'd make it at 2pm. I ended up telling them not to come and made an appointment with another company that has amazing reviews. Would I recommend? No. But I do recommend Plumbing Express. They're very reliable! Will I use them again? No.

    New water heater installed by Reggie the Plumber

    Reggie the Plumber is the best! called him early in the morning and told him about my water heater leak. He showed up to check it out in like 2 hours and was able to come back and replace the water heater within a few hours because I told him I had a cancer treatment the next day and needed same day work if possible. He was very nice and accommodated my request, took away my old heater and cleaned up after the job really well. All for a fair price. I would definitely call Reggie the Plumber again for any plumbing needs. Thank you!

    I called them to fix a leaky shower. Reggie came out quickly and fixed the problem. I would definitely call them again.

    I requested TE to come out and diagnose why an existing circuit was not getting power. Instead of…read morejust fixing the circuit, I agreed to a new panel for my house since it was 60 years old. The price I was quoted was over 12k. I felt the electrician on my job, Jason S. was very high pressure in his tactics and told me I needed to decide that day, or lose potential discounts. I had also been without a kitchen for over 30 days, so I agreed to the work. The next day Jason and an apprentice come out to start the job. They take one whole day to remove and replace the new panel, no problem. Here is where it goes downhill. On the second day of work, Jason and another apprentice came out and instead of prioritizing the circuit I hired him for, they start installing the hardwired smoke detectors Dekalb county allegedly requires. This took all day! By about 4 pm, I asked if he was going to get the outlet done so I could use my dishwasher and he replied "I guess if I stay here all night". I said I guess thats what you got to do then, and they were here til nearly 8 pm. Then he made several other unprofessional comments about staying late. Jason never came back to my job. A new Electrician came out on Monday, Jason said he had an emergency job. The part where they earned this rating comes when I found out my pool motor circuit was not working on the new GFCI circuit. I explained to them it originally was on a two pole circuit and now they had it on two single poles. It was drawing 240v and they had the model number and should have researched the wiring on their own as professionals. Rather than listen to me, I had to wait all day for the new electrician (with Jason on the phone) come up with a new quote to fix which included trenching up and re-wiring my entire pool, ANOTHER 5 THOUSAND DOLLARS! I was livid. I started looking into this and it turns out I was right, it just needed a 2 pole GFCI. I talked to the second electrician the next day and told him I want to talk to a supervisor or manager. I got a call later in the day from Jeffrey who was going to look into it and get back to me the same day. He did not. He did call me the next morning and agreed to send one of his best guys out to install a 2 pole and see if that solves the problem. Well guess what, it did! And, I didn't have to pay another 5K. I expected to hear back from Jeffrey again to ensure the job was to my satisfaction as you should on a service recovery. I did not. I feel lied to, and that I was robbed and almost taken needlessly for thousands more, had I not done my research which should not be necessary as a layperson. I understand from TE employees the Electricians control the cost, and they get a commission from it. Unfortunately, I paid for an electricians summer vacation because I trusted him. Luis L and Nathan the electricians at TE, thank you! Micah, Gavin, Phillip the apprentices, thank you too! Jeffrey I thank you for doing the minimum by ensuring what I paid for was completed. Jason, no thank you at all. You've sowed distrust in professionals and your industry with your practices.

There are three plumbers at the company: Dale, Doug, and Art. They have different personalities for sure; I can see how some reviewers may prefer someone more affable or another who just gets down to business. I am happy to have all three. And the office manager Nina is impossibly helpful and friendly. Each time they come to my house, I feel like I'm going to be taken care of. They are much less expensive than the big guys and I they've never tried to sell me something I don't need. They also have taken the time to educate me a little on the way my plumbing works. I feel lucky to have found someone I can trust.

When I reached out to schedule the service it went smoothly; however, when I asked about the information of the drywall installer this is when things took a turn. I was not responded to and had to follow-up multiple times. I then wrote the team to note it was frustrating to have to follow-up so much on a crucial part of the work. For some reason using the word "frustrating" apparently was not seen as polite and I was labeled rude. I tried to explain my view point but was prompted to cancel my appointment. I really wouldn't recommend using this business because it's quite unprofessional the response I received, and I also find it alarming that a customer can't voice a viewpoint. I think businesses should be open to feedback and work with clients to reach a solution or at least acknowledge the viewpoint especially if it is factual. My main concern with this business is I can't imagine needing to solution with them if something goes wrong on the job site. The team feels inflexible, insensitive, and unprofessional. There are a million and one service agents in Atlanta, I'd keep searching and not utilize this team. Customers deserve to have a professional communication dialogue.

I've used them a handful of times in a short period of time to address some items at one of my homes. They give you a 4 hour window of when a technician will be able to come. They updated my newly purchased homes kitchen sink pipes to an S Trap and also brought my water heaters thermal expansion tank up to code. When the technician has entered the house, they wear the shoe coverings. I really appreciate that. I've mostly worked with Gary who was very awesome and also Matt.     Our water heater stopped working and I had to call True Plumbing again. Hunter came out the very…read moresame day and said we had water around the bottom where the pilot light is. When we replaced it, the new one was placed directly on the basement floor with no pan or anything around it or under it. Our basement has never flooded before (in 25 years) but it looks like some water may have come in near the new water heater. I don't know why else there would be water inside the water heater at the bottom. Hunter said they can no longer honor the warranty for the water heater because of this. It seems like it should have been raised off the ground at least a couple of inches when it was installed or had a pan of some sort to protect the bottom of the water heater. But I'm not an expert on water heater installation so what do I know? Hunter got the water out with paper towels and relit the pilot light. Hooray! Hunter saved the day. I think he may have changed the setting back down to its lowest because we are running out of hot water very quickly when showering. Hopefully that's all that has been done. We keep forgetting to check it until we're freezing in the shower :)
