I used to work in the New Orleans area and loved Reginelli's. On the way home from the Saenger yesterday I decided to grab a pizza from the Kenner location. My friend was with me and she ordered one too. I was beyond disappointed. There was barely any cheese on it, dry, and it definitely wasn't as good as before. My friend didn't like hers either. And when my 9 year old son doesn't like the pizza, I knew it wasn't just us. Didn't know if it was just this location or what. read more

I would hate to admit how many times that I've ordered from here, but I can't quit you Reginelli's . I can honestly say (and me being Italian may I add, if that means anything...) this is the best pizza I've had. Hands down. We ordered the veggie pizza with Crystal shrimp, 100 times. The sauces are bold with pesto and savory herbs, and just the right amount of everything you could want. The Roasted Cauliflower & vegetable salad is amazing, and surprisingly filling. Hummus and pita is delicious. Their pastas are impressive as well. I could go on, but you need to try it for yourself if you haven't. I'm going to miss this place! Reginelli's has been one of my favorite restaurants for years because of their quality and consistency. The ingredients are always fresh and put together well. The Kenner locantion is my fiance and I's go-to quick date night spot because we know we will leave full and happy. We LOVE the baked brie calzone, caprese salad, or dressed hummus to start with. For pizzas, the smoked chicken pizza, gumbo pizza and saltimbucca pizza are all excellent choices! They have their own take on pizza crust; it's fluffy without too many toppings weighing it down. Overall, service has always been good and we enjoy having Reginelli's pizza for dinner at least once a month. read more

So glad I looked at Yelp before heading anywhere else to find a Muffuletta nearby! I have family who live in Chateau Estates in Keener and this little place was AMAZING! The hummus appetizer was out of this world, seriously! My mother even loved it and she makes her own hummus weekly. The Muffuletta did not disappoint and I even had them make it with turkey! So big that I was able to eat the other half the next day for lunch. SOOOOO goood! And my dad's pizza was OUTSTANDING as well! Needed a place to delivery to my hotel while in Kenner, LA. Yelped this restaurant and loved their menu variety. They had good recent reviews, so I gave it a shot! I ordered online which was very user friendly and mobile friendly. With soo many choices and starving from a long day, I choose the 14" Genoa, large garden salad, caprese salad, spinich manicotti, and a chicken calzone. The food was delivered promptly with a friendly and polite delivery guy named Raymond. The only thing missing was my side salad dressing for the large green salad. The pizza was exactly as it was drescribed, and my sister loved it! She is a bbq fanatic, and the bbq onions really hit the spot. The calzone was good with plenty of chicken. The chicken had a little kick of spice. The caprese salad was substituted with more tomatoes for the cucumbers. That as well was good. The manicotti was the last thing for me to try, and by this time, I was already full, and had only a little and it was good with just enough spinach, sauce, and crumbs. We frequently place big take-out orders from this Reginelli's location for lunch at work. Everything always arrives correct, and delicious. There isn't anything that is really done better than any other pizza restaurant, but it's local and they have several convenient locations around the metro area. The family and I dined in here for the first time this weekend. We were in Kenner and were in need of lunch, and this sounded better than McAllister's. We were seated quickly, but then ignored for about 5 minutes before a very frazzled waitress took our drink orders. Someone else brought the drinks to our table, and then the waitress re-appeared some time later. I'll give her credit, though - she was the ONLY waitress that seemed to be helping the entire dining room on a Saturday afternoon. She was doing the best she could. I blame whoever the manager on duty was for not figuring out a more efficient system. On to the food itself. We had the Spinach and Artichoke dip appetizer. It was appetizing. Nothing special, but good. We then ordered the Smokin' Chicken pizza. The toppings were delicious, but we couldn't taste the sauce (was there any sauce?). Again, it was good, but not special or memorable. As I told the fiance, after discussing the lack of service, the wait time for everything, and the so-so food... "I left our waitress a good tip, but I'll write the business itself a mediocre Yelp review." Good for takeout when you want pizza, but probaby not worth visiting in person. read more

Reginellis in a pretty good local chain restaurant. My favorite thing to get is the Avocado and Asparagus Salad. It is huge and delicious! They also have really good sandwiches, and pizza. Actually, everything is pretty good. I have never had a bad meal from here. They also have pretty good daily drink specials during the week. I go there at least once a week for lunch. Had a bad experience on the weekend, as my food took 45 min for a salad! The waiter said that the kitchen was backed up, but there was only one person IN the kitchen and he was eating yogurt from next door. From that point on, I only eat there if Gabrielle is my waitress. This place was pretty disappointing and disorganized. The food was overpriced for what it was: I spent about $20 all in all for a very mediocre pizza with side salad. The waitress came back to tell me they were out of lettuce for my salad and that I should pick another option, and once I did she came back AGAIN to tell me they did indeed have lettuce after all. I am editing the review and star rating from 1-4 after some thought I went ahead and called them. I'm a passionate foodie. The manager Zach was an absolute sweetheart thoroughly heard out our complaint and offered immediately to send out another pie. I've been in the food and hospitality industry and I would have to say his level of handling was hands down phenomenal thank you Zach!!! He insisted on a store credit and even without he was sooo polite responsive I just couldn't let this review unedited. He also let me know they did thin out the dough about a year ago, thus creating a thinner pizza. He was endlessly apologetic and just gave great customer service I'm very pleased with the handling of the situation. Thank you Zach for making us feel like appreciated customers. This pizza place has been such a family favorite for the last 4 Years. I mean while I've Been pregnant I've sent my spouse even twice a month to pick up my pizza craving. I hate to rate reginellis with one star especially since I've been such a loyal customer and I've endlessly recommended them to friends and family. Ultimately I'd say in the last 6 months or so they have totally let me down. I mean you are paying 25 dollars a pie so I definitely feel the quality should be there. The crust has become extremely thin, and wayy overcooked nearly burnt, to the point where your jaw begins to hurt from chewing!! It's like a pizza tostada!!! What is going on Reginellis you have such great ingredients the pepperoni alone is unique why isn't the effort going in to produce a pizza worth 25 bucks!!! We were just staying one night at a nearby hotel, needed a place to eat and found Reginelli's. The food was delicious and the prices were reasonable. It took a bit long for us to get our food, especially since we had just ordered some hummus with pita chips and two pita "sandwiches " that had hummus, cucumbers, artichoke hearts, asparagus and feta cheese. I do order from this place fairly often. I think that their pizzas are a bit more tasty and are made with fresh ingredients, which I really like. They deliver and I like that because it is much better than the chain delivery places. Anyway, I always order the combination pizza and the soup of the day. I purchased the Ancona Caesar salad and the Italian deli sandwich on 3/10/18 . The salad was excellent . Unfortunately the sandwich was very skimpy my sandwich had two thin slices of deli meat . I called on 3/11/18 I spoke with one of the managers concerning the sandwich he apologized and promptly issued a ten dollar credit . I've eaten here for more than a decade I'm not sure if it's under new management because the portions aren't the same the sandwiches consist of more condiments than meat . I went in on 3/12/18 this time I ordered the Chicken Garcia sandwich again I was very disappointed, very few pieces of grilled chicken after waiting for approx 20-25 minutes . I hope that this review reaches management, After receiving two sandwiches that were disappointing I'm not sure if I'd continue to be a loyal customer or recommend dining in the future . Sigh... Now I'm not sure if Reginelli's is under new management or perhaps I went on an off day... But, I was really very disappointed. I have been going to this joint for the past 7 or so years, and the food was always decent. Recently, a friend and I went because we had a groupon. We ordered the spinach and artichoke dip for an appetizer. It tasted like it was straight out of the microwave..Not good. We decided to split the Chicken salad. As we began to dig in, we both made icky faces at the chicken..It was very gristly and slightly resembled Subways chicken. We told our waitress about this and she then explained that it was because the chicken already came cooked. I was in shock! I don't ever remember Reginelli's using already prepared ingredients.. The other components of the salad were not fresh tasting either. I know this is a place for primarily pizza, but they should be using fresh ingredients all around.. I imagine the pizza toppings aren't far off from the salad toppings.. She did cooperatively take it off the bill, however. All-in-all, not worth a return.. at least not to this location. This is my favorite of the Reginelli's locations. They are very friendly, prompt and consistent. I never leave disappointed. The manger on duty, Matt, was always checking on tables and making sure everyone was taken care of. My favorites are the Chicken Salad and the tomato basil soup. read more

I love the food, I've prob spent about 200$ there in the past two weeks....but yall need to fix your phone. It also wouldn't help if whoever was answering the phone last night could maybe be a little more patient...I had to call THREE times bc she hung up in my face...all she did was say hello and then after i said I'd like to make an order, she hung up. There was no attempt to say hello or anything again, she obviously could care less about taking orders for your business. Rude to say the least. Flying in and out of New Orleans and thought I'd try Reginelli's as I was staying close to the airport and Pizza sounded good. Reginelli's got great reviews so I thought I would give them t a try. Reginelli's did not disappoint! Pizza was great and the server was very attentive. Never eating in, just had it delivered. If you're looking for pizza to eat at home. DO NOT have this delivered. It was warm pizza at best, and it's not good that way. I'm willing to bet it's better fresh and in shop, but as far as having it delivered I give it thumbs down. Pizza is always good and Ive tried some sandwiches that are excellent. My only negative is don't waste your money on the humus. They should take it off the menu. The Cali flower seems to be a filler.
