He demanded a $48 deposit to order the new windshield and that I would have to come back in a week to get it installed. Come to find out, he glued the sensor box back to my old windshield, and now I will have to buy a new one. I found this out by another business who ended up replacing my glass. Zach did not tell me he broke MY property. When I asked for my deposit back, his rep said I could call him. I called on Monday. He threw a tantrum, yelled at me, interrupted me, called me slurs, and mocked me for asking about the cologne smell. I have migraines and cannot do intense smells. He hung up, saying he didn't need customers "like me." He also badmouthed his very young female employee for telling me I could get a refund.
