The bitterness of the matcha is strong (perf for tea lovers) and pairs so well with the sweet tang of passionfruit they use in the drink. I NEVER like strawberry matchas because the flavor profiles are so different... but this drink hits so different. Came on a Sunday 7:30am, the drink just took 10 minutes to be served. The foam did add a nice saltiness to the drink though. My partner liked his chocolate strawberry drink. He subbed soy milk for $.75 extra.
