I recently took my vehicle to Rego's after being rear ended. From the moment I arrived and was pleasantly greeted, I knew I had chosen the right place! They are a family owned business and the entire staff was so helpful, professional and friendly. They took care of everything for me. They provided me with a rental car, dealt with the insurance adjusters ect. I literally had to worry about nothing, except for dropping my car off then going to pick it up when it was done. When I went to pick it up, I was blown away! Not only did they repair the damage from my accident, but they took the extra care to touch up all the little extra knicks ect that were on the outside of my car. I have been to Rego's Auto Body on 300 Chalkstone ave for years now and they have NEVER disappointed me. They gave me two tiny paint bottles in case my exterior ever gets another chip. My car was in better condition than when I bought it! Mike Rego and his family are all incredible, funny people, that you want to establish a relationship with. I cannot stress enough how hard-working and committed all of the workers are. This is a family-run business and they truly take care of every customer. I will never go to another auto body shop again. You're doing yourself and your vehicles a disservice if you choose another body shop. Last time I ever do business at Rego's Auto Body!! After being a long-time customer there spanning over 10 years, ran into a situation where a car needed repair. I immediately referred them to Rego's as it was my go-to auto body repair shop. However, the person had gotten quotes elsewhere in the vicinity of $275. Rego's charged $1000! But in threatening to go through the insurance if his car wasn't repaired at Rego's with a rental car, I had no choice. I was told the rental fee would be waived and the cost would be less. That was a lie!! I'm very hurt and disappointed at how screwed over I feel from the auto body shop I sent so many customers to over the years. They go through with a fine tooth comb and make sure every last detail is done perfectly. Frustration free they deal with your insurance and the back and forth nonsense. Rego's exceeded my expectations. I was involved in an accident where the other driver was at fault. At the recommendation of my attorney, I took my car to Rego's. They were friendly, yet professional and had me in and out quickly when I took my car to them. They set me up with a rental and handled the insurance company. When I picked up my car, both my daughter and I thought it looked brand new. My car has never looked this good. I went to Rego's on the recommendation of my mechanic after another car hit me. They handled everything with my insurance co., got me a rental car that was waiting for me when I dropped my vehicle off, and fixed my car beautifully! Everyone there is very nice and helpful, and on top of it all, they replaced a part for free that my insurance didn't cover. Plus, when I got my car back, it had been cleaned on the inside and out! I went in to have a big scuffed patch of paint on my door redone. Carlos (one of the Rego brothers) took a look at it and said he'd fix it at no cost. Next thing I knew Carlos's brother Pedro stopped what he was doing and came out to buff my door. He had it looking good as new within 10 minutes. The place is clean, professional, and friendly.
