We came in for our first appointment just to chat and have her teeth evaluated. The cost was $800 cheaper than my last estimate, she left with braces on. My initial impression is great. They obviously know their customers. There is wifi, play stations, tvs, even a huge coffee station for the parents. If you or your child needs braces you would be crazy to not check out RTO.

We've completely failed to get xrays the last few visits because the mouthpiece makes him gag and panic. During cleanings, they've started using the rinse-and-vacuum method instead of letting him spit and it splashes on his face and it's loud and uncomfortable. We're going to try switching to a smaller office elsewhere that can hopefully give him more time and a calmer environment.
