He's always excited to go back, and so happy and calm when we pick him up that I can really tell he's comfortable and enjoying his time at Puppy Island. He comes back well-behaved and socialized, not freaked out from us being gone, which makes leaving for trips feel much easier! And, I think the value for the services they provide is excellent. I usually board Chico in standard boarding and really love getting a few photos of him daily -- he's always smiling from ear to ear in them and surrounded by cute doggie friends. Chico had a cherry eye flare up when he was boarded earlier this year, and they handled the situation beautifully -- they gave me options, took him to the emergency vet for a checkup, and isolated him in VIP boarding until we were sure he was okay! It was such a relief to know he was in good hands and I will forever be grateful to the staff for going the extra mile to ensure his safety and comfort throughout. I trust them completely and so appreciate that they actually know and love him, so it feels like he's at summer camp with his favorite people every time! I love Puppy Island (and so does my dog!)!

I googled pet groomers for senior cats and Daisy Mobile came up. My cat had significant matting, and I was worried she would need a full lion cut. After discussing the options, he was able to remove all of the mats while preserving her coat, which I really appreciated. He was patient, knowledgeable, and handled my cat with care throughout the grooming process. When he was finished she looked great and, just as importantly, she was calm and didn't seem overly stressed. As a cat owner, that meant a lot to me. The results exceeded my expectations. My cat's coat is soft and healthy again, all of the matting is gone, and he was able to save her beautiful coat without having to shave her into a lion cut. If you're looking for a skilled cat groomer who treats cats with patience and compassion, I would definitely recommend him. I'm very happy with the experience and will absolutely call him for future grooming. He was available within a day or so and was flexible when I had to reschedule.

Used to be great! But not as of late…read more I've been bringing pets here for a decade. I used to bring my late grandpa's dogs here too (Jack & Oreo RIP). This was the place I trusted with my fur babies, and it was great, until it got weird. My eight-year-old Pomeranian has been seeing Kat since he was a puppy. Kat is the only person I trusted well enough to take care of him (and my recent rescue). Pampered Tails reached out to me in October because they could see in their system I was looking for an appointment. I thought that was nice, so I asked for Kat's availability. They told me that she doesn't work weekends (which is why I was unable to book online), but they could set me up with a different groomer. The whole reason I came here was specifically so my kids could see Kat. I started a new job, so the only time I could go lately was on the weekend. Accordingly, I waited to get my holiday office schedule, and on November 7th I made an appointment for Tuesday, December 24 at 9am with Kat (because it was available), and Pampered Tails confirmed it. On December 19 they texted me saying Kat wasn't available as scheduled, and they could offer me a different groomer. I asked for Kat's next availability. They gave me 12/30 at 10:05am, which I gladly accepted. I got an appointment confirmation text on 12/27. On 12/30 at 8:05am (yes, two hours before my appointment) I got a text saying Kat was feeling unwell, wouldn't be coming in that day, and needed to reschedule. I understood illness can come out of nowhere, so I asked for Kat's next availability. They responded with 1/14, and that's where they lost me. I had been trying in earnest to get an appointment with Kat since October; I planned so that my work schedule aligned with Kat's, I rescheduled my original appointment, and then the soonest they could get me in (after cancelling my appointment within two hours of that appointment) was another two weeks later. I could have perhaps even been consoled if they had made any sincere show of effort to get me in with Kat asap, but no. Not even so much as "we will call if any of her appointments cancel." It would have been great for them to proactively try to accommodate my twice-rescheduled appointment with Kat sooner than two weeks later, but they didn't. I'm certainly left with the impression that Pampered Tails doesn't want my business, or wanted to steer me away from Kat, or both. In all cases it's too bad because I liked (and more importantly) trusted them for years, but after this, I give up. Your turn - if you can get an appointment.

I have a Bernedoodle, Bali, who gets badly matted because he absolutely refuses to let me brush him properly. The first time I dropped him off, I brought photos and explained everything in detail. When I picked him up, I was honestly upset. I buckled Bali into the car and just sat there, trying to hold it together. Frank noticed right away how shaken I was and didn't dismiss my feelings or hide behind "we had no choice." He genuinely cared. After a few minutes, I went back inside and asked if we could try to fix it together. He immediately said yes. What happened next meant everything to me. In just a short time, he worked his magic and somehow brought my boy back to looking like himself again. Frank was so kind, patient, and understanding, and his wife was equally warm and welcoming. I left feeling heard, respected, and relieved. Frank doesn't just groom dogs. He cares deeply about the people who love them. That makes all the difference.

We started taking her to Moon Doggy back in 2024. We really needed help clipping her nails, and had tried everything at home. She was shaking when we first arrived, and we weren't sure if the groomers would be a long term solution for her. Now, she really perks up when her favorite people are around, especially Daniel who she runs right to because she knows she's going to get lots of love and treats. We've also expanded her services to full baths, nail clippings, and blueberry (or plum!) facials. On our last visit, we chatted with the cashier and found out he was Daniel's dad. We had no idea this was a family business!
