My new favorite wellness spa. So far I have received a facial and 30 minute upper body massage and both were great. I received both services from the same person and she is very knowledgeable and has a calming aura to her. I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. First time I went, they made me wait 25 minutes past my appointment so I was initially turned off, but had already purchased a bulk package through a third party. She also threw in a few extra upgrades because of this! I walked into my second appoint with the same expectation, but it was completely different. Sometimes scheduling gets messed up, due to no fault of the business so it's nice to know they care about customer service. They offer so many services! read more

I wanted to try this place for so many services. Now that I am reading all the reviews it all makes total sense to me now. I purchased a Groupon and unfortunately by my mistake misspelled my email address! Was trying to see if they can honor it or even provide me a service even at full price but the never gave me a chance because the ignored every text and call and never bothered trying to do business with me. I see in the reviews they have very preconceived opinions for those purchasing through Groupon... so makes total sense they would rather risk any type of sale then to be bothered by a Groupon Client. One question, why have Groupon as an option for you to draw in clients? Shouldn't your work alone pull them in? I would have paid full price for service but you never gave me that chance be cause your company is prejudice to those who use an app in which YOU signed up for to gain clients. 10/9/2025- Michelle ruined my brows. My eyebrows are completely messed up. My left one even burst and now has scabs -- I practically have no eyebrows left. This was the worst decision I've ever made. I used a Groupon and even tipped $20. I had planned to return for a massage and other services, but after this experience, I'll never come back or recommend this place. So I've utilized this location sporadically over the years in both locations and usually as a last resort. I agree with many of the other negative reviews. They run late more often than not and I've had both facials and massages. My last experience for both massage and facial made it for sure my last. Had a massage scheduled. The masseur was over 30 minutes late due to a family issue. Instead of rescheduling they had me wait. The therapist then had to set up the room but was also rough and massages really hard. Each time I asked her to lighten a bit she was unable to. It was so uncomfortable she terminated the session after 10 minutes. She said she had to tend to the family issue anyway so it's better for both parties. To make up for it they invited me back for a facial. Michelle was 20 minutes late, had to set up the room and continued to get things ready after she had me lay down. It was loud and not relaxing at all. Without asking, she took my nose ring out ( I have facials monthly, no one has ever had to take it out. One asked if they could because of the machine they were going to use). I also had a burn on my heave from a curling out. It was scabbed. She was not gentle. The towel was rough and she pulled the scab right off now leaving a scar( I've had burned myself before and none of them have scarred). I will always give a local business priority over a chain, especially a woman owned business. But I need there to be quality and feel like they are qualified as opposed to watching a couple your tube videos and trying to make money. read more

DON'T give this place a minute of your time. Believe me... I am writing this review in a state of complete shock. Never would I have imagined I would be subjected to such illogical, abhorrent, unprofessional "service". My girlfriend purchased a Groupon for a facial and gifted it to me. I set my appointment, which was supposed to be at 1:00pm yesterday. I arrived at 12:50pm and checked in. While waiting, I overheard the receptionists speak poorly (and very audibly) about Groupon and its customers. I then overheard them calling another customer and asking her to come in - later than originally scheduled - the following day at 6pm. They close at 6pm. They then audibly discussed how they'd just go ahead and take her *if* she arrived prior to 6pm, and how they didn't care if she arrived once they were already closed. Already reproachful at this point, I went up to the receptionists again at 1:15 to see how much longer I'd have to wait, as I had a business call at 2:30. They informed me the "therapist" wouldn't be ready for another 15-20 minutes. I rescheduled for today at 1:30. Please refer to the photos to see the texts I received from the business 18 minutes before my appointment. I am speechless. My girlfriend got a refund and informed Groupon. So glad neither of us gave this place a dime. read more

I came in for a prenatal massage despite having read all of the other reviews because I had a gift card to use. The massage was alright. I really did not like the technique; it felt rushed with a series of hard and quick kneading movements - not as relaxing as I had hoped. I will tell my masseuse if I need things to be done differently, but the pressure was just right - it was the technique, and you can't teach somebody that as they are working on you. I specifically stated which parts of my body needed more work, as that week, I was really feeling the weight of my baby on my back. I unfortunately did not get as much time or focus on those areas, and I left feeling like I had gotten a massage at all. At the end, I was asked to lay flat on my back without a pillow under my head.. I should have spoken up, because anyone who is in their third trimester knows how difficult it is to breathe in that position. I spent more time worrying about how long I would be in that position more than I spent enjoying any part of that massage. Most importantly: if anybody asks you if you can still lay on your tummy during a prenatal massage (without a pregnancy support pillow) - you should know that in all situations, the answer is NO. No matter what trimester you are in, under no means should you be on your pregnant tummy, and your masseuse should know this. This doesn't always result in harm to the baby, but the fact is that it CAN result in harm, so the smart thing is to not even try it. I was asked this question before I started my massage, and although it raised red flags for me, I became extra vigilant and knew to make sure I was on my side at all times and comfortable (except for laying on my back) during the massage. I can't speak for any of the other services here, but I do not recommend this spa for a massage, prenatal or otherwise. read more

Response time should be updated to one week. And that's if you keep calling. It's rough to try and get a hold of the office should you run late or need to reschedule. I guess due to Covid times, it's 2 offices squished into one. One that does older people / chiro stuff and hers that does facials, body contour and massages. I came here 3x just to finish my Groupon. And it was pretty touch and go. It's so crowded it takes up to 20 min to be seen. Idk if she just didn't want to service me or she would purposely help people that would come in after. One of the times I was left hanging and no one called me to say she wouldn't be there. 2 stars for the hydra facial that was the MOST AFFORDABLE I ever came across. I was wayy over due for an intense facial especially after having to wear surgical tape for 3 weeks. My pores were in bad condition, I teared up a lot during extractions. On that front she was legit. Might consider coming back for a hydra facial but it's just so hard to get a call back.. read more

There's room for improvement: my feedback is the clients time is very valuable, if running behind more than 5 min, it sets the tone for the experience, I had a hydra facial yesterday and was 15 min behind, the cost of a hydrafacial is $175 for 30 min, there are opportunities for the experience to be more relaxing and worthwhile, for example when Michele was running around getting the room set up it's creates a tense atmosphere bc your there to feel "rejuvenated". After cleansing the face, the cotton that was used to dry off was rough on my skin and was a little too aggressive in drying it. After applying the products, it would be nice if you would massage into the face a little more than a few strokes, also I developed a pimple after the extractions. another feedback is letting the client know what products your using on the face, i hope you take this feedback and improve on your service to other customers. read more

I came here for the "Laser Lipo" treatment with a Groupon and was very excited to try this out, as I had been looking for noninvasive ways to lose weight for a while. Despite the other reviews I wanted to give this place a shot because everyone's experiences are different! Although nice, the staff were very unorganized and seemed disinterested in their craft.. the whole treatment sort of seemed like hocus pocus to me. I was given a brief summary of what to expect and was then measured around my waist and bust area. Throughout the procedure my technician did not check on me, and after the procedure she asked me if I wanted to try a few methods to help with the lasting effects of the treatment. The methods were poorly explained and I had no actual clue of what I was to expect or how the methods worked. Although disappointed, I paid for a certain amount of sessions so I decided to continue with the process and hope the next time would be better than the last...it was not. The next couple of treatments or so I had a new technician, again very nice, but not accurate at all. A few times she forgot to weigh me and also failed to mention in the beginning that because of the Groupon I purchased I would no longer able to receive the certain after care methods, that I had originally been receiving because my voucher didn't cover it! So not only had I gotten used to a routine and was told these methods were to help with the process, now I am left confused and worried....without these methods was the laser lipo pointless? Would the change in regiment disrupt the process? Would I have to start over? I was extremely uneasy and felt like I just wasted a ton of money. I like the flexibilities that she provided which I can text her to make appointments and she really tried her best to work on my schedule. This was my second time in 2019 for treatment here. Initial treatment was a couples facial in July. My husband and I enjoyed it. Left with skin super clean and refreshed. In Dec. I received a complementary 30min facial. I was able to have my appt. on Sunday. Michelle took her time, well over 30 min. I LOVED my facial. I even texted her to let her know this. I came here for iLipo. In the few sessions I was here, they did NOT change the pillow case, blanket nor the massage table cover. I felt so gross. The treatment sessions were scheduled only 5 minutes apart and I could see the person who lay on the SAME massage table right before me. 11/30/16 - In responding to Michelle W.'s response (11/29), I've never seen staff wiping nor sanitizing the iLipo pads. I purchased a Groupon voucher for a massage at Rejuvenate You Spa. I was so impressed with how good my massage was, that I have purchased several series of three massages, as well as facials. I have been totally satisfied with all of the massage therapists, and the facialist that I have had. They were all excellent, and knew how to work out the kinks and knots. My facial made my skin feel really hydrated and soft. It was also easy to schedule an appointment, and it helped that there is free parking in the premises. I've been seeing Cliff for Lymphatic massage for four weeks now. She is amazing. After 2 years of my foot swelling she has been able to get the fluid moving. By far this is the WORST place to get a facial!!! Paid for a 50 mins facial...I arrived on time, the owner and also the lady who does the facial, Michelle. She didn't start until 35 mins from my appointment time...fine no worries. She cleaned and exfoliate for 2 mins. Extracted 1 min...then wiped down and applied mask and said she will be back in 10-15 mins. Left and closed the door. Came back and wiped off the mask, started to massage REALLLY hard on my face and neck for a total of 5 mins. With no sequins, chin, them forehead, then shoulder, then go back to nose then face.....Without even working on my eyes...she wipe me down and apply done cream and said , "ok. All done, get dress and I will meet you outside." Oh wow!!!! A 50 mins turned into less than 10 mins of service....not only that....she does not know how to do facial properly at all!!! ...you are supposed to apply mask after you massage the skin!!! I looked myself in the mirror in the car...omg...I've seen more fine lines than ever!!! No joke....fine lines all around more obvious than ever!!! Other than that, I have been to this spa a total of 3 times within the last 2 months and will be returning soon. It is a great place to go for a relaxing time at a reasonable price. There are always deals being offered making you want to return for more services you weren't able to try at the last visit. Rene is my go to extraordinaire for skincare needs. She takes her time, is very knowledgeable about different skin types and the best regimens for them and is the only esthetician I have seen that hasn't caused scarring or hyperpigmentation in my skin after doing extractions during a facial service. Over the course of 3 or 4 months, each masseuse I have been massaged by, albeit slightly different, have been outstanding.
