Disappointed It was my first time coming here, and unfortunately, it will definitely be my last. I explained before the service started that my main concern was the amount of dry skin around my toes and that I was hoping it could be properly cleaned up. She kept going back and forth from one toenail to another and seemed very distracted throughout the entire appointment. I purchased a Groupon for Fill Gel Set TWO TIMES. The first time I went with my Groupon I noticed that wasn't the way Gel nail set is made. My nail technician was an older gentleman, so I Thought it was a genuine mistake But it was not.I am 32. I started doing my nails when I was 15. I know exactly how it works. I Contacted Groupon already And today I called them. Did I mention the first one nail broke and the day after another nail broke? I can't help but think that if they gave me the right set that they would last. I called them first sight. First thing I did was ask him how the gel set is made. Are they using a UVLED lamp? The girl that answered the phone said yes, of course. So I asked her then why was I given acrylic when I paid for full gel set of off Groupon. So she decided to tell me oh no, this is just like a powder we used for gel in different. It's a see-through clear gel. I don't wanna argue. I had to do my research first. I called my friend who is a nail technician. She owns her own salon and I asked her and she laughed and said no they gave you acrylic. There Is no gel set like that. I called them back. I explained the situation I said I was lied to twice while I was doing the nails and then I was like on the phone when I called about it I told them I want a refund because this is not a product I paid for this is not what I want and they lied to me and scammed me on purpose. The girl on the phone technically told me no too bad too sad she said oh well, it happened not even an apology, nothings. Time to go to them I doubt they ever give you the actual product you paid for it seems like they just care about saving a buck and Not their clientele. What are the disappointing and infuriating experience. Maybe if you pay the actual price they'll give you what you asked for because they steal from you when it's a Groupon. The service was okay it seemed like the lady just wanted to go home and didn't provide much work being done to my toes as my other place I go too which was fully booked up. I went here yesterday and wont be returning when calling to schedule my 6:15pm appointment i was asked if two people could work on me at the same time! No big deal this happens once in a blue moon when scheduling later appointments prior to closing. However i was charged $140 for nails that aren't even to the point the way the guy filed them, there crooked not to mention he went the quickest route possible i ask for a thin white line french tip with square shaped, i left out with them short Long Island flare nails!! instead of him polishing the white on the guy used white acrylic nails on a no chip full set causing the white line to be thick asf on an already short full set. Never once after coming from a nail shop have i ever went home to file my own damn nails. Not to mention he told my toe lady to make my toenails wide so even though a different person was doing my feet my toes still are not the same shape i was made asl after seeing their work up close, i believe they have beginner nail techs because never in my life my nails ever been this bad they should be ashamed taking folks money like that. I'm new to the area and this place caught my eye when looking through other reviews due to location and convenience of accepting walk ins on a Sunday. I got a no chip pedicure Over all, I would return, wont become my go-to place but I would return. I started off the service with my water at a great temp (hot water) and right as I was told to put both feet in, the technician turned the water on and instantly became freezing cold. While the technician removed my cuticle, he did the motion of removing my cuticles as I noticed nothing was coming off which was odd since I hadn't had a pedicure since February. I waited to ensure I wasn't mistaken and sure enough he wanted to move forward, at this point I made him aware that I watched him fake his way through the removal of my cuticles. After this, he said something to a woman in the salon (who I assume is manager/owner since all she did was walk around and sweep during my appointment) and the energy completely changed. It's unfortunate that a business is willing to provide mid service until the customer says something. read more

Had a really bad experience here back in August... I'm back today for another appointment- will be updating with my past experience compared to how today goes. Stay tuned.. UPDATE: Finally getting around for this update! My previous visit consisted of rude nail techs, bad customer service, and attitude towards me and my friends. A friend changed her mind and politely asked if she could get dip powder nails instead of a no chip manicure. She told them if this wasn't possible that she would be fine with the no chip. They were rude about answering the question at all and in the end they did her nails but so horribly. So this time my experience wasn't so horrible and I added a star to the review. Pictures from first time and second time are below. This time she wasn't rude and did a better job on my nails but still was reluctant to change the shape and length for my liking. And she advised that based on the length of my nails when I came in, both hands couldn't be the same length. 1: why would I want my hands to be two separate nail lengths?? 2: just make the longer side shorter to match the other...? While I do think the colors on my nails turned out pretty, these are not the colors that I chose. When she first started painting my nails I pointed out to her that those were not the correct colors, I didn't hate the pink too much so I told her it was fine and to keep the pink. But for the accent color on my ring finger I chose an opaque shimmery white color, and at first she had a red glitter which I asked her to go find the correct white color I wanted and she came back with the chunky silver glitter that is on my nail in the photo. I thought it looked off when she was applying it but I thought maybe it just needed multiple coats. Nope, it's just the wrong color still. Apart from the nail tech choosing the wrong colors multiple times, she and multiple other women working here were a little rude and just overall made my friend and I feel uncomfortable, but at the end of the day I assumed this was because they were very busy when we were there. The part of all of this that frustrates me the most is that I have only had this polish on my nails for two days and it's already chipping on one finger. This is unacceptable. I think this place has good potential if the employees would put more thought and care into their work & customer service skills. I took advantage of a special cash price and I guess you get what you pay for. Not a great experience but just ok. I got dipped nails which I have been getting for over a year elsewhere. They could have been neater, the sides of some nails were a little messy. And my technician was somewhat preoccupied with other things going on in the salon. And personally, I get irritated when they start conversations with each other in a foreign language. I feel alienated and disrespected. My first visit was because I found a Groupon for No Chip Manicure. That was my first endeavor. I was able to make a quick appointment and get in and out within an hour of purchase. My first visit was not overly impressive, aside from the price I paid (Thanks Groupon!). Upon leaving they gave me coupons for future visits. I was unsure if I was going to return. About 3 weeks later, I needed my nails done and the Groupon was still available and there wasn't fine print about purchase quantities. I purchased the Groupon and arrived, this time I decided to treat myself to a pedicure. I left my coupons from the last visit in the car, but they honored the prices. I was impressed with Maria, the young technician who completed my pedicure. She was super friendly, explaining she was home on break. Asking me questions about my own school and work experience and sharing her own personal stories. The manicurist barely spoke to me, which is not surprising for most nail salons. My most recent visit I had gone after calling and/or stopping in to 2 other nail salons and being told to come back or wait more than an hour, I tried this salon. I was taken instantly. Sara was the front desk associate and helped me pick a color right away. I noticed little things I hadn't noticed before: they are super sanitary (I noticed this before but not all the little details) for instance putting plastic covers in the foot tub for pedicures--you never share a foot tub essentially, they use new tools and everything. It was so nice to see the extra details. I was also given the coupon prices again and extra coupons for next time! They were efficient when it came to timing--making sure my No Chip soak off was being done while I was getting my pedicure. I will most likely be back. The prices and coupons are more reasonable than most other salons plus its not very far. If I can keep using Groupons, I will definitely be back. read more

It was too late to tell her no when she did it. AND she didn't even file my left foot so it was full of jagged edges. Massage? Did not even exist.
