As she works, she skillfully uses hot stones, heating pads and hot towels to help soften up your tight spots and soothe your nervous system. She also uses the Ashiatsu bars to walk on your back. The only downside is having to peel yourself off the table at the end of the session. I could have just drifted off to sleep for hours. The office is easy to find and conveniently located, with plenty of parking. Today I was able to get an appointment in just a couple hours' notice.
