For only $80 (pre-tip) my fiance and I were able to get an hour long full body couple's massage! We had our massage from Eva and Linda and they were awesome! Not too hard, not too soft and got all the knots out (gave them each a well deserved $15 tip). Only downer was that the walls are thin so there is occasional background noise, but it didn't bother us and the music kept most of this out. We will definitely be coming back to take advantage of the hour long body massage and 30 min foot massage couple's combo for only $100! Can't beat their value! I had seen this place several times from the parking lot. Decided I would make me an appointment about 6:30 p.m. that night. When I got there at 6:30 the doors were closed the lights are out nobody was home, they were closed for the day evidently. I went in a day or so later and they told me they had a different massage parlor they had to go to so they closed early. I then decided I would get a massage anyways at that time. My wife and I have been going here for about 5 years. We go once a week for an AMAZING 90-minute foot massage which is really a body and foot massage for only $30!!! We are so happy with the massage we usually tip $20. Seriously, where can you get a 90-minute massage for $50 including tip?!?!!? We prefer to have men do our massage and have NEVER felt uncomfortable. All of their staff are very professional. For those that don't know, the type of massage they do includes massaging the glute muscles. If you're uncomfortable with that just say no. As with any massage YOU must communicate to the masseuse if you would like them to massage harder or softer... They aren't mind readers. As an early bday gift to myself I scheduled a much needed reflexology session today and it was AMAZING! Mark applied the perfect amount of pressure which ultimately sent me into a gentle slumber. Yep, I woke myself up a few times (maybe I snored just a little) but I'm sure he's used to it. Atmosphere = great Quality of service = great Cost = Extremely reasonable I basically received a 1 hour full body massage for $20 (head, shoulders, knees and toes) remember that childhood jingle? LOL I highly recommend them for a pamper session. Since I received all of those extras I'm anxious to see what a true full body massage consists of. I've gotten used to the inconsistency of massage workers, and it's hard to request a particular person because you never know who is there on which day, but what I would really like them to do is to put on real massage music. The music they play is awful. It shouldn't be that hard to buy a relaxing massage CD. Also, sometimes it's hard to relax because the workers talk to each other, or loud people come into the reception area laughing and talking loud, or the person next to you snores. First of all....I frequent Relaxing Station "Spa" all the time! At least 2-3 times per month. I usually do 2 hour leg massages that help my severe case of plantar fasciitis and perineal tendonitis. I often tip $10-15 dollars. On this particular day, I only had a few dollars to tip. As I thanked Mr. Peter...the older gentleman, he proceeded to say...."Excuse me, 2 hours is $10.00 tip." I turned around, saw 4 others receiving their "spa" treatment and quietly...simply said...."You do not get to tell me how much to tip!" The other gentleman, Mr. Paul then enters the room and begins speaking to Mr. Peter. I left the establishment .....pissed!!! Really? A tip is gratuity for services rendered!!!! Period! This establishment has the game all wrong! I did call back.....because I was offended at the audacity of someone for a specific tip. I was told the manager was busy. I had heard and seen in reviews they do this here.....but had never experienced it personally. Like I said...I come here often and I tip well...apparently until today! No where is a tip amount posted. Nor is a tip required!!!!! Please.....my $ is my $. Mr. Paul did call me back and said, "If you come back, I give you $40.00 back." I tried to tell him that was not necessary. I do not need nor want my money back! My point is....I was offended and you do not get to ask customers for specific tips! Mr. Paul did not understand a word of what I was trying to convey! At least he acted like he did not! Anyway, will I return? Hmm?! Amy seriously changed my aches and pains that I've been having since having a baby 4 months ago. I have been going for massages since they opened with 3 of my children. We have always loved it and gotten good massages. (Foot) Although they vary in quality, we are never dissatisfied. BUT......last night I went to get a massage by myself and decided to treat myself to a $40 full body. It was 9:30 at night. The front desk lady asked me to wait until 10:00, so I decided to wait. ( I really needed to relax w a good one) she said DAVID was very good and would do my massage. When he began he was very rough, fast pinching movements. I asked numerous times to be softer, I kept saying "ouch, that hurts" he continued with such an aggressive massage, I could not relax or enjoy. The whole time I continued making comments to be more gentle. Then a little more than halfway threw my massage I was thinking there was no one else in the shop ( it was about 10:40 pm) and because of the aggression in his massage I began (mentally) freaking out..I should have stopped the massage. I kept hoping it would get better. It didn't and, thank god, it was finally over!! This morning I have very mild bruising and an extremely sore back and shoulders. It hurts to touch this area. I'm so sorry I didn't stop the service 10 mins into it. He also kept dragging his long hair on me...ew!.. I'd like to add I've been getting these kinds of massages for years, before these asian massage places popped up in the states I got them in china (I'm a flight attendant), before the brentwood locations opened I got them in walnut creek, as soon as they began opening in brentwood, I have been their happy customer! I decided to have my first massage in my life. I asked for the 30 minute foot massage and 60 minute body massage combo. The 30 foot massage felt so great that I knew the body massage would be even better. Sophia was great. Because I have two frozen shoulders, I had to ask her to be gentler on my left shoulder as she was massaging it and she understood. That was the only thing I had to say in the hour and a half that I was there. For a Saturday morning, it was quite busy with male and female clientel. I went today for the first time. The Eva's touched at times was a little too hard. When I flipped onto my back I thought it was odd that she made no skin contact with my legs. She kneaded them a bit with the sheet on. Nevertheless it was a relaxing experience. I left a 20% tip in the room. When I walked out of the room I was graciously greeted with a tiny paper cup with hot tea. Eva and the desk attendant smiled an nodded as I expressed my appreciation. Called for 120'min foot massage, I had never visited this establishment and wanted my feet massaged. when I arrived, I was asked for 20 dollars and I said" is that the price for 120 minutes" was informed I could only have 60. I was led into a room that smelled of Ben Gay and smoke and led to a bed in a room of maybe 10 other beds. The massage bed had deep holes and was very old and uncomfortable. A man told me to lay back and he put a towel over my eyes and started rubbing my arms. Then a lady's voice was communicating to the person next to me and I realized someone else took over and massaged my feet 10!min most and the rest of body remainder of time. I did not go for a body massage and it hurt terribly. My neck is in spasms, my back feels like a spear penetrated it... terrible terrible. Won't go back. read more

The owner said she was with someone else, and that I had to pay the tip to him I did not have change so I asked for change to tip 25% but he refused to give me change and demanded the ten dollars tip for a twenty dollars service. This place is exceptionally clean and relaxing. I had one-hour body massage and it was fantastic. The masseuse is very caring and paying attention to details. Everyone once in awhile she would check with me to make sure she wasn't applying to much pressure in order to ensure my comfort and relaxation. I probably dozed off a couple times since it was so comfortable. At the end, she used a wet and hot towel to wipe clean my body. That was very nice. As a finishing touch, she greeted me at the front desk with a cup of tea and with a smile! Excellent service and fantastic massage!! I gave my masseuse $40 tip. She was very happy and very grateful. I was surprised and dumbfounded by her remark, because I've been coming to this place for more than 2 years and at least once a week but I've never heard of such a sexual assault or anything of that nature. Nor had I experienced or felt any indecent behavior by the masseuses over here. I even went online to research this place and nothing negative about this place came up. I even called my friends who have frequented this place since the opening day, and they've never heard of such thing. There were a few nearby massage parlors where arrests had been made. Perhaps, Ms Kayla had mistaken this shop with some others? I just hate to see honest, decent, hardworking people here got labelled as "sexual assailants" without any concrete evidence/proof. read more
