I've gone here multiple times and always came back. This past time I called to make an appt at 9pm for the $20 60 minute foot massage they said that works great. When I got there there was 3 others getting massage as well. I always check the time to make I get the full 60 minutes. This time I didn't. The guy that massaged me to was not very good this time. His hands were rough and he kept massaging too hard, which I asked him to massage softer and he did for a few seconds then did it hard again. So when I noticed he finished earlier than the 60 minutes I left without asking for longer. They also began cleaning the room before I was done with my massage. I don't recommend going around closing time. One you'll hear them cleaning and two they'll cut your massage time just so they can leave. read more

TRASH TRASH TRASH!!! If only I could give zero star! I just got a massage from this place today 5/22/22. Not sure what the guys name was but he stayed massaging my butt cheeks. I really could get law enforcement notified and file sexual harassment charges. It went on and on, I had to redirect him to my back and neck and asked him to focus on those places. I paid before the service was provided. At the end of the massage, as I was walking out, 3 of the workers, dude at the front desk, a lady and the actual masseuse chased me down so aggressively literally yelling. I was like wait what, I paid already. Then I realized they were yelling tip tip tip. I had to educate them that a tip is voluntary and not mandatory. You don't chase clients down demanding a tip. You can suggest a tip but you don't demand it. I told them I didn't have cash on me and they could take the tip on my debit card which they did. Regardless , the guy stayed mumbling stuff at me in their language which going by the look on his face were not nice things. This place is TRASH TRASH TRASH, I will not be going back there and would not recommend them. ---This review is mainly for customer service--- My family and I have been coming here for almost 7 years. My mom and I went in for our monthly message. She saw that they were having a special, 1 hour combo (foot and body) originally $40 but was on sale for $25. Usually we get the $20 foot massage. We decided to splurge a little and get the special. We've gotten that combo before, first 30 mins you sit in the main room where they do the foot massage and the 2nd 30 mins you go into a room where they focus on your back. After our massage was done (it felt like the regular foot massage we normally get) I confirmed the type of massage we got and the man working in the front said, we got the combo. He said that, with the special you stay in the main room (what's the point of the special then?) We just stayed in the main room the entire time and it felt like my masseuse didn't spend 30 mins on my back. There was a slight language barrier with the man in the front. I still felt uneasy about that and felt like I was cheated, so I called back to talk to somebody who can explain it to me better. Within 10 mins, I received a call back from a woman who spoke English and pretty much said, with the special that we got we're just supposed to stay in the main room. Which in my opinion that isn't right, it isn't right to new and existing customers. The point of a special is to get the same exact service that you would normally get for the special rate. All the woman can say was, i'm sorry he didn't spend 30 minutes on your back. With me being a long time customer, that didn't sit well with me and unfortunately I won't be back there. My girlfriend and I checked this place out after reading a few yelp reviews. We were just looking for a place in town that gives a decent massage. We booked a couples massage in a private room. The room was more of a large cubicle, you could easily hear all the was going on around the room, cellphones and whatnot. The massage table itself was one of the more uncomfortable ones I've ever used. The whole 1-hour massage was from the time you walk in to walking out which = about 45 minute massage. I didn't enjoy my massage all that much, my masseuse focused more on my shoulders and back than my legs. My girlfriend on the other hand enjoyed her massage a lot! She has already informed me that she will be coming back with or without me. The whole shebang ran us a total of about $100.00 including a larger large tip which I was reluctant to give. Really impressed. This was my first massage ever. I really liked the atmosphere. Dim lighting, soothing music, good smells. My husband and I came in together and got the $20 hour "foot massage." It should really be called head to foot massage. They started by giving a lined wooden tub of warm water to soak your feet in while they massage your head, face, neck, shoulders, arms and hands. Then they move to the feet and lower legs. Then they have you turn over and massage your back, butt, thighs and shoulders again. There really isn't any conversation, which I liked. What impressed my husband and me both the most was how both of our massage therapists were able to find, and work out exactly where it hurt without either of us saying a word. This place is a hit or miss. I have been there probably 10-15 times for an hour 'foot' massage which is a massage where they massage your whole body, front and back. I have gotten great massages but there is always something bad. A massagist that smells like cigaretes, or is chewing gum, a too tough one or a too light one. Once this lady was completely on top of my husband's back, crowling on him. He is a big guy, she was tinny, so maybe she needed the whole weight of her body but it did made me a little uncomfortable. They are so cheap that it ends up always being worth it. If the story would end there I would give them a 3 maybe 4 stars BUT I had the worst experience ever. I went with a friend who is gorgeous. She is a model, very tall, skinny and beautiful. About 30 minutes into the massage the guy who was massaging her asked her to take her shirt off to massage her back directly. Obviously while massaging her back he noticed that she didn't have a bra on. My friend had never been there. She got very akward, didn't know what to do and then took her shirt off. We all saw her naked but I could see she just didn't want to be the one who was against things. I was sooo mad that he was taking advantage of her. Again, I have had a lot of massages there. No one had ever asked me, nor to my husband to take our shirts off. What a sicko!!!! I told my friend right after the massage that it wasn't common practice there and went to the front desk to complain. The lady said they always do that. Such a lier! We were very mad. My friend was gonna make a police report or look into whatever options we had to do something about it but unfortunatey she was from southern CA and was leaving the following morning and we didn't have a change. Watch out those freaks. After my friend taking her shirt off the guy who was massaging her kept talking with the guy who was massaging me. Don't let yourself be taken take advantage off. Make a scene if they do that to you or got to the police. Also, I have seen shaddy characters leaving the 'private' massage rooms. This is the best bang for your buck! My girlfriends and I go here at least once a month for our girls night! We all get the $20 (cash only, $23 for cards) 1-hour foot massage!! It's in an open room of about 10 stations (beds) and they always put us together! They are always super friendly (even though I sadly can't always understand exactly what they are saying!) the 1-hour foot massage should really be called the Head-to-toe massage, it is simple amazing for the price! They bring a basket of hot water to put your feet in and while your feet soak & get less smelly they massage your Neck, Face & Scalp (they do use oil on their hands so plan on showering when you get home because it will get in your hair & make your bang a little "there's something about Mary" if you know what I mean!) then they place a clean fresh towel over your eyes & go to town on your feet! It is a little ticklish at times but still relaxing! They then work your legs, have you turn do your shoulders, neck (again) & your butt muscles & back of your legs! I never want it to end but sadly it does! They being you a cup of tea or water while you are coming back to reality! They always thank you for coming!! I have also gotten the full body in the past, it is totally worth the $40, but be prepared to have you bare butt massaged, is oddly amazing though! My aunt has been raving about the foot massages, so I was expecting a fantastic massage. I did get an overall good massage, but I also got an overall creeptastic experience. It's always nice to be rubbed but the masseuses talked during the couples massage in their native tongue which I thought was rude, and our feet were never touched. $100 later I feel like I might go back, but not anytime soon. I went here today after reading Yelp reviews. I got a 30 min. foot massage and 60 min. body massage. It was $52 (before tip). They offered a cash discount which I will be prepared to take advantage of next time. I had my massage by Sophia which was great. She had firm pressure which I like. She did check with me a few times; making sure that the pressure was correct. The only other conversation was to turn over and that we were done. This is the amount of conversation I want during a massage. She also knew what she was doing as far as technique. I read the review about cigarette smoke which I am sensitive to. I didn't smell any smoke the entire time I was there. In defense of Relaxing Station, they are located next to a smoke shop. I imagine the nicotine addicted sometimes light up the second they leave the smoke shop. I did hear a small amount of light foot traffic during my massage (the business is not carpeted). This, however, did not prevent me from relaxing. I did not over hear any other conversations, either, which was relaxing. I have had massages all over the world, some costing 3 times the amount. Just went in for a full body massage 2 days ago. The lady that was giving me my massage was so sick she should not have been touching me. She couldn't breathe out of her nose so I could feel her breathe on my back!!! She couldn't control her cough and couched on me a few times. After the disgusting and non relaxing massage was over she was waiting for her tip at the main desk with the boss at the desk. I still tipped her and said to her, "So your real sick, Huh?" This place was highly recommended and said to be cheap, and seeing as how I'd never had a massage before, I decided to take my sister and go. First off, you get what you pay for. My sister and I paid for a $20 dollar foot massage, or so I thought that's what we paid for, until I received the most painful full body massage... Again, I've never had a "professional" massage done before, so I don't have anything to compare it to, but the guy they gave me was rough, coughed a lot, and sniffled. By the time I was done with the massage, I was hurting something awful! When we were leaving, I was already out the door and they stopped by sister and asked about a tip; my sister had only brought $20 with her and I was not about to tip for something that left me in more pain than when I had gone in! The audacity was beyond me! I told them no, and left. I mentioned how rude I thought it was to a few of my friends who had been there before, and one of them said that there is a $5 mandatory tip; signs all over the walls. Another friend said that the signs posted strongly suggested leaving a $5 tip. Both of which, I think, is freaking rude. A tip is a customers way of thank you for an amazing job, not a requirement. However, if they DO require a tip, they need to say so upon charging you in the beginning. The service was horrible, the massage terrible, and quite frankly the tip thing just irritates me to no end. However, if you feel the desire to give this place a try since it is so highly recommended, I suggest maybe asking for a female. Maybe that's where I went wrong, and perhaps they would have gotten their tip.
