People beware !! Do not buy membership from this massage place!!! I have been a long time customer since it opened years ago . it was recently sold to new owners and they are horrible!! First they take your money immediately on your due date but when you call to make an appointment they are booking in December!! I asked receptionist what is going on and she stated they are now only open 3 days now and are limited with specialists !! She was super nice but how does a business stay open if they don't have massage therapists?? So I cancelled my membership because I am now owed 6 massages and I can't book all of them even in December!! I emailed owner or who ever is in charge explaining my situation and they emailed back no refunds and I have till December 1to use all my credit or I lose them even though they have no availability!! I think they are going to close soon so if you have credits use ASAP in December!! It cannot stay open like this!! read more

I've never used Yelp before, but Mark at Relaxing Touch Massage, was so rude, I had to add this app. Not only did they charge me extra for a massage I never booked, they charged it on a credit card I was trying to cancel. When I tried to explain this to Mark, he was so rude. Wouldn't even let me bring my bank statements in to prove my position. As he was hanging up, I overheard him tell me to go F off. If you want to have to deal with poor management and a moody receptionist, then that's your place. read more

Great hot stone massage from mark. Beware of retaliations and attitudes from front desk. I'm actually a long term customer that decided to stop going because the front desk were rude and unaccomadating. I loved Mark and his hot stone massage. They were something I looked forward to. As a disclaimer I stopped going about a yr ago. I was getting canceled on multiple reservation [from mark being sick to they're moving.] and I wouldn't be able to schedule with Mark unless I wait 2 weeks. They didnt offer to comp any hours, give extra treatments or heck even reschedule with mark sooner. It was 2 weeks at minimal or good luck. Front desk was also rude to both me and my mom. My mom loved their massages but she speak minimal English. I got a voice message on at least 2 different occasions that I am not allowed to let her go get massages unless someone stay there to translate. My mom able to point where it is hurting and if the pressure is ok. Really.... that's all you need. I did not understand why I was getting the attitude and being told she is not welcome to be there by herself. Heck I had my dad drop her off and he spoke enough English to translate everything prior to her going into the room. Oh also if you asks about pausing your membership for any reason be prepare for the attitude. As soon as I asked to pause my membership because I was going to be traveling and wanted to use my left over hours.... well.... I was pretty much told no and go ahead cancel your membership since you don't sound like you understand our policy. read more

I went for a massage and will probably not return. The staff was friendly which is why I choose to give the extra star....the massage in itself was poor. The massage felt so basic like if you were just rubbing oil on yourself. This was the first time I was glad when the hour was over. It was that bad. Just got done with the best massage I think I've ever had. I got a gift certificate about three years ago from a good friend of mine who swears by this place. Took me a while to take me a while to use my gift certificate because I used to do massages and it's hard to find A great masseuse with my schedule. Just for the record I'm not really a Yelp person either but I just wanted to mention that, TALI was the masseuse I had and she did amazing job. Even though she's newer to the business she has the touch and the intuition of a seasoned pro. Definitely a five star. As of 9/22/17 I have now also experienced Robert and Laura's massage styles, and I will enthusiastically say you will not be disappointed! As with most artistic and therapeutic callings, each professional has their own style and strengths. Robert is great with targeting distinct muscle groups for relaxation and convincing reluctant knots to untangle. Laura is the newest team member, but her strong, sweeping strokes will have your body humming with the urge to close your eyes and knock out for a few minutes. Both of these therapists are confident and knowledgeable about their business and will give you exactly what you need. Kudos to management for consistently picking great team members! read more

I have never left a review for somewhere that wasn't 5 stars, but after experiencing such terrible customer service I feel like I need to warn any potential customers of this business to take extra precaution while scheduling an appointment here. I'm sure their massage services are fine, but I never got the chance to experience them. My fiancé and I each bought a Groupon for this business and while I was out of the country he scheduled massages for us the day after I got back. Somehow there was a miscommunication and the employee scheduled us for 2 days early, a day before I was going to be back in the country. The business called my fiancé hours after when they had scheduled our appointment to tell us that we missed the appointment and would still be charged. When my fiancé got ahold of them he explained that he never would have scheduled for that date because I physically would not have been able to make it since again, I was out of the country. The employee proceeded to blame my fiancé for the mix up and showed no flexibility in rescheduling us or giving us a refund. When I reached out to Groupon about the issue the company responded to me in the same manor. They were rude and defensive, which is ironic for a place that is supposed to encompass relaxation and serenity. Anyone who has worked customer service will tell you that is the last way to approach a customer about a discrepancy. Hopefully in the future if there is ever a mix up they will take a different approach that won't lose them customers. read more

Five Stars isn't enough!! I severely injured my neck and back 25 years ago. I had given up on everything, every treatment. Doctors were just pill pushers, chiropractic gave just enough relief to get to the next day or two and I had tried several different massage therapist before with no relief. Migraine headaches were so often, I found a regular headache enjoyable. My sleep was broken, I couldn't lay flat without suffering head pain, lost my construction job and lets just say the last 25 years was anything but life. When I first went to Relaxing Touch, it was due to a very high recommendation AND a free gift certificate from a close friend that had received treatment from Mark, I was so skeptical I actually gave the free massage to my wife. She kept refusing to use it and kindly pushed me to try again to get help. Thank God I went. I could fill pages of personal experiences and tried treatments that have failed. let me just say if you haven't found relief from chronic back or neck pain and you're currently suffering due to injury, your a Idiot and must like to suffer if you don't try Mark. I really like coming here. Ive been a member for a year and have to say that they take great care of me. I have a high stress job, and having good quality, affordable massages has done wonders for me. I leave here feeling great! I only had 1 massage where I didn't have a firm enough touch, (& I prefer very firm), but they asked me how it went, I was honest, and they have since made sure I am with someone more suited to my needs.
