You pay a one time fee of the weight scale which was around $35 and valid for a year. This machine is pretty cool though as it does a full breakdown of water weight, BMI, and so much more. They print out all the information for you. 4. They'll give you a breakdown on what you should be intaking caloric wise, a semi-customized nutrition plan, and a few other options. 5. You can pick up your prescription at the adjacent pharmacy. 6. The clinic is on the second floor. Overall if you know what you're getting yourself into your expectations will be a-ok. How does a professional coach NOT KNOW that a timely response to check-ins are crucial? WHAT'S THE POINT OF A CHECK-IN? I asked him several times to provide a day that would be best FOR HIM for check-ins so I would get a timely response before meal prepping for the week. No response. Every reminder text I sent about my check-in, his response would be, "Oh sorry! Not sure how I missed that..." No wonder so many of his Pros have left him to find better coaching. You definitely DO NOT get what you pay for with him, so be aware! You also won't get your money back even though you're not in breach. Doesn't own up to his mistakes/lack of professionalism. No etiquette or proper mannerism. Such a scammer.
